Default July 2016 Natural Disaster Predictions by FireRat

    Hello Avalon Members!

This is 'FireRat', and I'm new to Project Avalon Forum. This is my first post (hope I'm posting in the right section) so here goes...This post is a copy and paste of my own natural disaster predictions for July 2016 from another forum, and it's complete so you can see exactly how the month was predicted to be back on July 1st (Relevant predictions would now cover July 13th and onwards). I have a Geoscience background, and also firmly believe in the use of Numerology and Astrology, particularly 4-Pillar Chinese Astrology, for finding future dates that could potentially bring natural disasters to any part of the world, be it weather-related or earth-related. I've done these types of posts for years as my hobby and hope members at Avalon Forum can find these very useful. To put it simply, my predictions were made combining several Earth Science principles and 'Astro-Numerology' to try pin-pointing possible world locations that could experience certain types of natural events and/or disasters on certain future dates. None of these predictions are for certain, but I do give stronger risk percentages to the period of dates that have more power and disaster potential so you can tell which time frames could be more dangerous. The predictions regarding the possible types of events are given as 'scenarios', of which the first few would be likelier to occur than the last. Ok everyone, with all this in mind, here is my July 2016 prediction thread:

    July 1-2:

Most Likely Scenario: We could see a Flooding Event or Disaster take place at the start of this month, most likely caused by severe thunderstorms or simply heavier than normal early Summer rains in parts of the Northern Hemisphere. Places that were hard hit in June by floods could continue to be affected this month. These dates are the last 2 dates of the prior June 25-July 2 period that saw several flooding events around the world, most notably in the US. Any additional rains in parts of the US that were struck by floods in June, such as West Virginia, could easily result in more flooding.

2nd Likely Scenario: A Major Earthquake could take place, especially on July 2, likely attaining Magnitude 7.0 - 7.5. The quake scenario could be particularly damaging and a small to medium sized Tsunami cannot be ruled out if the epicenter is at sea or near the coast. This month showcases much more earthquake potential than June had, and it seems this could be the first of many quake threats as we progress through July 2016. Remain vigilant during this month if you live in Quake Country!!

3rd Possible Scenario: A Tropical Storm could form fast and affect land during these 2 dates as well, causing mainly flood problems. At the moment there aren't any active storms on the horizon, but since things can change quickly in the tropics, this probability still deserves mention for this period. Watch the West Pacific and Gulf of Mexico the closest.

Significant Risk: The chance for any natural disaster to strike during this time period carrying over from June is 25 percent, with a 15 percent risk for the event to be severe.

    July 5-13:

Most Likely Scenario: We could see some Severe Weather Outbreaks taking place during this week and-a-half long risk time. These events could be triggered by powerful summertime storm systems, with strong thunderstorms occurring along the moist portion of the storms where hot and "cooler" air masses collide, i.e. along the cold fronts and between cold fronts & warm fronts. These storm systems will likely be most prevalent in more northern areas of the northern hemisphere in comparison to Spring as temperatures reach peak warmth in many areas, especially the North-Central & North-Eastern U.S. and Western Europe, Northern Asia. July is climatologically the most active month for Thunderstorm Activity in many parts of the northern hemisphere, and the US/Canada and Europe region in particular. The main disasters to watch out for during this potential Severe Weather scenario will be the 'Derecho' (Damaging Winds), Hail, Flash Floods and even Isolated Tornadoes. Watch your local weather news closely if your area becomes threatened by stormy weather.

2nd Likely Scenario: A Flooding Disaster; Potentially Flash Floods and/or Mudslides could strike during this portion of July 2016, likely caused by either the severe storms in scenario 1, tropical cyclone activity, or simply heavier than normal Summer rains in the Northern Hemisphere. Places that were hard hit in June by floods will again be risky this month. The long duration of this period favors a long-time running flood disaster, including river floods.

3rd Possible Scenario: One or 2 Tropical Storm Systems could form and make landfall during this month as well, and impact areas in parts of the Northern Hemisphere including the Tropical Western Pacific, East Pacific, and Atlantic Gulf Coast/ Caribbean as typhoon & hurricane seasons begin ramping up. A landfalling storm during this time could be significant and cause widespread damage, as well as possibly contribute to the Floods of Scenario #2.

4th Possible Scenario: A Major Earthquake could take place, especially during July 5-7 and July 13, possibly reaching Magnitude 7.0 - 7.5. This quake scenario could again be particularly damaging, and a small to medium sized Tsunami cannot be ruled out if the epicenter is at sea or near the coast.

High Risk: The chance for any natural disaster to strike during this strong risk date period is 30 percent, with a 20 percent risk for the event(s) to be severe.

    July 15:

Most Likely Scenario: A Strong Earthquake could take place on this date, possibly measuring between Magnitude 6.5 - 7.0. This "lone date" features the risk for a sudden-type natural disaster best fit as an Earthquake, and should it occur it could be fairly impactful. There is a chance that this event could be a precursory foreshock to something more significant happening in Late July. A small to medium sized Tsunami cannot be ruled out if the epicenter is at sea or near the coast.

2nd Likely Scenario: A Sudden Flash Flood and/or Mudslide could strike this day as well, likely triggered by heavy rains. Areas that saw major flooding in June could be at risk once more during this date.

3rd Likely Scenario: A quick-hitting Severe Weather/ Tornado Episode could also take place on this single date. This date in particular favors Tornadoes more than the past risk periods, and this storm event is more likely to happen in more northern areas of the northern hemisphere in comparison to Springtime. The North-Central & North-Eastern U.S. and Western Europe, Northern Asia would be the main targets. A 'Derecho' event is also possible on this date, which would mean very damaging winds along a large area caused by a powerful line of severe thunderstorms. Watch your local weather news closely if your area becomes threatened by stormy weather.

Moderate Risk: The chance for any natural disaster scenario to strike during this date is 15 percent.

    July 17-21

Most Likely Scenario: A Major Typhoon or Tropical Cyclone could form and make landfall during this extremely dangerous risk period, possibly impacting land areas along parts of the Northern Hemisphere including the Tropical Western Pacific, East Pacific, and Atlantic Gulf Coast/ Caribbean as typhoon & hurricane seasons really begin ramping up. A landfalling storm during this time could be very significant and cause widespread damage, as well as possibly contribute to the Severe Floods of Scenario #2.

2nd Likely Scenario: A Flooding Disaster; Potentially Flash Floods and/or Mudslides will be very likely during this period, possibly caused by tropical cyclone activity, severe weather, or simply heavier than normal Summer rains in the Northern Hemisphere. Places that were hard hit in June by floods will again be at risk this time. Any flood event that strikes during a powerful risk period like this one or next will have the potential to be very severe.

3rd Possible Scenario: A Powerful Earthquake could take place, especially during July 18-19, and quite possibly reach Magnitude 7.0 - 8.0. This quake scenario could be very severe, and a medium to large sized Tsunami cannot be ruled out if the epicenter is at sea or near the coast.

4th Possible Scenario: We could see Severe Weather taking place during this time frame as well. Watch out for the 'Derecho' (Damaging Winds), Hail, Flash Floods and even Isolated Tornadoes. Watch your local weather news very closely if your area becomes threatened by stormy weather.

Very High Risk: The chance for any natural disaster to strike during this major risk period is 50 percent, with a 40 percent risk for the event to be severe.

    July 25-31:
    (Continues into Early August)

Most Likely Scenario: A Major Typhoon or Hurricane could form and make landfall during this extremely dangerous risk period, possibly impacting land areas along parts of the Northern Hemisphere including the Tropical Western Pacific, East Pacific, and Atlantic Gulf Coast/ Caribbean as typhoon & hurricane seasons strengthen. A landfalling storm during this time could prove devastating and cause widespread damage, as well as possibly contribute to the Severe Floods of Scenario #3. The tropics will warrant extra attention as we near the end of July 2016.

2nd Possible Scenario: A potentially Massive Earthquake could take place during this dangerous timeframe, being especially likely during July 25-28. This period features the worst risk for an earthquake disaster this month, and a quake striking this time could reach Magnitude 7.5 - 8.5. This quake scenario could be very severe, and a medium to large sized Tsunami cannot be ruled out if the epicenter is at sea or near the coast. Watch global earthquake activity in the days leading up to July 25, since places having strong earthquakes before the start of this period could be under the gun by then!

3rd Possible Scenario: A Flooding Disaster; Potentially Flash Floods and/or Mudslides will be very likely during this period once again, possibly caused by tropical cyclone activity, severe weather, or simply heavier than normal Summer rains in the Northern Hemisphere. Places that were hard hit in June by floods, and any areas experiencing flooding before this period, will once again be at high risk this time. Any flood event that strikes during this extremely powerful risk period will have the potential to be catastrophic.

4th Possible Scenario: Just like in the prior risk period, we could see Severe Weather Events taking place during this time frame as well. These storm systems will probably happen in more northern areas of the northern hemisphere in comparison to earlier months as temperatures reach peak warmth in many areas, especially the North-Central & North-Eastern U.S. and Western Europe, Northern Asia. Watch out for the 'Derecho' (Damaging Winds), Hail, Flash Floods and even Isolated Tornadoes during this time. Watch your local weather news very closely if your area becomes threatened by stormy weather.

Very High Risk: The chance for any natural disaster to strike during this dangerous date period is 50 percent, with a 40 percent risk for the event to be severe in impact.

The Breakdown: Here follows a date-specific look highlighting exactly when we could see what events and scenarios, along with the main areas to watch for each of the possible events! The dates are color coded, so look out for the ones in reds and oranges because those days are the ones likelier to be the ones involved in certain events:

    Severe Weather & Tornadoes: July 1-2, July 5-13, July 15, July 17-21, July 25-31.
Severe Weather and a few Tornadoes are quite possible this month of July, which is the peak month for severe thunderstorms (not tornadoes) now that we’re in northern hemisphere's Summer. The Central States, Northern Plains of the U.S., Canada and Northeast/ Mid-Atlantic US will be particularly at risk for severe storms this month, many of which could have damaging winds and cause floods. A few strong tornadoes are still possible this month, especially in areas still experiencing the clash between warm & moist air VS cool, dry air along fronts brought in by storm systems. One of the biggest threats this month will be damaging squall lines, often called 'Derechos' for having strong straight-line winds of hurricane force. July could be a big month for severe weather. Main Areas to Watch: keep eyes primarily on the North-Central U.S. (including the Plains States), the Midwestern U.S., Northeastern & Mid-Atlantic US AND West & Central Europe for this possible severe weather.

    Earthquakes: July 2, July 5-7, July 12-13, July 15, July 17-18, July 19-21, July 25-28, July 29-31.
Earthquake magnitudes are likely to be above M 6.5 on the more earthquake-favoring dates in red and orange, with possibly significant impacts occurring if earthquakes indeed become the manifested events this month. July 2016 could be a big month for earthquake activity as well. We could see at least two Magnitude 7.0 - 8.0 quakes sometime this month, especially during the 2nd half of the month. *Important note...all dates mentioned here under 'earthquakes' have the potential for seeing Magnitude 6.0+ quakes, which could all result in some sort of impact. Watch out for a possible tsunami in case one of the quakes surpasses M 7.0 and has the epicenter at sea. Main Areas to Watch: The Pacific Ring of Fire, mainly along the western coasts of the Americas as well as Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia and Indonesia/Polynesia. Also, watch the Caribbean region, the Middle East, Mediterranean, and parts of inland "Eurasia". Watch regions recently experiencing earthquake activity such as South America, Indonesia, Alaska and Japan most closely.

Floods and Landslides: July 1-2, July 5-13, July 15, July 17-21, June 25-28, July 29-31.
This month is one that can see lots of Flooding and Flash Flooding disasters as well as Landslide events caused by heavy rains produced by weather systems in both temperate and tropical regions. Causes could be either north hemisphere summer storms systems, severe weather, or tropical cyclones in several parts of the tropics in both Pacific and Atlantic region. July 2016 should continue the flood threat across several regions impacted in June. Main Areas to Watch: Watch areas experiencing heavy rainfall, tropical storms, or severe weather, especially on or near large river basins or near hilly regions. The West Pacific part of Southeast Asia (Philippines, Taiwan, China & Japan) are at highest risk for this type of disaster, followed by the Midwestern & Northeast US and Interior Europe in 2nd place. East Asia and Central America are in 3rd place, especially if tropical storms affect land in this region. Also keep a close eye on any other world regions about to experience a major weather event during these upcoming days, since prolonged heavy rains can lead to bad floods and mudslide/ landslides.

Typhoons, Hurricanes and Tropical Storms: July 1-2, July 5-13, July 15, July 17-21, July 25-31.
July usually brings a noticeable increase in tropical storm activity among most of the northern hemisphere's ocean basins. Hurricane Season could ramp up in the Atlantic. Typhoons and East Pacific Hurricanes could become more frequent this month as well, especially during the 2nd half of July. This year, July has some really potent dates and if a tropical system strikes during those dates, the effects could be much worse than average for the month. Main Areas to Watch: Locations that should be on the lookout include the West Pacific and East Pacific (Philippines, Taiwan, China, Mexico, Central America), which could see increased tropical storm activity. The western Atlantic Ocean also becomes a risk area this month, with emphasis on the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean. There could also be some activity in the Indian Ocean.

*The Month's Most Intense Risk Days are: July 18-19 & July 27 in first place, then second place is held by July 20 & July 28. Third place is held by July 7.*

    The Month at a Glance:

July 2016 is looking like it could be a very eventful month this year, and perhaps among the most dangerous of the 2010's decade. There are several powerful risk dates this month, and even 2 ‘extreme’ risk category time periods during the second part of the month. Natural disasters will be a major threat this month! Overall, expect July 2016 to be well above average for both the number and intensity of natural disasters around the world. Expect 3 to 6 notable natural disasters this month, of which 2 to 4 could be severe in nature. We may expect 2 to 3 of the events to be weather-related, and the other 1 to 3 possibly being earthquake-related or other than weather related. Severe Storms & Tornadoes, Massive Flooding, Tropical Storms, and Large Earthquakes are this month's main dangers.

Well folks, that's how this month is looking, pretty busy to say the least.

Btw, this is a link to my YouTube June + July 2016 prediction video that relates to this post:

UPDATE: Catastrophe strikes during 7/18 - 7/20 in China...Killer flash floods leave 150+ dead, massive scope of tragedy not known until Friday!

Just when it seemed that the July 17-21 dates passed by calmly, news about a flood calamity that occurred in China during that time have emerged. The event was so severe that the disaster wasn't discovered until Friday the 22nd. This was one event that struck suddenly and without warning. Extreme rains began falling on the 18th and then a killer flash flood swept through villages during the early hours of the 20th, leaving death and destruction in the wake.

See the link below for more details concerning the Summer's worst natural disaster so far:

    Major Quake Possible within the next 72 hrs...July 27-29...M 7.0 + Possible.

Recent earthquake near Chile (July 25 Mw 6.2, July 26 Mw 6.0) and Southwest Pacific (July 25 Mw 6.0) may be signaling a major one is around the corner! We are entering one of the most powerful risk dates of the year, be on watch folks! I think South America and SE Asia, SW Pacific Islands have the bigger risk of seeing this possible event. If the quake does strike and is centered at sea, beware tsunamis.

Major 7.7 Earthquake strikes near the Mariana Islands 7/29! No tsunami expected as of yet, this is breaking news currently. The quake was somewhat deep, but could also trigger more big ones from later today thru August so heads up along the Pacific Ring of Fire!
