Hi, I just stumbled across this video from CSETI/Disclosure Project.

Description for video: Mr. William Pawelec was a U.S. Air Force computer operations and programming specialist with numerous credentials in security technologies and access control systems. He gave this interview with Dr. Greer prior to the 2001 National Press Club Disclosure event and asked that it not be released until after his death. Mr. William Pawelec passed away on May 22, 2007 and we received permission to release it in December 2010.

Hmmm. Interesting. After having watched this, I can only believe that the reason this gentleman didn't want this released until he passed away was simply due to his professional reputation. The circles he kept. These are alot of thoughts many of us have internally as we go about our jobs, but you do not necessarily articulate your position-or impression--in words, publicly.

As for the actual information or data in the interview, there is nothing completely novel here. What is novel and unique is his perspective on what he has perceived.

Yes, I think Steve could have made him dig a little deaper, esp about tonopah.
I think he had more to say but Steve did not try to pick it out.
I could be wrong. They might have had a pre interview talk, and this could be the deepest this man could go.

It is terrific to have this on youtube, because some newbies to this topic might be more comfortable with this thin level interview.
I felt honesty from him, and that is also a refreshment.

Very interesting interview. The guy made statements concerning the chips that I first detailed in confidence to Andy Collins in 1978 as to what they were capable of, at that time I referred to them as 'biomonitors' as they monitored the biological systems of the host, blood pressure, pulse, heartrate etc etc. Again during my releases in the 90's I explained further re the chips and how they were inserted into the hosts via large syringes. Nice to see someone with some credibility and authority stating same things.

Excellent interview. Some very important material. I'd not heard of this man before.

The most important items for me were

• The missing billion (or two!) nanochips - easily implantable
• His experience of a stratum of intel that monitors and has access to everything. (I can confirm this, from what I have been told: but maybe we should not be too surprised.)

interesting thought , perhaps these chips have already been field tested under guise of wildlife monitoring program , i mean ever seen the national geographic ( or the like) special where they go out bush with hand held tracking antenae and locate the already tagged animal

Release of New Witness Testimony - William Pawelec



In 2000 - 2001 before the historic National Press Club Disclosure event in May 2001, Dr. Greer went around the world videotaping over 100 witnesses. Some asked that their testimony not be released until after their deaths. Mr. Pawelec is one of those. Barry, is there a way one can check or have themselves checked for one of these? Are they detectable if one knows what they're doing or what they're looking for?
