There are several sites repeating the same story including here (nothing about her being arrested tho) - which I'd also take with a large grain of salt:

Arrested? No, not yet anyway. However, there are more believable sites indicating that a full investigation is underway (it never went away... ), which will inevitably result in her being charged.

This is all connected to the Clinton Foundation's dirty dealings and Pizzagate (plus all the other accusations leading up to the election). Quite a few threads on Avalon covering the "believable angle". But it's very big, very messy and quite probably implicates the Fake Stream Media & a sizeable proportion of the US Govt on both sides.
