Default Dahboo77: "Look, there is a base on Mars." (Google hoax/joke)

There are many fakers out there, dahboo7 ain't one of them.

My jaw dropped when I saw this. We suddenly have an image in the public/commercial domain showing there is a base on Mars. Is this really what it appears to be or has Google Maps been hacked?

The images are fake and were uploaded to Google Mars, by Google for an April Fools Day joke this year. However, a series of conspiracy theory videos have emerged on YouTube, questioning if the complex could actually exist.

Some questioned if the April Fools story was actually a double bluff to convince people the actual existence of the facility was a joke.

The original joke release from Google was published on March 31, under the heading "Google Cloud Platform expands to Mars."

It said: "Amidst our growing list of new regions, today we're pleased to announce our expansion to Mars.

Hmm... If that is true (not saying it is not), why is it still there?!

Thanks gaia, why do they not remove the image add a label or whatever, that's not an April's fool joke anymore, it is something else - more like messing with the users...

Whoa there. Very interesting indeed, either scenario is interesting.

    If 'fake' - Why?

    If real = Whoa there!

    Like Dahboo7 says, sick.

But the sickest thing is the price of the medicine.

Sorry my friend, but you have to be particularly vigilant on Youtube. It contains a lot of strange, hateful, tendentious stuff. But there is also a lot of humor. If people insist on this prank it is to make money and trick people. For example the society of the flat earth which is taken up by several. It is the taste of the day, the flavor of the month and sometimes they are very clever for recycling old stuff and divert it from its original concept.... In the video, you presented I saw immediately that it was not the original put on Youtube by Google on March 31.

Thanks mods for relocating the thread here, where it belongs. It is not that Google cannot remove the image, it is more that they won't. If you wonder why not, don't ask me.

    Transferred from another thread....

Quote Before you dive to deep into Fantasyland check this:

Interesting photo as with all these things how do you verify its genuine.
If its a real google Mars picture there must be some alternate experts in
photography that can confirm it. If not we do know there is a simulated
NASA Mars base in Canada and they have animations on future bases.
We all speculate there are underground facilities and possible surface
structures in craters , If genuine its a game changer but we have been
burnt many times before and it looks like an animation to me....

This concept animation shows just one of many potential concepts for how
the first human landing site on Mars might evolve throughout the course
of multiple human expeditions to the Red Planet over a decade or more.

Dahboo is known for parroting MSN and MSM news reports after he removes the original audio so he can narrate and add his spin on the story. Dahboo is a huge fake. He gets lots of views so his main reason for the title he used here was to create click bait. You tube makes a lot of money off of the material he steals by embedding them for advertisers all over the word. They also like the fact that he removes the music and original audio or sound track and adding his narration making what he does almost legal. Most of his uploads his followers send him the story to see if he is interested covering it. He is only interested in the videos that will not take much work to change to his format. Thats how he gets the latest news faster than most. He uploads the story fake or not after he overdubs the audio with his audio/ narration (his spin on it) and is sharing it usually before most people learn about it on MSM. Thats why you never hear the soundtrack music that was used in the original MSN production. Doing it this way reduces his chances to getting a copyright strike for the music dramatically. I have seen first hand how Dahboo operates. He sensationalizes everything. A video upload like this took him less than a half hour to edit in his spin over the audio of the original report he stole from MSN and MSM when needed. The actual MSN is their product and a lot more time, effort and money was spent by MSM producing it. Dahboo sometimes uploads 5 or 6 of these a day and gets thousands of views while basically taking the day off. Between his two you tube channels he makes about $150.000 dollars a year stealing an MSN news report. Adding his spin to the audio and then parroting it as breaking news i.e. his man on the ground walking to the Oroville dam disaster on foot in the pouring rain and getting an inside closer look than anyone else. So close he could send first hand live stream video footage while adding his own narrative (his spin). He said his journalist friend lives in Oroville and then he showed a Dramatic photograph of a road washed out in a very remote area about 40 miles east of Oroville in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Quincy ca. claiming his journalist has integrity because he had to walk because the road washed out. I know that road and the location and Its in a very remote area nowhere near the town of Oroville and no one lives there. Its a high elevation lake fisherman use in the summer but the area is better known by hunters when hunting season opens. Dahboo spun it in this way to give his viewers the illusion he has great integrity. I have seen him hundreds of times stealing a video removing the original audio and dubbing his audio reading word for word someone else's report they wrote on the news event on their website. Then he calls it his material. He is basically an article reader. He reminds me of someone took acting lessons on making mole hills into mountains by the way he presents something of no interest to others using his voice dramatically. This is very dangerous because of the size of his fan base.
