Navy seals + brain stimulating tech

On the French MSN, I read an article about a company called Halo Neuro, which has made a helmet that sends electrical stimulation to the brain to enhance muscle performances.

The article said that the helmet was created for athletes but was also actually tried by the military to enhance brain elasticity (? I do not know what it means exactly, not a coherent scientific term when relating to the brain) which in turns allows muscles to contract faster.

A 13% higher jump has been noted in skiers, and more accurate shooting from militaries.

I then did a search on Halo Neuro and found an article in a military journal (military.com) about the Navy Seals having asked researchers to find a way to enhance military abilities through brain enhancement.

Develop and demonstrate technologies that offer "cognitive enhancement" capabilities to boost his elite forces' mental and physical performance.
"We plan on using that in mission enhancement," Rear Adm. Tim Szymanski said. "The performance piece is really critical to the life of our operators."
Szymanski expanded on his remarks in a brief interview later, saying he has his eye on a number of technologies, including pharmaceutical aids. But the results of one breakthrough involving the direct application of electrical stimulation to the brain have particularly caught his eye.
"In experiments, people who were watching these screens ... their ability to concentrate would fall off in about 20 minutes," Szymanski said. We are entering 100% straight in Transhumanism.

I have nothing against electronic help with disabilities, or to correct brain impairment. But when applied where it is not necessary such as sports or moreso in the military who are becoming killing machine, it really cause some deep consciousness turmoil in me.

Love for one's fellow human being won't be enhance soon with this, and psychopathy won't be eliminated (in fact, psychopaths will enhance their own abilities before anyone else can, and this is not a good omen)

I wish we had worked on our spiritual development before coming with this kind of technologies. Maybe these technologies would not even be needed anymore then.
