At the start of this youtube video, David Icke refers to a movie called the Hunger Games that "came out earlier this year". That movie came out in early 2012, I believe: The Hunger Games.

Later in the talk, David Icke also refers to Mayor Bloomberg planning to build 165,000 housing units. Bloomberg was mayor of New York City from 2002 to 2013.

So I presume that this is a reupload of a portion of some talk that David Icke gave in 2012, not in 2016.

... not that the problem has gotten any better since ... though it has been seen under a new brand name: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
