Default The Rise Of Psychopathy, Ponerization, Terrorism And Where This World "Order" is Headed

Revisiting Avalon's "Way-back Machine," long, long ago, I posted this article from a wise man:

    Twilight Of The Psychopaths

    by Dr. Kevin Barrett
    Spanish version
“Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we're being run by maniacs for maniacal ends and I think I'm liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That's what's insane about it.”

    – John Lennon, before his murder by CIA mind-control subject Mark David Chapman
When Gandhi was asked his opinion of Western civilization he said it would be a good idea. But that oft-cited quote, is misleading, assuming as it does that civilization is an unmitigated blessing.

Civilized people, we are told, live peacefully and cooperatively with their fellows, sharing the necessary labour in order to obtain the leisure to develop arts and sciences. And while that would be a good idea, it is not a good description of what has been going on in the so-called advanced cultures during the past 8,000 years.

Civilization, as we know it, is largely the creation of psychopaths. All civilizations, our own included, have been based on slavery and “warfare.” Incidentally, the latter term is a euphemism for mass murder.

The prevailing recipe for civilization is simple:
    1. Use lies and brainwashing to create an army of controlled, systematic mass murderers

    2. Use that army to enslave large numbers of people (i.e. seize control of their labour power and its fruits)

    3. Use that slave labour power to improve the brainwashing process (by using the economic surplus to employ scribes, priests, and PR men). Then go back to step one and repeat the process.
Psychopaths have played a disproportionate role in the development of civilization, because they are hard-wired to lie, kill, injure, and generally inflict great suffering on other humans without feeling any remorse. The inventor of civilization — the first tribal chieftain who successfully brainwashed an army of controlled mass murderers—was almost certainly a genetic psychopath.

Since that momentous discovery, psychopaths have enjoyed a significant advantage over non-psychopaths in the struggle for power in civilizational hierarchies — especially military hierarchies.

Military institutions are tailor-made for psychopathic killers. The 5% or so of human males who feel no remorse about killing their fellow human beings make the best soldiers. And the 95% who are extremely reluctant to kill make terrible soldiers — unless they are brainwashed with highly sophisticated modern techniques that turn them (temporarily it is hoped) into functional psychopaths.

In On Killing, Lt. Col. Dave Grossman has re-written military history, to highlight what other histories hide: The fact that military science is less about strategy and technology, than about overcoming the instinctive human reluctance to kill members of our own species.

The true “Revolution in Military Affairs” was not Donald Rumsfeld’s move to high-tech in 2001, but Brigadier Gen. S.L.A. Marshall’s discovery in the 1940s that only 15-20% of World War II soldiers along the line of fire would use their weapons:
“Those (80-85%) who did not fire did not run or hide (in many cases they were willing to risk great danger to rescue comrades, get ammunition, or run messages), but they simply would not fire their weapons at the enemy, even when faced with repeated waves of banzai charges”

    (Grossman, p. 4).
Marshall’s discovery and subsequent research, proved that in all previous wars, a tiny minority of soldiers — the 5% who are natural-born psychopaths, and perhaps a few temporarily-insane imitators—did almost all the killing.

Normal men just went through the motions and, if at all possible, refused to take the life of an enemy soldier, even if that meant giving up their own. The implication: Wars are ritualized mass murders by psychopaths of non-psychopaths. (This cannot be good for humanity’s genetic endowment!)

Marshall’s work, brought a Copernican revolution to military science. In the past, everyone believed that the soldier willing to kill for his country was the (heroic) norm, while one who refused to fight was a (cowardly) aberration. The truth, as it turned out, was that the normative soldier hailed from the psychopathic five percent.

The sane majority, would rather die than fight.

The implication, too frightening for even the likes of Marshall and Grossman to fully digest, was that the norms for soldiers’ behavior in battle had been set by psychopaths. That meant that psychopaths were in control of the military as an institution.

Worse, it meant that psychopaths were in control of society’s perception of military affairs. Evidently, psychopaths exercised an enormous amount of power in seemingly sane, normal society.

    How could that be?
In Political Ponerology, Andrzej Lobaczewski explains that clinical psychopaths enjoy advantages even in non-violent competitions to climb the ranks of social hierarchies. Because they can lie without remorse (and without the telltale physiological stress that is measured by lie detector tests) psychopaths can always say whatever is necessary to get what they want.

In court, for example, psychopaths can tell extreme bald-faced lies in a plausible manner, while their sane opponents are handicapped by an emotional predisposition to remain within hailing distance of the truth. Too often, the judge or jury imagines that the truth must be somewhere in the middle, and then issues decisions that benefit the psychopath. As with judges and juries, so too with those charged with decisions concerning who to promote and who not to promote in corporate, military and governmental hierarchies.

The result is that all hierarchies inevitably become top-heavy with psychopaths

Default Re: The Rise Of Psychopathy, Ponerization, Terrorism And Where This World "Order" is Headed

With psychopaths climbing any hierarchy's corporate ladder, especially those which have secrecy and deception as their fundamental corner stone, ponerization can't help but proliferate at lightning speed:

PONERIZATION: How the American Republic was taken over by political cliques of criminally insane psychopaths

    State of the Nation
    Thu, 02 Mar 2017 00:00 UTC

Can the ponerological Deep State ever be fixed?
Ponerization (from ancient Greek poneros - evil), is a ponerological term coined by Dr. Andrzej M. Łobaczewski. Ponerization is the influence of pathological people on individuals and groups whereby they develop acceptance of pathological reasoning and values.[1]
It's high time for the American people to face a hard reality.

They have been under the ponerological influence of an unbroken succession of political cliques whose central organizing principle is the perpetual war economy.

Because the United States of America was stealthily transformed into the military arm of the New World Order, numerous unprovoked wars of aggression have been waged around the world for well over a hundred years. These highly destructive and deadly wars have been fought in the name of the American people, and with their tax dollars. Hence, the American people are complicit in these misadventures by virtue of their inaction and indifference.

With this critical understanding, the U.S. citizenry has a profound karmic responsibility in so much wanton death and destruction across the planet. Nevertheless, it is never too late to reverse the course of the "Psychopathocracy" that the U.S. Federal Government has become as a tool of Deep State.

Hence, the $64,000 question of 2017 is: Will President Trump put a stop to the wars? Will he terminate the perpetual war economy as he promised during the campaign season.

    Trump's most important campaign promise

There were many significant promises that Candidate Trump made during the 2016 election cycle, but the single most important was his commitment to world peace and international cooperation. Making peace with Russia was the cornerstone of Trumpian foreign policy.

However, the real obstacle to the implementation of this popular and noble plan is the degree to which the body politic itself — on both sides of the political divide — have been irreversibly ponerized. Much more significantly, however, is the fact that the vast majority of the agents of Deep State have been purposefully ponerized.
When something or someone has become "Ponerized" in its strictest sense, it means that the person or group can no longer make the distinction between healthy and pathological thought processes and logic. One is no longer able to draw a line between correct thinking and deviant thinking.[1]
The most glaring example of ponerization is the complete takeover of the Left by the infamous and incorrigible psychopath George Soros. It's not just the Soros machine that is at work here. There is in actuality a vast network of criminally insane psychopaths who are affiliated with many Soros organizations, all of which are connected directly or indirectly to Deep State.

Of course, one need look no further than the 2016 campaign season to view the complete ponerization of the Democratic Party. Candidate Hillary R. Clinton and husband Bill, Campaign Chair John Podesta, President Barack Obama and wife Michelle, VP Joe Biden, Candidate Tim Kaine, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Harry Reid, et al. presented themselves as a cast of evil characters in a real life "film noir" where Edgar Allan Poe meets Franz Kafka.

Truly, it just can't get any more malevolent and ugly, nefarious and repugnant than what the whole world witnessed during the 2016 presidential campaign. The whole election cycle and period leading up to Inauguration Day was by far the most uncivil and outrageous in U.S. history.

But why? Really, why have things so degraded throughout civil society USA?

    Ponerization:

The seemingly inexorable ponerization of American society by the political class and mainstream media, together with the international banksters and corporate lobbyists, hit a new low in 2016. In fact, the public discourse has so deteriorated, and basic social norms have been so violated, that 2017 will inevitably see a further degeneration.

The political status quo that President Trump now faces is one that seemed unimaginable before he entered the presidential race in July of 2015. This ever-worsening predicament has been methodically manufactured by the agents of Deep State through a deliberate process of ponerization. As a matter of fact, it is the various ponerological strategies and tactics employed by various "political cliques of criminally insane psychopaths" who are responsible for this rapidly devolving state of affairs.

    Here's how it works:
The Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.) forms the very backbone of Deep State. Only by understanding where the C.I.A. really came from, and how it was originally constituted, will the pervasiveness of post-modern ponerization be correctly comprehended. As follows:
"The Office of Strategic Services (OSS) was a wartime intelligence agency of the United States during World War II, and a predecessor of the modern Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). The OSS was formed as an agency of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS)[4] to coordinate espionage activities behind enemy lines for all branches of the United States Armed Forces. Other OSS functions included the use of propaganda, subversion, and post-war planning."[3]
Given this historical reality that the OSS, and then the CIA, were all about coordinating espionage, disseminating propaganda, subversion, etc., it's easy to understand the type of individual who is drawn to such dubious work. "Dubious" because these nefarious activities are virtually always aimed at overthrowing democratically elected governments around the world which have not cooperated with the New World Order agenda.

Even more alarmingly, through the implementation of Operation Paperclip, the C.I.A. became the final home of so many Nazi operatives at the end of World War II. One of those Nazis was Reinhard Gehlen who is described on the CIA's website as follows:
"General Reinhard Gehlen, former head of Nazi intelligence operations against the Soviets, was hired by the US Army and later by the CIA to operate 600 ex-Nazi agents in the Soviet zone of occupied Germany. In 1948, CIA Director Roscoe Hillenkoetter assumed control of the so-called Gehlen Organization."[4] (Source: www.cia.gov)
What this page on the CIA website neglects to say is that Operation Paperclip (OP) brought many more high-level Nazis than the publicized scientists, engineers and technicians. Gen. Gehlen is a perfect example of those high-ranking intelligence assets who not only came to the United States unimpeded, they carved out a very special niche within the American intelligence community.

The real OP back story is well beyond the scope of this article; however; suffice it to say that recruits like Gehlen came to occupy some of the most powerful positions within the C.I.A., as well as within other black budgeted, super-secret intelligence agencies. These nameless agencies did their clandestine work without any oversight whatsoever. The "Reinhard Gehlen" story is an example of how one man thoroughly corrupted the entire C.I.A. with his Nazi philosophy, intelligence-gathering strategies and recruitment policies.

    "Nazi Recruitment Policies"
This is where the ponerization of American government accelerated at an unprecedented rate. Because the Soviet threat was used to scare the heck out of everyone post World War II by those who ran the C.I.A., it could be effectively utilized it to keep everyone in line. The Nazi regime in Germany was genuinely afraid of the Communist leadership of the USSR. Some historians have even posited that Adolf Hitler attacked Russia as a result of this abiding fear and loathing of all things having to do with Marxism and Communism. It was the relentless cultivation of this same fearful attitude stateside that was responsible for creating the philosophical basis for the Cold War, especially as it was aggressively promoted by The Company (as the C.I.A. is known in intelligence circles).

    What's the point?
The critical point here is that the hiring policies of the CIA (and NSA, DIA, DHS and all the other 13 US intelligence agencies) have grown out of this environment of fear and trepidation, paranoia and suspicion. Whenever this is the case, those in charge will always lean toward the recruitment and hiring of individuals who are just like them. Because the leaders of the C.I.A. were so heavily influenced by the OP-recruited Nazis, they adopted their screening process for all future agents and managers.

In this fashion, CIA agents were routinely hired who would follow any and all orders unquestioningly. By and large each successive crop of agents had to prove that they would do whatever was necessary to carry out their intelligence-gathering missions and/or black operations. The many psyops conducted by the C.I.A. particularly demanded that the agents completely suspend their conscience during the execution of many of those psychological operations.

It's well known throughout intelligence communities worldwide that the 'best' spooks are those who are willing to do whatever is necessary to accomplish their mission, no matter how vile or immoral. This is what they do. They are totally divorced from the consequences of their actions because they have been empowered by a thoroughly ponerized institution (CIA) which they are told can do no wrong. As an organ of the U.S. Federal Government, the C.I.A. is fully protected from prosecution. So are the overseas field agents, unless they violate laws of foreign nations which they do all the time. They just are never caught. Or, if they are caught, they are allowed to get away with the law-breaking because the victimized country does not want to end up like Afghanistan ... or Iraq ... or Libya ... or Syria ... or the Ukraine.

Why the C.I.A. must be dissolved
The crucial factoid here is that like usually hires like. A psychopath will almost always bend toward recruiting like-minded psychopaths. A sociopath will do the same. Nazis are much more comfortable hiring Nazis, just as Communists are in hiring Communists. Hence, the C.I.A. has now undergone many decades of recruiting folks who fit the profile of a spook who has little or no conscience and who habitually exhibits the following characteristics:
    • glib and superficial charm.
    • grandiose (exaggeratedly high) estimation of self.
    • need for stimulation.
    • pathological lying.
    • cunning and manipulativeness.
    • lack of remorse or guilt.
    • shallow affect (superficial emotional responsiveness)
    • callousness and lack of empathy.
    • parasitic lifestyle
    • poor behavioral controls
    • sexual promiscuity
    • early behavior problems
    • lack of realistic long-term goals
    • impulsivity
    • irresponsibility
    • failure to accept responsibility for own actions
    • many short-term marital relationships
    • juvenile delinquency
    • revocation of conditional release
    • criminal versatility[5]

All of these personality traits in the aggregate basically define a psychopath. Therefore, when the C.I.A. has only recruited and hired psychopaths (and sociopaths) since the mid 1940s, what can be expected of such an intelligence agency. That's right, it will eventually become a stupid agency which is exactly what occurred under the misguided leadership of former CIA Director John Brennan. He's the ex-spook who actually oversaw the leaking of classified intelligence so it could be strategically used against a sitting POTUS—President Trump!

Because the current C.I.A. organization has been fastidiously staffed in this manner, it has become the most ponerized institution in modern history. Hence, the C.I.A. has been used as the premier organ of ponerization throughout in the USA and the world-at-large. All the C.I.A. ever has to do to justify any scheme it wants to implement anywhere, anytime is to invoke 'national security'. In this fashion the C.I.A. has become an incorrigibly rogue agency empowered to destroy and demolish, subvert and undermine, sabotage and disrupt at will.
"There is only one way to effectively deal with a criminally insane psychopath - you don't" [6]
    ----------------------------------------------------------
    Special Note:
The Trump Administration appears to be different from all previous administrations, except that there are still numerous agents of Deep State scattered around the Executive Branch. This predicament poses the single greatest obstacle to the President's goal to "Make America Great Again". It's well known within the realm of psychology and psychiatry that the most effective way to deal with a psychopath is to NOT deal them. As long as they are in the position to exert their malevolent influence, they will quite naturally wreck and ruin everything they touch. Given this inviolable law of psychopathy, the POTUS would be well advised to weed out every Zionist, Neocon, Jesuit, warmonger, globalist, NWO agent, RINO, etc. post haste. It only takes one ill-placed psychopath to take down the whole administration. Which is why extremely dangerous Neocon warmongers like John Bolton have absolutely no place in the U.S. Department of State. (Got that, Steve Bannon?!)
    ----------------------------------------------------------

    Conclusion
In case you haven't noticed, the whole place has been systematically ponerized.

Because the C.I.A. owns and operates the entire Mainstream Media (MSM), it has been ponerized to a great extent. Just look at the anchors on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, as well as the Pulitzer prizewinning authors at the WashPo, NYT, WSJ, USA Today, etc.

Because the C.I.A. (and NSA and DIA) control the U.S. Congress, it has been irreversibly ponerized. So has the Supreme Court, and, to an even greater extent, the leadership of the Federal Reserve System. Likewise, many flag officers, who have been chosen for promotion over decades to lead the U.S. Armed Forces, fit the ponerized profile perfectly. This is precisely why the USA has functioned as the military arm of the New World Order since World War I.

Because the C.I.A. (along with the FBI and NSA) monitor everything that goes on within the Executive Branch of the US government, much of the key personnel has been duly ponerized. Of course, this changes with each incoming administration as it did under President Trump. Nevertheless, the massive pool of government service workers, who operate at a certain level of leadership and above, have been hopelessly ponerized.

The same can be said for many corporate CEOs, COOs and CFOs, especially within the Military-Industrial Complex. When the vast majority of Fortune 1000 companies are led by folks who fit the very same profile, what can be expected but more of the same—ponerization. Going even beyond that grouping, there is the relentless ponerization of the much larger Government-Corporate Complex.

Even university presidents and chancellors, think tank directors, brain-trust executives, research institution heads are not at all immune to the corrosive effects of irreparable ponerization.

Remember, all it takes is one strategically placed, decision-making PSYCHOPATH at the top of any pyramid organization to corrupt the whole bloody institution. Just look at those who were chosen by the C.I.A. to lead the many IT corporations (e.g. Microsoft, Apple, Intel, Google) and social network giants (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit).

Now that the reader is grimly aware of the systematic ponerization of American society, its continual exposure can assist with a de-ponerization process. However, such a major rehab can only take place when the U.S. citizenry firmly resolves to hold accountable those who are behind the entire ponerological scheme. In other words when the ponerized agents of Deep State are more afraid of We the People than they are of their hidden masters of PONERIZATION, things will really start to change for the better.

Perhaps it's time to grab those torches and pitchforks!

    State of the Nation

    Editor's Note
Many armchair analysts have suggested that the C.I.A. cannot be shut down; that the MSM should be reformed not terminated. This article makes it clear why both institutions, along with the FED, must be closed down—FOREVER. Each of these entities is rotten to the core and cannot be salvaged to any meaningful degree. Only by starting something brand new, free of all the toxic baggage being stored in their deep closets, can the nation begin anew. Most of these commentators don't know what they don't know. If they did, they would likely be leading the charge up the hill at Langley, VA. For it is the unrelenting ponerization by the C.I.A. alone that will eventually vitiate everything it touches.

Experts: Psychopathic CEOS are rife in Silicon Valley

Attributes of a psychopath can be good for running a business, says SXSW panel, but weak HR departments and investors can enable bad behavior

There is a high proportion of psychopathic CEOs in Silicon Valley, enabled by protective investors and weak human resources departments, according to a panel of experts at SXSW festival.

Although the term "psychopath" typically has negative connotations, some of the attributes associated with the disorder can be advantageous in a business setting.
"A true psychopath is someone that has a blend of emotional, interpersonal, lifestyle and behavioral deficits but an uncanny ability to mask them. They come across as very charming, very gregarious. But underneath there's a profound lack of remorse, callousness and a lack of empathy," said forensic and clinical psychologist Michael Woodworth, who has worked with psychopathic murderers in high security prisons, on Tuesday.
"They have certain characteristics like fearless dominance, boldness and a lack of emotion. Many successful presidents have scored highly [on the psychopathy scale]," said Woodworth.
According to recent studies there's a high prevalence of psychopathy among high-level executives in a corporate environment: 4-8% compared with 1% in the general population.

This makes sense, according to Silicon Valley venture capitalist Bryan Stolle because "it's an irrational act to start a company".
"You have to have a tremendous amount of ego [and] self-deception to embark on that journey," he said.

"You have to make sacrifices and give up things, including sometimes a marriage, family and friends. And you have to convince other people. So they are mostly very charismatic, charming and make you suspend the disbelief that something can't be done."

However, the positive attributes are accompanied by manipulation.
"One of the main things that makes them extremely difficult to organisations is their willingness to manipulate through deception," said Jeff Hancock, a Stanford social scientist who studies psychopathy.

"Psychopaths will handpick people they can use as lackeys or supporters, such as someone in HR they can have in their wheelhouse," said Woodworth.
However, when a psychopath isn't getting his or her way, they lose their veneer of charm.
"When things aren't happening the way they thought they were going to happen, they tend to completely flip and resort to bullying," said Stolle.
At that point, according to Hancock, their "mask of sanity falls off".
"Because they are the founders and leaders they tend to get protected by HR," added Strolle.

    "This reinforces the behaviour."

He cited Uber and the allegations of sexual harassment made by former employee Susan Fowler as an example of a company with an HR department that's "gone in the wrong direction".

It's not just HR departments that enable psychopaths, but investors.
"When you've made an investment in an entrepreneur, you protect them. Everything is riding on that person. You are tied to them and now you have to keep ignoring the behaviour unless it gets so terrible you can't," said Stolle.
Having a psychopath within a company can lead to poor employee retention, said Hancock, referencing FBI research that found that departments managed by psychopaths decreases productivity and morale in the team.
"Eight to 14 people could be lost because of one psychopath. That's the real cost of having something like that in your organization, especially if there's an HR coverup," he added.
Hancock has developed software to analyse the social media posts of public figures to see how they rate on the psychopathy scale thanks to identifiers in written language.
"There tends to be an emotion deficit, they tend to use few words related to anxiety but a lot of hostile language," he said, adding that they write in a way that's disfluent and difficult to understand.
Psychopaths also find it difficult to modulate their language for different settings for example a private message versus a public post. Because they are more interested in themselves than others, they tend to refer to other people a lot less than non psychopaths.

This means that text-based communication is a much better way to communicate with someone you suspect is a psychopath, since it strips away their non-verbal distractors, such as charm and confidence.
"Text based communications improve your chances of not being manipulated as they are verbally not very skilled," said Hancock.

"You can smoke them out in an online context."

I have read Snakes In Suits. A copy of it sits on the bookshelf in my office with other books that most people would not care to read and would not fully understand or take to heart and mind if they did. (Many of the lawyers in my office think I'm off-center and may tolerate me only because I can and do compartmentalize my personal beliefs on the one hand, and the legitimate legal interests of my clients in the other hand. In other words, I get results for our clients and I produce income.)
    I
Clearly, Psychopaths are in all walks of life and professions. I see them in my profession, law, they are the distinct minority in number, but their influence permeates the vast majority of everything in the law: the case law, the statutes, the rules and regulations. I see it in some of my clients; the governmental and corporate ones in particular.

But what do the good people, the non-ponerizers, do to effectively counteract the evil ponerizers? How do we become anti-ponerizers and effectively get evil under control? Note that I did not say "How do we end evil?" That is an elusive and impossible end or goal. Duality etc. Good must learn to control and harness evil for the ends of good, just as evil has learned to control and harness good for the ends of evil. But how? Good people abhor and avoid evil. Thus, in this vacuum comes the psychopath and such and take control. Eventually, and this point was reached around the globe at least 100 years ago, only sociopaths, psychopaths and their ilk are in control. A Kackistocracy is created whereby the least qualified, yet the most sinister and evil, individuals rule and governs over all. The good are relegated to the depths of despair and poverty and are the minions of the evil.

We (most of us on this forum) now what the problem is. The $64,000 question is: What is the solution? Do we, the good people, have the courage to carry out the solutions? Doing so, will require actions that good people abhor and avoid.

I read many years ago (when I was still reading motivational books and listening to motivational tapes, all too many of which are produced by the ponerizers to keep us in our place) that one should spend no more that 20% of one's time and energy identifying and vetting the problem, and at least 80 % of one's time and energy on fixing the problem. (There are pearls to be found even in what the ponerizers say and do.) But, most people do the opposite: they spend 80% or more of their time and energy discussing and rehashing the problem and little, if any time, fixing the problem. They often hope and expect, wrongly, that someone else will do it for them. The results of such an approach are predictable, no progress is made--and the ponerizers rely on that and, thus, they always prevail in the long run.

In short, it is not what we know that counts. It is what we do with what we know that counts.

So, what are we going to do about ponerizers? Rely on Trump only? The Republican Party? The Democratic Party? (Pick the person or party or what not from your country.) I think not.

There is nothing within the current system which will allow us to remove psychopaths from our midst.

Nothing short of eugenics and even then I think there would just always end up being a small percentage of people who are born psychopathic. It might take several generations to fully weed them out. Maybe a test could be developed but surely any person who would accept and enforce the testing and sterilization/murder/abortion of psychopaths would need to be a psychopath themselves. It's quite a conundrum.

We also need to accept that in some cases a psychopath never manifests their psychosis in a way that brings direct harm to another person. They are fakers in a fake society. Psychopaths are allowed to excel in this game because it is the game that is flawed not the players. (Don't hate the player, hate the game! ) So how about building a society which minimizes the effects that its limitations have on the development of its people? Use the psychopath in a way that channels their energies into more productive outputs. There must be a way to improve on this ponerized system but there would always be a margin of error. (The lunatic in our midst )

I really don't know but I mentally accept that we are all born both good and evil. One persons good is another persons evil. The yin and yang of life. The good within the evil and the evil within the good. We all just lean to varying degrees in one way and then are judged by others whose perceptions are biased by their own leanings. We swing individually and collectively on the pendulum of life's experiences. One man's psychopath is another man's genius.

On another hand, people with long, very ancient traditions designed their own way of detecting and dealing with these characters:

In a 1976 study anthropologist Jane M. Murphy, then at Harvard University, found that an isolated group of Yupik-speaking Inuits near the Bering Strait had a term (kunlangeta) they used to describe “a man who … repeatedly lies and cheats and steals things and … takes sexual advantage of many women—someone who does not pay attention to reprimands and who is always being brought to the elders for punishment.” When Murphy asked an Inuit what the group would typically do with a kunlangeta, he replied, “Somebody would have pushed him off the ice when nobody else was looking.”
I also mentioned - here - that the Gypsy/Tzigan designed tests to run on kids to detect if they were tribe chief / leader material or to never let them anywhere near a position of power.

Then, there's also "Yoghourt" detection... as I mentioned here:
Quote At one point, while Backster was out of the room, I tried to muster up some anger by thinking of clear-cut forests and the politicians who sanction them, of abused children and their abusers. But the line depicting the electrochemical response of the yogurt remained perfectly flat. Perhaps the yogurt wasn’t interested in me. Losing interest myself, I began to wander around the lab. My eyes fell on a calendar, which, upon closer inspection, turned out to be an advertisement for a shipping company. I felt a sudden surge of anger at the ubiquity of advertising. Then I realized — a spontaneous emotion! I dashed over to the chart, and saw on it a sudden spike apparently corresponding to the moment I'd seen the ad.

When Backster returned, I continued the interview, still excited, and perhaps a little less skeptical."

Now go to the link to read the interview:

    http://thesunmagazine.org/archives/1882

If a yoghourt can distinguish/discern and "tell" what's fake or what's "real" and the "telling" can be translated via electromagnetic means...
    [...]
Also, if a yoghourt can do it, it becomes possible for "anything" to accurately identify psychopaths... which might be the real reason why "lie detectors" outputs and interpretations are not admissible in courts...

Humanity Faces “An Entire Generation Without The Capacity For Empathy” ~ Dr Devra Davis

    Stop Smart Meters
    Sat, 25 Mar 2017 15:09 UTC

The following clip features an urgent warning by Dr Devra Davis – author of Disconnect – during a video interview prior to an event in June 2013 entitled “Cell Phones and Wifi – Are Children, Fetuses and Fertility at Risk?”.

Here is a transcription of Davis’s comments in the video:
“Recently, South Korean scientists diagnosed a growing number of children in that country with digital dementia. This refers to the fact that the left hemisphere of their brain is over-developed and they are relying on digital devices so that they do not know how to remember phone numbers and they don’t know how to do hand-writing.

“What the concern is here is that if you over-develop one part of the brain and under-develop the other, the opportunities to learn certain things – maths, music, hand-writing – are really limited and you should ideally do them at certain early times of life.

“These children are permanently damaged. That is the fear that scientists around the world have – that reliance on digital devices at young ages is causing brain damage in these children.

“The left hemisphere of the brain is the part that we rely on for understanding knowledge. The right hemisphere is the part that we rely on for empathy and judgement; the ability to anticipate the consequences of action.
Think about what it means to have an entire generation around the planet that has not developed the capacity for empathy.”

Rewiring the brain; are we now creating a planet devoid of empathy and compassion? Who benefits – those who are profit-hungry or those who are just hungry?

Davis’s warnings follows recent comments made by neuroscientist Professor Susan Greenfield, reported here, who argues that new digital technologies are rewiring the brain’s frontal cortex – the area of the brain responsible for cognitive analysis and abstract thought.

They also follow publication of a document by Dr Aric Sigman – a Fellow of the British Psychological Society – entitled “The Impact of Screen Media: A Eurovision for Parliament” which presents an extensive compendium of evidence that screen-time can damage not only children’s cognitive functions but also affect the physiology of the brain – irrespective of the content being watched. The paper is a must-read for parents, responsible citizens, law and public policy makers around the world.

The Impact of Screen Media – by Dr Aric Sigman

If, as is suggested, we are rewiring the brains of our young and creating a generation of people with no capability to empathise with others, one question we must ask is whether there are parts of our society that would benefit from such developments. Another is whether we can we alert enough people to the damage being wreaked on the minds of our future generations – tomorrow’s captains of industry, care givers and government representatives – before it is too late.

Where we go from here is up to you. Please take action and share this information with others.

And so... there's a cooperative group of governmental control systems we could call "The Current Global Governmental Control System" which is run by psychopaths who have... - via hereditary proclivities, value inheritance via families who are assisted in the retention of their financial power aided by non taxed corporations (called foundations) and family inheritance laws which protect passing assets to ancestors... - who have found attraction to playing their individual roles in this "pathocracy" and... via the sharing of several common denominators... have achieved a collective "taking over" of the entire planet.

Now... as an odds maker, it is very hard for me to find any compelling resistance or "game changer" which might give "the rest of us" any realistic chance that we move past this situation in ways "the rest of us" might wish would manifest.

Strangely though... and pureley from a metaphysical POV, I still make my bet on the driving force behind "Life" as it looks more and more like we are approaching (if not already in) a black and white situation between "Life" and "living dead" - perhaps it could be seen as ectropy vs. entropy.

I was reading about Emmanuel Macron’s youthfulness being no obstacle to leadership of his country, when mention was made of the genotype called rs4950 ‘which appears to be associated with the passing of leadership ability down through generations’ - https://www.ucl.ac.uk/news/news-arti...rship-genetics
Given that sociopaths also gravitate towards positions of leadership, it might be an interesting line of research to see if and how sociopathy and the rs4950 gene intersect. In other words separate out the positive – leadership is something entirely necessary, but only in just a few (too many cooks spoil the broth) – from the negative: there are leadership issues among the leaders themselves. Why for example do economic and political leaders systematically gain leadership over leaders in other fields? It ain’t necessarily so. In the days of hunter-gatherers, for instance, the leaders might well be the best hunters, not necessarily the best shots, but possibly the best stalkers, or whoever took the danger out of hunting. Or they might be the persons most capable of telling the difference between an edible berry and a poisonous one.

You see how leaders would lose their aura if they taught their science to others. One person cannot be everywhere, so the best way to stop people eating poisonous berries is to teach them to know for themselves. You have a new elite: the teachers. When there are too many learners, you have to create a new intermediate type of leader: the teacher, who is not the person who knows first-hand, but the person who passes on the knowledge. And then you need teachers of teachers, and so on: the link between the lesson to be taught and the person to be taught the lesson is gradually distended until it snaps. You end up with a breakaway elite that is totally out of touch with its base.

The obvious inference from the above is that those with the leadership gene need to cut their fertility rate. This leads me to an unexpected place (remember, I was reading about the French elections): the obsession of the elites just happens to be with heredity: Rothschild, Rockefeller, Bush... families, royal bloodlines etc. etc. It dates back at least to Zeus, the philandering god of the gods, a one-man population explosion. Demography is one area where elites cannot thrive: they have been diluting their elitehood, so much so that we are not suffering from too many proletarians, we are suffering from far too many leaders.

So if you have the rs4950 gene, do us all a favour: have a couple of kids, then get yourself sterilized.
