The New Atlantis of Lower Manhattan, IXXI, and St. Paul's Chapel

Why was a New Jerusalem erected in the ashes of IXXI? Here is a link to an article that will appear as a chapter in an upcoming book. There are some really amazing connections between little known U.S. history and St. Paul's Chapel. There is even a missing stone legend that involves an item taken from the Paris Meridian near Rennes le Chateau. The array of St. Paul's Chapel and the octagonal Freedom Tower comprise what is termed a "New Atlantis" or "New Jerusalem" in other terms. This array of architecture in lower Manhattan tells many secrets and links to other contemporary colonial places of importance such as Williamsburg and Edenton North Carolina. Hint.
