Arthur Ponsonby : Falsehood in War-Time

About this 1928 book Mark Crispin Miller says the following in his foreword to Edward Bernays’ Propaganda (2005) [1928]:

Quote Falsehood in War-Time, by the British MP Arthur Ponsonby, is a straightforward catalogue of all the major falsehoods propagated by the Allied governments. Ponsonby refutes each lie, explaining also how and why it was devised and spread. That book created quite a furor on its publication in both Britain and America. Bernays’ cunning Propaganda failed to resonate as strongly as this other, blunter book, which seemed the ultimate summation of the case against the craft that Bernays tried, throughout his life, to justify.

Whoever put the Colin Wilson stuff in the /ebooks section, THANK YOU!

I was able to find a direct link to a PDF very easily on Google, but not easily at all on the forum itself. That's OK though, I'm mostly just curious who put all those there.

I'm finding his work excellent, and the Mysteries one most interests me. I already own a copy of "The Supernatural", but if anyone has that in PDF I would greatly appreciate an upload. This is the one I have:

I did. I'm a huge fan of Colin Wilson.

To copy library links, just search for a word (e.g. 'Wilson'), or 'Colin Wilson', using your regular browser search on this huge single page:
Each item there is a live link. Just right-click and choose 'Copy Link Location', or choose 'Save Link As' to download.

I should have guessed! Thanks Bill, you're a gem.
The "Supernatural" book is really good too, but maybe a bit too beginner for you, which could be why it's missing? Or maybe it's simply 'Not free' - either way, I find it kindof serendipitous that the one book I have, you don't have (ha ha)

"The Supernatural" is pointing me to 'Beyond the Occult' which I found (here) and I must say - I'm getting a bit nervous. Beyond the Occult?!? Sounds gross. But because I already have a respect for Mr. Wilson there, I'll have a look. So far, I find myself agreeing with him a lot! He's funny sometimes too, at least I think so.

Over the course of the weekend I started reading Children of The Law of One (here), on the chapter "The Religion of Atlantis", and stumbled into an alternate version of the 'Fallen Angel' story. My mind has officially been blown.

Daniele Ganser's - NATO's Secret Armies - Operation Gladio and Terrorism in Western Europe

This fascinating book shows how the CIA and the British secret service, in collaboration with the military alliance NATO and European military secret services, set up a network of clandestine anti-communist armies in Western Europe after World War II.

While they are still available--get them while you can. An amazing series of volumes (1-4) about the JFK assassination.

Author Penn Jones Jr. was known for being an early critic of the Warren Commission's report on the assassination of John F. Kennedy and for alleging that 150 people connected to the assassination may have died under mysterious circumstances. In 1967, he self-published Forgive My Grief, a four-volume work on the assassination of President Kennedy.[1][6] In the 1980s, Jones co-edited The Continuing Inquiry newsletter with Gary Mack of the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza.[1]
