    That is spectacular Bill......

of Star Trek or Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

There have been some new Light Pillars observed in Canada recently too. See The Weather Network's coverage: https://www.theweathernetwork.com/ne...-canada/88884/

Last January some amazing pictures taken in North Bay Ontario made Canadian national headlines: https://www.theweathernetwork.com/ne...-it-here/78091

The thing is that i was born in North Bay and lived there from the 1950s to the 80s. i was an avid amateur astronomer and so i was out on cold moonless winter nights with my telescope -- but i never once saw this phenomenon. Obviously it is greatly increasing in frequency of occurrence.

Les Cowley, a retired optical engineer describes the Light Pillar phenomenon this way: http://www.atoptics.co.uk/halo/lpil.htm In terms of atmospheric optics the interpretation goes that it is a result of small flat ice crystals (usually in a hexagonal shaped wafer) suspended in the cold air (or floating ever so slowly downwards like frisbees -- all with their faces aligned perpendicular to their direction of movement due to gravity and the aerodynamic effects of that shape). Optically they act in unison to reflect light from a light source on the ground (ie. a streetlight) to an observer further away, and the effect, due to many of them being at different elevations above ground -- is a virtual optical image of a pillar of light.

That's the science of it, and as science goes it is accurate. But it doesn't explain why the frequency of this phenomenon's occurrence is increasing greatly -- worldwide.

To take the conspiracy theory perspective consider this explanation on The Weather Network: "This type of ice crystal is flat and hexagonal in shape, and when they are suspended in the air, together they act like a gigantic mirror, reflecting the light source upwards or downwards." The key point is "reflecting the light source UPWARDS or downwards." As far as the apparent (non-control-of-the-population) intent of geoengineering goes -- reflecting sunlight upwards, back into space, would be ideal. Clouds (or nano particles of aluminum and barium) do reflect sunlight away from the Earth, but they also scatter it a lot in every direction. These ice crystals acting like a mirror seem much more efficient. Normally these crystals are much higher in the atmosphere -- where the optical effect is not so apparent. Is the fact that they are now forming much closer to the ground evidence of some kind of external manipulation ?

Setting the Dark agenda aside there are some amazing correspondences between the recent worldwide surge in the Light Pillars phenomenon and vertical shafts of light or energy witnessed around crop circles:

    From cropcirclewisdom.com

Also See image of beams of light over a crop circle on this page: http://www.cropcirclesecrets.org/education.html which are quite similar in appearance to Light Pillars.

Maybe there is some correspondence between the high vibrations found at crop circles and their effect on water in the surrounding atmosphere to create the visual phenomenon.

Then consider Masaru Emoto's experiments on the power of intent to change the crystaline pattern in ice crystals:

Perhaps the intent or the current vibrational level of the human collective can orchestrate whole symphonies of ice crystals to create a scientifically explainable optical effect.

Gaia, as a living being IS the atmosphere, water, ice, earth -- all life on the planet -- whether animal, mineral, vegetable, elemental, human -- and does act and respond meaningfully. Remember Bill's request of Gaia through Inelia Benz, to allow him to see the rare Brocken Spectre phenomenon which is also scientifically explainable through atmospheric optics: http://www.atoptics.co.uk/droplets/globrock.htm Yet there is no scientific explanation as to why his request was granted almost immediately.

Then perhaps the recent surge in Pillars of Light phenomenon is similar to the 2011 worldwide occurrence of very strange Earth Sounds ? Perhaps it's Gaia's communication to us -- or just a synchronistic expression -- an ascension symptom.
