Xcuse My Ignorance, Why is it up to U.S.A. to Disclose?

What a pity, for people like those who belong to this forum! Without disclosure, the majority of humans will not advance. Sad!

Hi Gillian, i dont think this is the case. Humans advance based upon how they utilize their lives to enhance their consciousness. This is done regardless of whether they are aware of little green men. People have progressed for eons without disclosure.

Now, its likely people could progress faster being aware that ETIs exist. Also, disclosure would possibly make it easier to deal with group efforts to contain/eliminate abductions/animal mutilations/etc. Also, if there are benevolent ETIs, perhaps they can help us design defenses to negative ETIs and/or interdimensionals and/or other entities present on earth.

Too late... wikileaks gave us disclosure with the Podesta emails (see batch #19).



The Podesta emails basically constitute an admission that yes, aliens exist and
yes, the US government is talking to them... And so too.. apparently ...is the Vatican.

The bit about them being telepathic and abducting people and harvesting
their sexual fluids (eggs, sperm)
... and...
the bit about them stealing horses and cows... and sucking out all their blood...
(these are vampire aliens afterall)
...... you're probably not going to hear about that in a presidential address.

Could you give us as a complimentary which dated e mail did mention(disclosed) ALF?
