Default Heal Your Heart in 7 Spoonfuls

It's been a month since taking the treatment, 24 hours after my 12 hour heart pill and my BP is still 40/20 lower than before trying it.

Seriously if your numbers are under 100 do not take heart pills before checking BP.

    RECIPE -
    Bulb of Garlic
    Thumb of Ginger
    Thumb of Tumeric
(Mince these ingredients to swallow without chewing)
Put them in a small jar
    Cover completely with honey
    Add a tablespoon of cinnamon
Add a quarter teaspoon of black pepper (without, the body doesn't absorb the Tumeric)

Cover it and wait for morning

Take a Heaping Tablespoon when you wake, 2 hours before eating or taking pills.

I drank strong caffeinated coffee immediately to make the flavor go away, but caffeine might have been part of the healing, related to Cardio.

after 6 days, I was going to quit because stats were low enough, the 7th day I was feeling a slight dizziness, so would stop when my body tells me good enough the next round.

The same recipe minus Tumeric is a cure for everything beyond the heart.

Tumeric is an anti cancer medicine that is best eaten in food except during the once every 6 month treatment.

If SHTF tomorrow, I would give this treatment to everyone with heart problems who no longer have access to medicine.

Hypertension is the term for how stress affects blood pressure...

One thing I noticed immediately is how the Tumeric blocked stress, a natural antidepressant.

I could stop to watch CNN for 5 minutes and not have my heart pounding out of my chest...

More importantly, when I stopped, I went through a Day of PMS, everything was suddenly a pet peeve...

Much better on the 2nd day and almost gone the 3rd...

Just wanted to give a warning, to cook it into eggs or oatmeal for breakfast the day after treatment

Another side effect was weight loss, 20 pounds in 2 weeks, which I would credit the Ginger for...

I guess the eye watering toxic belches keeps your mind off of food...

Wasn't a goal, but could be a reason for lowered blood pressure too.

Just checked, down 25 from what I started as but down a pant size from what I've worn since high school. Cleanses lower abdominal to the point of loosing inches.

Perhaps instead of pulling weeds out of the garden we should be eating them.

FWIW...I don't know if it will repair mitral valve prolapse but I take CoQ10 and it helps a lot! Also keep hydrated.

I have a friend that was 210 over 130 yesterday, I gave him the rest of my jar, he took a scoop last night and again this morning, just called after checking BP 160 over 100...

    This really works...

I stopped Diuretic a few days ago, running 115/75 now without it...

This might be the solution to Trump's new Deathcare, oops I mean Healthcare...

Of course with this solution America's comfort zone for conversations will change from 2' to 5' or 10'... 😉

Yesterday someone was telling me about Cocutin, tried looking it up but couldn't find it, now I know why...

Thanks for solving that mystery so quick.

Great recipe! You would do well to add a half teaspoon of cayenne pepper to it. A little Hawthorne.

    Really good information, thanks.

Thank you Latte, but I must ask, the CoQ10 helps you, specifically, a lot with what, please?
The reason I ask is that my other valve is leaking as well, not to the point of requiring surgery...yet.
Anything I can take to help stave off surgery would be a blessing indeed!

I'm building a database of eastern and western medicine for Watson.

I asked the AI how to heal my heart replacing western pills with eastern all natural and it gave me the recipe, I'm not sure how it broke down active ingrediants in pharmaceuticals to cross reference into eastern medicine.

I was going to use habanero sauce, but thought I would follow the computer on the first try.

Someone asked if I'm still taking the treatments and the answer is no, I wanted to heal the illness so it wasn't being maintained by medicine.

After 7 days I stopped and check bp several times daily to make sure it is still working.

It said to do a treatment every 6 months, but if I see stats change I will do a 3 day treatment to bring it back down.

I cook with Garlic daily, and one meal a week with ginger and Tumeric.

I was prescribe beta blockers to help with the MVP but never took them. When I am hydrated take the CoQ10 it helps to relieve the "fluttering" and keep the valve working properly. It was occurring about every 2 minutes or so, now much less frequently.

Hope it helps, it probably won't hurt.

When I first started taking the diuretic, it lowered my BP...

Now that I stopped taking it, I dropped even lower, I will be cutting BP pill in half again, not sure if just stopping is a good idea...

This was just a few roots and honey, I never really expected it to work to the point I would get off all pills again.

Wow, I was way off on my time, I started on the 18th this Sunday is 3 weeks...

My Mom had a recent shoulder replacement, then pacemaker, been a busy few weeks taking care of her, stress should spiking, heart pounding...

Instead my bp dropped to lowest since high school

Now for the big question, do I share it came from the blue dude that's been around since the pyramids were built that wants us to shake our shackles, or do I go with the brilliant AI named Watson?

Was going to skip bp today, but at 30 hours started rebounding so took it.

    I'll clear the diuretic first.

Today my Bp was back up to close to what it was when I started, cutting the bp medicine yesterday after the diuretic a few days before might have shortened the treatments healing effects. 2 weeks after taking the treatment is how long it lasted.

Took another spoonful this morning along with normal pills, back down to 115/65 again...

I'm trying to push the limits on the trial to learn all I can, these numbers are 40 lower than where I started 3 weeks ago, so this setback hasn't changed my mind on whether this is something we should all be doing..

I've been on the pills for years, so didn't expect it to be easy.

Thanks! Instantly I resonated with this recipe...it felt right for me.

I got the ingredients and began today. However, I noticed it was spelled "tumeric" instead of "turmeric" and I wanted to make sure I got the right stuff, so I looked it up and found this:

Can't wait for the awesome results!
I'll report back when the 7 days are up.
