    Default The "Delaware loophole"

    Just found this, pretty interesting...

"The building at 1209 North Orange Street in Delaware has become famous for helping tens of thousands of companies avoid hundreds of millions of dollars in tax."

More info: Trump and Hillary refuse to explain why they both share the same address in Delaware

Largely because of the DuPont family who rule the state.

Poor old Daboo7. He's just starting to know what any reasonable business attorney would learn in their first year of law school. What seems like a conspiracy to him is just normal business practice. If you get rid of this "rule" so called, then you have to get rid of a lot worse "rules" that piggy back on this one. Not saying it couldn't be done, but effectively we would have to change the way that the world does business, no small challenge...

Delaware has what's known as a thick corporate veil, which means private corporations which are incorporated there do not, for the most part have to reveal income or corporate ownership. Each state sets its own corporate veil standards, Delaware has the strongest in the union... So that's why trump et all set up their corporate offices there. Says it all really... N

Inshore Tax Haven. Fiscal Paradise with out the tropical beaches. I wonder how long it's going to take for the Delaware Papers to be "leaked"

    "Abolish limited liability!"
That will put a crimp in corporations.

Looks like America's come down with a illness. "Corrupt HOUSESGate.
Bernie or Trump are the vaccine for this illness. United we can take our parties and government back. Trump got pillaged by Wall Street bankers also. I wouldn't be surprised if they "helped him go bankrupt." Seems the very rich are also the prey.
