Jack The Ripper

Jack the Ripper is the best known name given to an unidentified serial killer generally believed to have been active in the largely impoverished areas in and around the Whitechapel district of London in 1888. The name "Jack the Ripper" originated in a letter written by someone claiming to be the murderer that was disseminated in the media. The letter is widely believed to have been a hoax, and may have been written by journalists in an attempt to heighten interest in the story and increase their newspapers' circulation. The killer was called "the Whitechapel Murderer" as well as "Leather Apron" within the crime case files, as well as in contemporary journalistic accounts.

The identity was never discovered. What are yours opinions on this?

To share an opinion at this stage would be merely speculation, and you know what they say about opinions, everybody has one. However a speculating opinion is a horse of a different color,it could lead to undue anxiety with the uncertainty of what was fixing to pass where an opinion based in truth and reality would lead to assurance and a sense of security in things passing ,but what is life without a little mystery......

another spin on this: please do read Scotsman John Hamer's "The Falsification of History" in which he devotes an entire chapter on this subject; logic should tell us that anyone doing the 'ripping' had to have had an advanced knowledge of anatomy- like start with a doctor- why is the identity of Jack the Ripper sealed forever by the British secret services?- only one logical answer: has to do with the British Royals (Victorian era) and their family doctor Dr. Gull-

read the book; all the girls murdered were not random victims but were specifically targeted because they were trying to extort the British Royals (nice people- always have been, right?) because of what they knew (and wanted to make known) about an unwanted pregnancy out of wedlock from one of Victoria's nephews (if I recall correctly- but I may be wrong on the exact family connection)-

just read the book- it explains a lot-
