For condoning a malicious threat against Donald Trump...

Still Report #912 - Glenn Beck Taken off SiriusXM
    Published on Jun 1, 2016
The satellite radio broadcaster, SiriusXM, has suspended Glenn Beck for a week and possibly forever in response to comments calling for the assassination of Donald Trump. The comments were made on May 25th on live air when fiction author Brad Thor claimed that Trump’s election would cause an “extinction-level event” in the U.S. Thor then declared that if Congress could not – or would not remove Trump legally through impeachment, then Thor suggested that he be assassinated:
“… what patriot will step up and do that….”

    Beck agreed with Thor.

It was the second time that Beck has been accused of threatening Trump on air. On March 4, 2016, he talked about stabbing someone repeatedly if given the chance. The Secret Service immediately came to Beck’s studio in Texas to investigate, and Beck was cleared.
In last week’s incident, SiriumXM called the comments “irresponsible.”

“SiriusXM encourages a diversity of discourse and opinion on our talk programs. However, comments recently made by a guest on the independently produced Glenn Beck Program, in our judgement, may be reasonably construed by some to have been advocating harm against an individual currently running for office, which we cannot and will not condone.”

“For that reason, we have suspended The Glenn Beck Program from our Patriot channel for the coming week and are evaluating its place in our lineup going forward.” Erick Erickson, a conservative pundit who once served as editor-in-chief for RedState, and was a political contributor for CNN, and recently has been associated with hunt for a last second candidate to oppose Trump, published an article on Beck’s website titled “SiriusXM Proves to be Run By Cowards.”

Brad Thor denied he intended any threat against Trump in a lengthy Facebook post:
“Clearly … I was putting my thriller writer hat on and positing a hypothetical scerario….”
Still Report #884 - Megyn Kelly is Killing Fox

    Published on May 20, 2016
Fox News took another ratings hit on Tuesday night as they tried to reverse the plummeting ratings of their one-time rising star, Megyn Kelly - but to no avail. Even though Fox ran Megyn’s Fox Special during the prime time 8pm slot -- plus sandwiched it between coverage of the Kentucky and Oregon primaries -- plus promoted it heavily as starring Donald Trump -- it fell embarrassingly flat.

I mean, it’s literally impossible to fail with such a setup. Or was it?

The Trump interview went up against the season finale of a popular cop show, NCIS, that pulled in 17.6 million viewers, nearly 4 times more than Megan’s Special. Megyn’s show ran dead last in the ratings for the time slot. But Megyn’s toxicity may have brought down the following 9pm offering as well. Fox’s premier of a new series called “Coupled” tied for dead last of any show that evening.

Try as she might, Megyn won’t repair the anger she has generated among Trumpsters so easily. Her main problem: she continues to try to attribute her sinking popularity to merely her hostile questioning at the legendary 1st Republican debate.
However Trumpsters were much more offended by Fox’s subsequent 6-month attempt to derail the ever-strengthening Trump train – that is until Trump’s unexpected landslide victories in New York and Indiana.

According to the Truthfeed story on the Tuesday Kelly debacle:
“The snarky, anti-Trump propaganda that Fox News opted to run with after the first Fox Debate, where Kelly behaved like a bias buffoon, has literally turned off so many Fox News viewers that CNN actually beat Fox in the ratings and ranked #1 in cable news in April.”
Plus, CNN has beaten FOX in 5 of the last 8 months in prime time among the coveted 25-54 demographic for the first time in how long -- 14 years.
Of course, keep in mind that Fox’s owner, British media tycoon, Rupert Murdoch, handed management of Fox over to his son James – shown on Rupert’s right - last
July. So we knew a left turn was coming.

But father and son’s notion of a new Obama-era business plan was to run Fox to the left of the failing Communist News Network – failing – that is – until Rupert himself stepped in and instructed Megyn to hammer Trump hard in that first debate.
Yes, according to a high-level Fox source quoted in New York magazine and published the morning of Megyn’s show:
“… it was Murdoch himself who directed Kelly to hammer Trump during the debut GOP debate, in Cleveland, that sparked the feud in the first place.”
“Rupert told her to do that,” the source said.
That single decision proved to be the beginning of Fox’s sharp downturn; but it may have also represented a pivot point in American history.
Because Trump stuck resolutely to his pro-American, pro-nationalist, anti-globalist roots; he not only won the day, but in doing so, changed the course of history.
Now Obama’s globalist trade deals – straight out of George Soros’s Marxist fantasy world - will fail in the Congress of the United States. Now, the U.S. will be able to maintain its independence and face the Obama invasion squarely. This gives the U.S. a fighting chance of not being over-run in the way Germany, England and France have been.

These two issues are slowly surfacing in the U.S. polls as “the economy” and “national security.” Oops, time to roll out Fox business plan 2.0.

According to the New York magazine article:
“… it’s clear Trump is good for business … the channel's ratings dip whenever an anti-Trump segment airs.
“The message from Roger Ailes's executives is they need to go easy on Trump.”
“We’ve thrown in the towel,” a Fox anchor told the magazine.
I’d prefer to say that Fox has done a 180 to join the populist backlash to return America to its sovereign roots.

And as long as Trump is there, patriotism is now good for business.

Understanding the Severity of Hillary Clinton's Email Scandal

Donald Trump: ‘Hillary Clinton has to go to jail’

    Holly Bailey 6 hours ago

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Hours after Hillary Clinton called him “unfit” to represent the nation’s interests around the world, Donald Trump lambasted his likely Democratic presidential rival in his own Thursday speech in California.

Among other barbs, Trump called her “pathetic” and vowed that if he wins the presidency he would investigate whether she broke the law by using a private email for official business when she was secretary of state.

Speaking to a crowd of a few thousand people at a convention center here, Trump repeatedly trashed Clinton’s foreign policy speech in San Diego earlier in the day. At first, Trump called her speech “sad” and so boring that it nearly put him to sleep. “It was so sad to watch,” he declared.

But Clinton’s remarks clearly touched a nerve with the presumptive Republican nominee, who kept returning to the subject again and again throughout his 45-minute appearance here.

He repeatedly accused Clinton of “lying” about his foreign policy proposals, including his previous suggestion to the New York Times and other news organizations that Japan be allowed to have nuclear weapons — which he now denies saying. “She lies so much,” Trump insisted.

In response, he accused Clinton of cozying up to President Obama and his policies so that she would avoid being prosecuted for the email scandal, which he called an embarrassment.

“Remember Hillary Clinton used to hate Obama? … Now it’s, ‘Yes, sir, Mr. President, sir,’” Trump said. “Anything Obama wants, she’s going forward with. Because you know why? She doesn’t want to go to jail.”

Trump called it a “disgrace to the United States” that Clinton was allowed to continue to run for president. “If I win,” he told the crowd here, he would ask the attorney general he appoints to “take a very good look at it from a fair standpoint.”

Again referring to Clinton’s foreign policy remarks as a “phony speech,” Trump later added, “I will say this: Hillary Clinton has to go to jail. She is guilty as hell.”

Trump’s appearance here came amid yet another firestorm over racially-tinged criticism he’s lobbed at a federal judge presiding over a case involving his now-defunct Trump University.

In a new interview with the Wall Street Journal, Trump suggested that U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel has an “absolute conflict” in presiding over the case because of his “Mexican heritage.” He accused Curiel, who was born in Indiana to Mexican immigrants, of being biased against him because of his pledge to crack down on illegal immigration. “I’m building a wall,” Trump told the paper. “It’s an inherent conflict of interest.”

Trump had previously hinted to Curiel’s ethnicity in campaign speeches, including a rally last week in San Diego, where the case is currently pending. But he had never been so blatant about what he believes to be Curiel’s bias. Court filings show that Trump has not requested the case be reassigned to a different judge.

At his San Jose rally, the GOP candidate made no mention of Trump University. Trump also didn’t mention the backhanded endorsement he received earlier in the day from House Speaker Paul Ryan, who announced that he would vote for Trump after previously refusing to do so.

Instead, Trump kept his focus largely on Clinton — for whom he coined yet another new nickname. Reminding supporters that he used to call Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, his former rival, “Lyin’ Ted,” he said he would not longer do so. “We love Ted… We don’t say ‘Lyin’ Ted anymore,’” he declared.

Instead, he would save that nickname for Clinton. “Lyin’, crooked Hillary,” he said.

Former DIA Chief on Clinton vs Trump

    Published on Jun 3, 2016
After 33 years of service General Michael Flynn, former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency – DIA - is the most trusted intelligence professional in the nation.

Flynn was asked to compare the two presumptive Presidential nominees, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton on Fox yesterday. Flynn also offered a stunning assessment of the severity of the national security threat posed by the weakness of the American economy.

On this point alone, how can we trust Clinton with more secrets? She has already proven herself to be only interested in fattening her own pocketbook at the cost of revealing TOP SECRET classified information to our enemies – and America does have enemies – and they don’t all come in the form of nation states.

Gen. Flynn is, of course, talking about the ongoing national debt problem – a debt that is choking the life out of the American economy. I believe that General Flynn and the rest of Trump’s National Security Team now know that this debt burden is not only unsustainable, and unnecessary, but, yes, it is completely reversible.

Hillary as usual (alot to hide there - the silence between questions & answers is deafening) - tries as she may to sidestep the issue of whether she agrees with the report on breaking Department rules... i.e., saying it wasn't her responsibility to know the rules.

Proof - Craigslist Ad Seeking to Hire Protesters $15.00 per hour Plus Travel...

    Still Report #930 - Proof -
    Paid Violence at Trump Rally

    Published on Jun 6, 2016
It’s nothing new. We’ve seen these ads since at least the days before the Arizona primary in mid-March. The question is when will something be done about it?

Ads continue on Craig’s list offering to pay anyone who wants to disrupt Trump rallies across the nation. Here is one that was aimed at gathering protesters for last week’s San Jose, California Trump rally:
    “To Whom It May Concern:
We will pay $15.00 an hour plus travel (including room and board), clothing, flags, signs, etc. for individuals willing to disrupt Trump rallies throughout the US. If interested please leave your name and a contact number. Thank you”
Notice that the map shows the “Castro District”. This from Wikipedia:
“The Castro was one of the first gay neighborhoods in the United States.”
It adjoins Haight-Ashbury, which during the 1960s was ground zero for the birth of the hippy counterculture movement.
This would not be hard to infiltrate. My understanding of the law is that charges of inciting to riot require a specific time and place. Certainly this would qualify.

    Paid Anti-Trump Protesters...

Evidence on Craigslist - Ads Looking for Protesters

    June 4 2016

    June 3 2016

    Zero Hedge reported:
The New Part-Time Job: “Get Paid $15 An Hour To Protest At The Trump Rally”

For those wondering why Trump rallies tend to devolve to pugilistic matches, where even belligerent 15-year-old protesting (or perhaps “provocative” is a better word) girls end up getting pepper sprayed much to the media’s fascination, the answer is Craig’s List ads such as the one below, in which allegedly “I’m feelin’ the Bern”-affiliated organizers provide paid positions for protesters at Trump rallies, and which provide not only shuttle buses, parking, and signs (as well as time cards) but also hand out $15/hour (as a “part-time employment”) for said protest activity “due to the economic inequality.”

I live & work in a city that is the home of a fairly larger 'Big Ten' university. Many of my clients have positions of being in the faculty of that university. I have come to have the opinion that many or most of those that think they are well-educated are the most ignorant people I have ever come across. They have stopped their learning process, i.e. believe that they know it all. The idea that Craigslist Ads are being posted - offering part-time jobs to those that are willing to be paid protesters at Trump rallies. This is beyond the scope for these "well-educated professors to even consider to be possible. The town is among the many 'university cities' that are overwhelmingly 'liberal' in their political ideology. Years ago I, myself, felt that I was on that side of the spectrum of being a liberal, having an open minded mindset. But that has changed for what I consider to be 'for the better'.

Issue here is: "The Appearance of Impropriety"...

    The Truth About Trump University
    and Judge Gonzalo Curiel

Donald Trump on June 7 2016:
"It is unfortunate that my comments have been misconstrued as a categorical attack against people of Mexican heritage... The American justice system relies on fair and impartial judges. All judges should be held to that standard. I do not feel that one's heritage makes them incapable of being impartial, but based on the rulings that I have received in the Trump University civil case, I feel justified in questioning whether I am receiving a fair trial.

Normally, legal issues in a civil case would be heard in a neutral environment. However, given my unique circumstances as nominee of the Republican Party and the core issues of my campaign that focus on illegal immigration, jobs and fair trade, I have concerns as to my ability to receive a fair trial.

Due to what I believe are unfair and mistaken rulings in this case and the judge's reported associations with certain professional organizations, questions were raised regarding the Obama's appointed Judge's impartiality. Its a fair question. I hope it is not the case.

While this lawsuit should have been dismissed, it is now scheduled for a trial in November. I do not intend to comment on this matter any further. With all the thousands of people that have given the courses such high marks and accolades, we will win this case."

Law Professor Backs Trump’s Charge of Judicial Bias

    Published on Jun 9, 2016
Washington, DC law professor Victor Williams says that Donald Trump was right again. U.S. District Court judge Gonzalo Curiel does have a conflict of interest overseeing the Trump University case due to his affiliation with a group that advocated for illegal immigrants.

    According to Professor Williams:
“It doesn’t matter whether Mr. Curiel’s membership and active role in the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association does create an actual bias.
“The standard is that judge’s must be above reproach, therefore he must step aside if there could be even an appearance of a conflict of interest.”
“Mr. Trump has taken a strong stance against illegal immigration and made it the centerpiece of his presidential campaign,” said Williams, a professor of law at Catholic University in Washington, D.C.
“The judge’s affiliation with the La Raza Lawyers Association, absolutely meets the standard because he has specifically participated in events where illegal aliens were celebrated – even honored with scholarships.”

Donald Trump is on the Scene
    To End the Lie!

The following is cross-posted from another thread

    Walter Burien, CAFR-1

The following transcript starts at [2:21:33]

John B: Let me ask you a couple budgetary questions...

So, these [bankers, politicians, bureaucrats, etc.] are basically gangsters that run this, they are not going to go easily... There was quite a lot older gentleman that one time told me that the reason why those inside the courts - the judges & so forth - seem to be so lenient toward criminals is because many are criminals themselves. Well, I thought,
"Whoa, that's kind of a stretch." But, the point is, these people cannot be shifted, really, can they? I mean, anything that is short of a French-style revolution, or a French Revolution-style upheaval change anything?

Walter Burien: Well, that's what it's taken at times in the past.

    Regarding those judges:
Its not just so much that they're criminals themselves, they are generating revenue for their own court system by perpetuating crime, enhancing crime - getting the street criminal more pissed-off to fight back and create more crime!
John B: Sure, that's protecting their own investment is what that is.

Walter Burien: Yes. The prison systems & everything else are investment hubs & profit centers. And the average Joe-public is saying, "Oh, my god, this person did this, did that!" And they don't realize that this is all being promoted to them, spoon-fed to them, to build up the biggest profit centers possible, from the court systems, from the prison systems, and take out any opposition. You could have probably 10% of the political prisoners sitting in prison & no one would have a clue.

Yeah, when government uses its power to take you out, eliminate you or smash you, they have the ability to do so. They can destroy your business, they can destroy your family, they can destroy everything you have - I know, because I have been up against it.

But regarding the money & the wealth, keep in mind what I am saying, here, the public is not aware of what was going on, not aware of the expansion of wealth of the gross income of government. They have constantly promoted shortfalls, shortfalls!

These judges keep a very low profile on how much they're making, how much they're bringing in, and how many deals they're cutting underneath the table. And of course, effectively, its organized crime!

    You know George Noory?

John B: I know of him, lol!

Walter Burien: I did a show with him over a year ago. And about 45 minutes into the discussion, I said, "George, do you know the easiest way I could steal $250,000 from you?" And his instant reply was, "Tax me." I said, "No, there is a much easier way." He says, "What's that Walter?" I said, "If you didn't know you had it in the first place."

    That sunk in.

This the reason why the "Silence is Golden Rule" is played out...

Now, if you Google "Representative Hanna" + CAFR... Hanna was the Speaker of the House of Oregon back in 2010... (I guess I was having my effect) He gets up during House session, "Well, they tell us that we have $500 million for the entire year to allocate, to spend between ourselves. He goes, "What I have here in my hands is the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)." He has a copy of the cover-page. He goes, "In this report, it says there is $4.8 billion undesignated, unreserved, not restricted, and out of that $3.8 + billion is available for spending - NOT $500 million. So, when it comes down to whether we have this large tax increases that we are talking about, I think we should all review this report, and what it says. And I'm going email this out to everyone of you tonight."

It was only a 3 minute video. Now, this video should have gone viral all over the country, as it is applicable to any local government in the country. But it was suppressed! They blocked the hit counter, stripped it off their search engines. So very few people would see it. Even the ones that were seeing it, the hit counter was kept very low. I accomplished over 15,000 hits from just passing it around myself. In the first week I saw it was up there.

So, on the "Silence is Golden Rule" there are many steps that are taken to maintain that environment, whether it be the media - there's total exclusion from the media - you're not going to have your 'talking head' on ABC, NBC or CBS News or local affiliates - Phoenix, Dallas or Miami - saying anything about this Comprehensive Annual Financial Report that every government in our State produces - the city, county, school district, our enterprises, even our pension funds produce... "Now, I'd like any of our viewers to google that & look that up and download it & get back to me with a comment about what was found..."

Now, if any reporter that would put that out, they would find themselves kicked out the door the very next day. They would no longer be an anchor. I was able to talk one into doing it back in 1994 - Mary Flanagan, worked for ABC, channel 33 at the time. She made mention on the evening 10 o'clock news, the next day 7am, they would air the same news sequence, they cut that segment & she was no longer an anchor 2 days later. I challenged her to make mention of it in, as I had Arizona's 1994 CAFR in my hand. She did a full 40 second camera shot of it and made a few comments - That didn't go over too well.

There was a guy that was running for the governor of Oregon, Rich Smith, back in 1998 or '99. He put up the CAFR on his website, put it on a email post for the State & a few of the local governments. He was already accepted by the Republican Party - they dropped him like a hot potato & went into obscurity. Now, keep in mind, both the Democrat & Republic party heads have been in this for 40 years. They know what its all about. Most people don't realize that both the Democrat & Republican parties are private organizations - like the Boy Scouts. They were created to network the population to get their people to get access to the till. It has nothing to do with benefiting the population. It has to do with getting their people in there to get access to the till. I've heard them say - many times I've gotten the feedback from people who were offered to be higher up, they were told what they were to do, when they get in - they can do whatever they want - because that is the intent.

The school districts - they'll put together their own Comprehensive Annual Financial Report - state universities, community colleges - you can have a university saying, "Oh, we're short on our budget, we're going to have to raise tuition 7-8% this year." You can look at their Annual Financial Report, and you know they could be $8-1/2 billion in the black!

Again - a selective presentation. And, with the 'maintained void' kept over the entire population, you have to realize what you're up against, from scratch-one. Start looking, put into a Google search "City of Miami Comprehensive Annual Financial Report" and blip! - up pops their CAFR. Community college, university, city, county, State - do the same thing along with CAFR in quotes & blip up it pops.

I am emphasizing that when you start looking for the first time - breaching the void in the vacuum that was intentionally spoon-fed to you, the scope & the size of this will rock your world & you will never be the same. You will realize that your entire lifetime has been an illusion - a false presentation in being spoon-fed. All the entertainment that been shown - Michael Jackson, OJ Simpson, this, that & the other thing - is so you never look at the basics & the fundamentals that are staring you right in the face.

John B: Given the glibness of the politicians, and the secrecy all around these enormous financial transactions, what are we suppose to do here. What's the biggest problem the public faces right now. I understand that the housing bubble is still there - that it never left.

    Walter Burien:
I understand your question. My first prong approach was for disclosure - and that I've done. I've reached over 55 million people, internationally. People are now looking. When I first started - nobody knew. Now, one out of four people within the country know. The second aspect is remedy. So, what I've structured is a group called TRFA - Tax Retirement Fund Association - which is designed to do what it says - retire taxation. And I'm getting the national headquarters together right now, I've had a million dollar backing come in from Texas to get this operation going. And what I'll be doing is local governments - city, county, school district - I'll be showing them how they can set up a fiduciary trust account, to consolidate their investment assets, have some mandatory contributions from enterprise operations. And from that fiduciary trust pay all their operating budgets - all of them. Taxation is not needed. All that taxation is, it is a revenue source, period! So based on this massive infrastructure government has built up already, we can consolidate under a fiduciary trust account designed to phase out & eliminate all taxation.

And for the management of the trust, I'm putting together 12 points, which cover all aspects of doing this. And each one of the points, the population is the first-line beneficiary. And what this does is it takes taxation out of the picture for the first time in history. And more importantly - you know that taxation has been going on for 10,000 years - what you've had in history is government administration (however it may have been), and all the industrial cartels (however they may have been), and they came up together to use the population as a productivity resource to be drained & managed - never has been a good thing, never will be a good thing.

And going under the fiduciary trust principle to phase out all taxation - what that does, also now, is it puts everyone on the same page for the first time in history - population, government administration & the financial industrial cartels. Now they want to see a prosperous economy. The focus is not on draining the population - getting over on the population to drain them in any way, shape & form - its to see a thriving economy.

So, on the fiduciary trust funds, you have this massive pool of investment wealth for capital re-investment. You know, businesses are happy & so forth, you have the population now with taxation phased out, their maintaining their productivity value - more to spend - driving the economy, higher rates of return on investments, more truckloads of cash running back in for government on their investment trusts.

So there is no reason for non disclosure [regarding CAFRs & hiding actual real budgets from the public], its an open picture now, everyone benefits and you have everyone on the same page for the first time in history. And that's what my attention is focused on now, it is to set up this structure & get it rolling along. And I'll be setting up a central database, putting about 170,000 managers into the database, showing their performance 5, 10, 15, 25 years, money under management. So if a city like Miami, Florida called me saying they wanted to go on the fiduciary trust principle, I hit a key stroke & it pulls up 15 managers local to Miami showing their track record for the last 25 years, they're sent out an acceptance letter to manage the city's fiduciary trust fund, and there's a set guidelines for the phasing out of all taxation in a venue to switch over their budgets strictly from the fiduciary trust fund.

So yeah, we're talking a dynamic paradigm shift, here, that not just lowers taxation but phases it out & eliminates it, breaks through the non disclosure that's been going on for the last thousand years - from the 'boys'. It puts everybody on the same page. And, it leads to a prospering economy that is self-perpetuating itself for the next thousand years, or what I call "the millennium of prosperity". All these gloom & doomers, especially the religious ones - "World's Coming to an End!" Ah, excuse me, have you ever heard of "The Millennium of Prosperity that we're all promised? That hasn't happened yet, so I think you're jumping the gun on the end of the world thing." I'm working on the millennium factor.

But I have to be able to get through the government's greed & opportunity principle. This whole thing developed out of greed & opportunity. The vault door was left open, the public didn't have a clue - they made sure the public didn't have a clue - and they kept expanding. So if you don't satisfy the greed & opportunity principle, it ain't going to work. But here, with the structure I am setting up with the TRFA, government actually brings in more money. They have a stable economy, a growing, flourishing economy. The population maintains their productivity, growing their wealth base. The businesses & the financial cartels - unlimited pools of capital investment - they're happy.

So now you have all three groups happy for the first time. And, its satisfying the greed & opportunity principle - population, government administration and financial industrial cartels. Now the government administration is going to be the hardest nut to crack because they've been so profound that non disclosure / entertaining the population / misdirecting the population / scaring the population - their whole world revolves around that.

But I'm going to make it very clear. I'm going out to D.C. sometime in the near future & get a room in the Senate Building, invite all the Congress, governors & Senate to a presentation. And I'm going to make it very clear that out of their own greed & opportunity principle they've created a 300 car freight train, moving at 400 miles an hour towards a 1 mile thick concrete wall. The collision is inevitable & its not going to be a pretty sight. And it only going to happen because of their own greed & opportunity principle & their need to have ultimate, absolute control based on how they're operating now.

Under this structure, everyone wins, and you have a thriving economy over the next 1,000 years. And if I can get it through their heads, and it registers regarding satisfying their greed & opportunity principle fairly, it will happen. And the population may say, "What happened?" The bottom-line is taxation is phased out of the picture for the first time in history, and all three power groups being on the same page. Its never been that way in history. But it can happen. So, that is what I'm focusing my full attention on - to make that happen.

Ryan Dawson's just finished his "Hillary Clinton to the Woodshed" video. It comprehensively dismantles any pro-Hillary sentiment.
