Seventy-two killed resisting gun confiscation in Boston!

What if this headline and article were literally true? How close are we to this?

Boston – National Guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently banned assault weapons were ambushed by elements of a Para-military extremist faction. Military and law enforcement sources estimate that 72 were killed and more than 200 injured before government forces were compelled to withdraw.

Speaking after the clash, Massachusetts Governor Thomas Gage declared that the extremist faction, which was made up of local citizens, has links to the radical right-wing tax protest movement.

Gage blamed the extremists for recent incidents of vandalism directed against internal revenue offices. The governor, who described the group’s organizers as “criminals,” issued an executive order authorizing the summary arrest of any individual who has interfered with the government’s efforts to secure law and order.

The military raid on the extremist arsenal followed wide-spread refusal by the local citizenry to turn over recently outlawed assault weapons.

Gage issued a ban on military-style assault weapons and ammunition earlier in the week. This decision followed a meeting in early this month between government and military leaders at which the governor authorized the forcible confiscation of illegal arms.

One government official, speaking on condition of anonymity, pointed out that “none of these people would have been killed had the extremists obeyed the law and turned over their weapons voluntarily.”

Government troops initially succeeded in confiscating a large supply of outlawed weapons and ammunition. However, troops attempting to seize arms and ammunition in Lexington met with resistance from heavily-armed extremists who had been tipped off regarding the government’s plans.

During a tense standoff in the Lexington town park, National Guard Colonel Francis Smith, commander of the government operation, ordered the armed group to surrender and return to their homes. The impasse was broken by a single shot, which was reportedly fired by one of the right-wing extremists.

Eight civilians were killed in the ensuing exchange.

Ironically, the local citizenry blamed government forces rather than the extremists for the civilian deaths. Before order could be restored, armed citizens from surrounding areas had descended upon the guard units. Colonel Smith, finding his forces over matched by the armed mob, ordered a retreat.

Governor Gage has called upon citizens to support the state/national joint task force in its effort to restore law and order. The governor also demanded the surrender of those responsible for planning and leading the attack against the government troops.

Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, and John Hancock, who have been identified as “ringleaders” of the extremist faction, remain at large.

And this fellow Americans, is how the American Revolution began, April 20, 1775.

signing_of_the_declaration_of_independenceOn July 4th, 1776 these same extremists signed the Declaration of Independence, pledging to each other and their countrymen their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor. Many of them lost everything, including their families and their lives over the course of the next few years.

    Lest we forget…

Message From The Author: [Christopher Watson]

For those of you that may have been fooled by the headline, I offer my apologies, but ask you to keep reading. I actually did this for a reason. And no – despite what a few trolls claimed, it’s not click-bait.

First & Foremost, I believe it’s absolutely essential that we, as Americans, do not forget what triggered the American Revolution. Firearm Confiscation was the straw that broke the camels back. If the redcoats had never denied the colonists their right to bear arms, we may very well still be sippin’ tea and munchin’ on tasteless, stale bread.

But, I had a secondary cause in mind: A wake-up call. Over the last 2 days, I have answered many questions and dealt with an amazing amount of flat-out disinformation coming our way. People, these days, don’t read articles, they read headlines. And they react to them. Hell, I’m guilty of it myself.

This is how media operates. They obfuscate the facts with muddy water. If I were a journalist, I could answer your crticisms and tell you that no, in fact, I lied about nothing. And I really didn’t. The image was chosen for a reason. The headline was chosen for a reason, and the blurb I used to post it on facebook

So This Is How It Starts

Was also chosen for a reason. Those reasons, combined with a basic knowledge of how people respond to mass media, are all any journalist needs these days to plant the seed in someone’s mind and watch it grow, and yet saving an “out” if they get called on their bull****. This is what media does. Question. Everything.

In less than a minute, this one Facebook post spread to over 5,000 people. Some of you fell for the headline, some of you didn’t. But the only goal the media has in mind is spreading to to as many people as possible. The more people it spreads to, the bigger their numbers look, and they’re able to sell ad spaces on their TV & Radio networks.

And more to the point, it shows how media, even in the old days, was used to distort and spread propaganda. Those “damn dirty extremists” (aka the founding fathers) were not treated as heroes in the media. Go back and re-read the opening few paragraphs. If the time ever comes, how will modern media paint our would-be saviors?

So, again, I apologize if this was a “gotcha” moment for you. But I hope you learned a few things from it. And that you’ll use it on your friends, spread the message.

I posted this article in current events because I found it noteworthy that it was currently being re-posted on such noteworthy sites as OathKeepers, ZeroHedge and others. It is meant to be thought provoking. And of course it points out how easily people are fooled by headlines and how much some people rely on them.

And just for the record an event like this has already taken place--in 1993 Waco, Texas. The so-called "law enforcement" were at the Branch Davidian church to deliver a search warrant for an (alleged) machine gun so that they could collect the (alleged) tax on it. The US military and other federal assassins joined the attack which included a helicopter with machine gun.

However, it was a bogus warrant that they failed to even bring with them...and the rest is history.

Eliminating guns from the earth is great, very important, it's just that the big guns got to go first because if the people lose the guns and people in power keep the big guns, now the people is even easier to control and the liberty/freedom/peace is even farther away. Be anti-gun, but early on focus on the big guns. (weapons of mass destruction)

There are only silly arguments for why to remove the small guns, but keep the big ones... At the core it's a matter of responsibility.

In a way the anti-gun law/politics is misleading, because it draws attention away from the weapons of mass destruction/military. The (political) campaign should be about starting a global de-weaponization program, starting with the US because that is the nation with the greatest weapon capability. Hence that's where the responsibility is the greatest. (unfortunately people like Trump say and promise to do exactly the opposite to that according to his statements made on the InfoWars YouTube channel)

The PTB will do anything to take away peoples ability to defend themselves, or fight back... Make no mistake, total tyranny is on the horizon... People will be in three groups, those who have no weapons will submit and be enslaved, those with weapons but no training will be killed to be the example/psyop for the stragglers, then those that have weapons and training in war, tactics, and the strength of mind to endure will become the Jedi rebellion-fighting against the stormtroopers if the empire... Truth is stranger than fiction...
