Accidental Sighting in Johannesburg!

Hey guys.

I took a picture tonight of a strange looking cloud.
I accidentally hit record and have a short 3 second clip of something moving around the odd cloud.
Just thought I would share with you all!
Here is the clip and a picture. Please zoom in on the pic and look at the odd formation.
Its pretty hard to see the moving object in the video, but just look carefully please!
Is this normal?
