Thanks for this, onawah. I'm up for learning more about this, hence just spend $49 for the information packet from Russ (greenhouseinthesnow.com) which he states is regularly updated as they learn. While he mentions $25K for the greenhouse, the 60 ft long greenhouse is about $9K.

    Record-Challenging Low Temperatures Everywhere
November 14, 2019 Published by ColdClimate
    https://coldclimatechange.com/record...es-everywhere/
"Breaking records set more than 100 years ago – More than 100 in Alabama alone. Record lows were reported this morning from Birmingham, Alabama, to Burlington, Vermont, from New York City to Detroit, from Wichita to St. Louis, From Atlanta to Ohio. Birmingham’s low of 18F shattered the previous record of 22F set in 1911. New York City and Buffalo, New York, as well as parts of Ohio set new cold records.

Around 240 million people are now facing winter weather according to CNN. It literally feels like it is mid-January in much of the central and eastern portions of the United States, with temperatures that are 30 degrees below normal. Winter started early this year, witnessed by heavy winter snowstorms in October that actually started in September in certain places, yet hardly anyone thinks its funny or strange that the media is still insisting its catastrophic warming we are facing.

“The planet is coming apart at the seams right before the eyes of scientists at work in remote fringe areas of the North where permafrost crumbles and collapses. It’s abrupt climate change at work in real time, but the governing leaders of the world either don’t care or don’t know. If they did, there would already be a worldwide Climate Marshall Plan to save civilization from early warning signals of utter chaos,” writes Robert Hunziker for Counter Punch. This is all true but its cold climate change at work not man-made global warming.

The New York Times competed with, “How Scientists Got Climate Change So Wrong. Few thought it would arrive so quickly. Now we’re facing consequences once viewed as fringe scenarios. For decades, most scientists saw climate change as a distant prospect. We now know that thinking was wrong. As we now know, all of those predictions turned out to be completely wrong. Which makes you wonder whether the projected risks of further warming, dire as they are, might still be understated. How bad will things get?” Yes how bad will the cold get and how much of our agricultural sector will fail do to the collapsing time of our growing season?
Hiding cold climate change with global warming is like hiding a stampeding herd of elephants charging down fifth avenue. There is no middle ground when it comes to climate. We have climate reality, measurable by thermometers to see how hot or cold it is and measuring sticks to see how much snow or rain has fallen.

Then we have what the governments are saying, what the UN is saying, what climatologists are saying, which basically adds up to this summarized by Reuters: “A child born today faces multiple and life-long health harms from climate change – growing up in a warmer world with risks of food shortages, infectious diseases, floods and extreme heat, a major global study has found.”

Just run over to https://electroverse.net and run your eyes down the headlines but be sure to dress warm while you do because reality, a cold one, being set up by our entry into a grand solar minimum, will chill your bones; while at the same time show you how terribly we are being lied to by the elite class who own the media.

It also shows how scientific integrity has been destroyed, trashed by politicians and compromised researchers and governmental institutions who think they can get away with lies about the nature of climate and what is going on with the sun. The lower-latitudes are actually COOLING, and cooling fast — in line with historically low solar activity. That is a fact of life that hundreds of millions can testify to this week yet we are to believe the press and politicians?

Don’t be fooled by bogus political ideologies — the lower-latitudes are refreezing in line with historically low solar activity. NASA itself has recently revealed this upcoming solar cycle (25) will be “the weakest of the past 200 years,” and they’ve correlated previous solar shutdowns to prolonged periods of global cooling here.

Yes even winter alerts in Florida this week though in much of the rest of the state pleasant cooling. So many record cold temperatures set all over the country, yet this is not just an anomaly. It has been getting colder for a few years but no one expected us to fall off a cold cliff so intensely as we are right now in North America, Europe and Asia.

Something must be done about climate change — and fast. The IMF Says Just Do Something! Does not matter what, does not matter whether its right or wrong. just do something is the sentiment among many children and media.

According to the director of the CIA, its going to be a much worse mini-ice age than scientists expect, because whoever it is that is sponsoring genoengeneering are doing it to cool the planet because of the non-existent warming. I doubt that is the real reason but that is what the director of the CIA said about two years ago.

“If planners and governments want to prepare for a substantial “climate change” in the future, it’s global cooling they should be concerned about, not global warming,” writes Gregory F. Fegel "

Cold periods correlate with civilization collapse – Video

    by Robert

    November 21, 2019

I highly recommend that you watch this video by Peter Temple, who warns “just when we need more energy and warmth, we have politicians trying to tax it out of existence.”

    It’s a cycle, it’s a cycle, it’s a cycle!

“The sun and the planets are the main driver of climate change on our tiny little planet,” says Temple, who pretty much says what I’ve been saying all along.

The difference is that he doesn’t take into account our rapidly declining magnetic field strength, which I think will make things even worse.

Periods of warming correlate with major civilizations

Here’s a little hint of what you’ll see:
    • Periods of warming correlate with major civilizations. That’s when the greatest empires emerge. Egypt. Greece. Rome. The Mayans. The Vikings.

    • When the climate cools, civilizations collapse into ruin. Those periods get labeled as dark ages, because there’s little advancement in living standards

    • Social mood always turns negative with colder climate, and that brings about riots and wars

When the climate cools, civilizations collapse into ruin.
    • One of the ‘great’ features of the 172-year cycle is a financial collapse.

    • Just when we need more energy and warmth, we have politicians trying to tax it out of existence
If, for some reason this video does not display, you can also view it on Peter Temple’s website: https://worldcyclesinstitute.com/global-cooling/

One of the reasons Im interested in past events is that im aware its cyclic.
So what happened then is very relevent to what is facing us now.
Im not 100% clear on the detail and timing---all that can be said is "We live in intersting times"
The human race has survived every cycle so there is hope.

SOTT Earth Changes Summary - November 2019: Extreme Weather, Planetary Upheaval, Meteor Fireballs

As if mocking the propaganda of anthropogenic climate change advocates, Nature has - once again - provided a wild and varied ride for the inhabitants of planet Earth in the month of November.

In keeping with the pattern of recent years, winter arrived early again in many parts of the Northern Hemisphere, disrupting normal life and food production. The US saw new cold and snowfall records over much of its territory, even as 'Extinction Rebellion' zealots demanded further man-made CO2 reductions to 'save the planet from overheating'. Exceptional snowfalls and early freezing temperatures also left their mark in Europe, and parts of Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

Heavy rain, floods, and landslides also wreaked havoc this month, with South Sudan, Kenya, Congo, Algeria, the UK, France, the Philippines, Australia, and northern Mexico all affected by hundreds of deaths, thousands displaced and significant damage to local infrastructure. Italy was hit once again by extreme weather this month: storms, floods, and early snow left a path of destruction across several provinces.

Our viewers will not be surprised to learn that a significant number of meteor fireballs and unexpected NEOs also made an appearance in our skies last month, shocking and delighting many eyewitnesses and leaving many experts wondering whether their claim that they can track all dangerous NEOs is really just 'pie in the sky'.

All that and more in this month's SOTT Earth Changes Summary...

Once in 500 year storm batters Iceland

Dumps up to seven feet of snow, carried on winds of up to 150mph.

Extremely windy conditions and life-threatening conditions are unfolding across the western half of Iceland as bombogenesis cyclone is sitting along the SE parts of the island. Central pressure is already below 950 mbar, cyclone continues deepening. As the cyclone is expected to drift further east tonight, extreme wind threat will worsen and spread across much of the country. Models are still in a very good agreement developing a violent windstorm with wind gusts 200-250 km/h across the SE parts of Iceland, possibly even more locally! Intense snowfall with violent blizzard conditions are worsening across northern Iceland as well, as snowfall rates are still intensifying within 140-170 km/h wind gusts. Hurricane-force winds and heavy snowfall will continue overnight and tomorrow. [more]

Don't get too exited. About 30 tornadoes get reported each year in the UK. There are probably others that miss population centres. They are normally only F0 to F1 and occasionally F2.

Quote Although most people think of twisters striking ‘Tornado Alley’ in the US, the UK actually has more tornadoes per area than any other country.

    SOTT Media

December 2019 : Earth Changes Summary

    Published 6th January 2020

After unusual chilling summer temperatures and snowfall in the Victorian Alps area, Australia is suffering from an all-time record bush-fire that has provoked devastating damage. The fires have displaced thousands and has caused the dead of half a billion animals so far.

After investigation, the Australian police concluded that arsonists and lightning are to blame for the raging fires... not anthropogenic climate change.

At least 150 houses were also destroyed by fast-moving woodland fires in the Chilean city of Valparaíso. Residential areas were still burning on Christmas Day.

Snow covered the ground on nearly half of the lower 48 states of the US - 46.2 percent of land area -, the largest area on early December since snow cover records began in 2003. The snow cover also reached Mexico's northern regions.

Iceland reported a record snow cover of 30 feet, meanwhile 8,000 vehicles were stranded in Kashmir caused by 3 feet of snow.

Storms Elsa and Fabien wreak havoc from France and Spain to Italy. At least nine deaths were reported due to the dual storms that rocked western and central Europe. The strong winds resulted in more than 118,000 power outages, the majority of which were reported in France.

Fabien also caused flooding in Venice where rainfall of 1-3 inches combined with high tides inundated parts of the city.

Heavy rain, floods and landslides keep causing devastating damage around the world: 150 people were killed in Kenya; 4 dead in Khuzestan Province, Iran; thousands affected in Nariño, and 8 missing in Tolima, Colobia; Beirut paralyzed; 50 houses under water in Sigi, Indonesia.

A 6.9 magnitude earthquake hit southern Philippines, killing at least one person and causing several injuries. Roads and buildings, including the local government office, were damaged.

SOTT Earth Changes Summary - January 2020: Extreme Weather, Planetary Upheaval, Meteor Fireballs

SOTT Earth Changes Summary - January 2020

Wildfires continued to rage across Australia through January, leaving 70% of the country covered in a smokey haze. New South Wales and Victoria were the most affected states with more than 2,000 houses destroyed, and thousands displaced.

The rain has since brought some respite, but there are still more than 50 active fires. And if that was not enough, flash floods, giant hail, and dust-storms hit the country adding to the destruction caused by the ongoing fires.

A significant number of impressive meteor fireballs were filmed this month, along with increased reports of loud "booms" or 'explosions in the sky', highlighting that there could be even more meteor fireballs events that are not reported, or pass unnoticed.

Seismic and volcanic activity reached an interesting peak this month, a devastating 6.8 magnitude earthquake hit eastern Turkey. At least 31 people were killed and more than 1,600 injured.

Puerto Rico was hit by two powerful shallow earthquakes of 5.8 and 6.4 magnitude that left one person dead, a path of destroyed buildings, and island-wide power cuts. The triggered seismic swarm hasn't stopped yet.

A 6.4 magnitude tremor also shook Xinjiang, China, causing one dead, and damage in several buildings.

Last but not least, a magnitude 7.7 earthquake struck 80 miles from Jamaica, shaking people in the Caribbean and as far away as Miami.

Even if the media is reporting that "a number of countries just witnessed their warmest January", the amount of snow in the northern hemisphere was certainly far from "normal". See it for yourself in this month's SOTT Earth Changes Summary...

I have been pondering the effects on weather that a magnetic reversal may have. We know reversals have happened in the past, the rock record has recorded it. We know that a magnetic reversal is slowly happening. What is the impact of the magnetic field on weather and climate? Thinking about the subtropical easterlies and the mid-latitude westerlies and other changes in the upper level circulation, are these caused by changes in pressure on the magnetic field? Indigenous people would predict weather changes by aurora activity and aurora activity is the result of electrons interacting with the magnetic field.

I am still in the pondering stage. But the magnetic north pole has begun to move erratically, could this correlate with the unusual weather, the earthquakes and other responses we are seeing on the earth surface?

A weakening magnetic field means more cosmic rays reaching the lower atmosphere, which means greater cloud formation, which means greater albedo (solar reflectivity), and therefore the knock-on effects on climate. Earthquakes, I have no idea!

This is a good place to start...

Where is HAARP in all this, I wonder.

(Why do they crank out that weird excuse for music
    on these videos every time.)

    One giant leap for cosmology!

Here is some good news released last night. Not exactly on topic, but related. The video being only 4 minutes 36 seconds with possible vindication for Major White from the pentagon and Albert Einstein at the 1 minute 50 second mark. I believe major White was in sharp contrast with Charles Hapgood mentioned in this thread.

Here are a few quotes, but there are so much more.

February 2020 : Earth Changes Summary

    Published 6th March 2020

The winter remained harsh in the northern hemisphere throughout February with even more cold and snowfall records broken.

70 villages in southeastern Turkey were buried under 20 feet of snow after a powerful blizzard. Residents were left without power and water as they also struggled to dig their way out. Furthermore, two avalanches killed 41 in the eastern part of the country, while a 5.7 magnitude earthquake killed 8 people in the southeast... That's quite a lot of extreme events in a single region.

Haji Omaran, a town on the mountainous Iraq-Iran border, also experienced exceptionally heavy snowfall, with roads blocked and cars buried in the snow. Saudi Arabia also got its share of unusual cold weather (for the desert!) as the temperature dropped to -5°C.

Last but not least, Taiwan's highest peak of Yushan and nearby counties were hit by the heaviest snowfall in two decades, whilst Himachal Pradesh's capital received the highest snowfall in eight years.

Heavy rain continued breaking records around the globe: 2 feet of rain in 24 hours in Fiordland, New Zealand; 5 dead and hundred displaced in Kenya; a month's worth of rain in 3 hours in São Paulo, Brazil; rainfall 400% above normal in Mississippi; hundreds evacuated in Northern Argentina due to widespread flooding, while western Washington got hit by historic flooding and landslides... and that's just to mention some of the most significant events.

At least seven people were killed across Europe by Storm Ciara, heavy rain and strong winds shut down transport and left hundreds of thousands without power. And storm Dennis left its mark in the UK, dumping a month's worth of rain in 48 hours with 91mph winds.

Meteor fireballs also gave quite a show this month, sightings on the rise... at least for now.
