I don't know ... I find this one funny as hell ...

Perhaps it needs some context: Back in the days of the "black death" some people made business by going from village to village and yelling "bring out your dead!" where villagers could simply have these people with carts haul away their dead family and friends and dispose of them for a small fee -- people knew it was contagious and this lessened the risk to existing family members. The smoke burning is an incense and herb urn that were thought to help kill the "germs" (I guess they might have called them evil spirits, but there was a sense that it would help prevent the spread of the disease. So that is the context - it might be needed to appreciate this at all ...

Here's some more "pre-Seinfeld" Michal Richards (not exactly a skit but clips from a movie) ... I recall watching my first episode of Seinfeld and going "Hey! It's Stanley Spadowski!". Here's Michael Richards as Stanley Spadowski in Weird Al's cult classic movie, "UHF". You have to watch both videos. Seriously love this movie. It's incredibly stupid and funny, yet has an underlying message which seems to include aliens ... it's weird Al, what do you expect?
