Chinese can take out our satellites in times of war

I came across this bit of info from the daily mail. Apparently China launched a spacecraft last June aboard the long March 7 rocket, its called Aolong-1 and its fitted with a robotic arm to collect space junk, but can be used to take out our western satellites in times of war!

Sooo... if the world war does go ahead our internet is gone..
