Break in, strange liquid on bedroom wall

the other day i get back, door was locked, no signs of forced entry. found a spray and spread liquid on my wall in bedrrom. glowed slightly in blacklight. washed it off with four cleaners, still has residue that is shiny in light. Not sure what it is. I get v2k style harrassments, sadistic attempts to possess me, others getting on telling me lies to do things.

A really excellent (and hilarious, though this is a totally serious subject) account of being 'gangstalked' -- really bizarrely -- can be found in this thread:

Robert Guffey's interview (with George Knapp on Coast to Coast, but there are others on YouTube) is highly recommended for any Targeted Individuals out there.

The victim in this case was a person called Dustin, a friend of Guffey from high school. Dustin was a heroin addict, and was unconventional and defiant at best. He wrote Gaslit and Lovin' it on the side of his ancient, malfunctioning van, and on a couple of occasions threw food at the jarheads following him around -- who were so discombobulated by this they had no programmed response.

What Guffey points out from all of this is that unconventional, unexpected, creative reactions can throw the stalkers into confusion and disarray. The whole strategic plan is to do senseless, almost random, things to the TI, which literally make them think they're going nuts -- as rarely would anyone believe them. It's designer torture of the most subtle kind.

Laughter, supported by others who DO believe what's happening, is a good remedy. For the TI to kind of collapse in the face of all this, feeling actively victimized and helpless, is the entire intention.

A good start (and this is a serious suggestion!) might be to do something like hang a notice on your front door saying:

"Hey, next time you break in to repaint my wall, please (a) leave a calling card, so I can thank you, and (b) do a better job... at least you could have sprayed ALL the walls of my bedroom. I know this stuff is expensive, but you guys DO have unlimited budgets.

And maybe next time, you can spray my car as well... it's getting a little rusty in places. Thanks!"

Very much so, I was going up the escalator at the train station the other day and the guy in front of me whom seemed like he had been waiting for me turns around says and repeats this several times "white skin, brown eyes, blonde hair, you should go to england". Then at the top of the escalator he tried to kiss me on the lips. I was like WTF and just ignored him the whole time, then continued on as if nothing had happened a few onlookers raised a brow. The attempted kiss was well timed because their was CCTV camera at the top of the escalator facing my way.

Just to answer your question Sueanne47, exactly it makes no sense to do that to a complete stranger. In this instance it was a set up, he was probably trying to bait me into a violent reaction in front of the CCTV camera, as no straight guy is going to appreciate that attention from a stranger.
With that recording from the CCTV camera and witness statments the police would have a strong case for an assault charge. It is technique they use in gangstalking I think it's called "baiting".
