Harry Rhodes has just posted this video concerning CERN running at full capacity using two brain frequencies 434hz and 2.6 hz.

Harry is a noted 'chemtrail' buster, and he has a facebook page which has a lot of links associated with the above video, which I have tried unsuccessfully to copy!
I googled CERN Vistar and couldn't figure out what was relevant, sorry!

Has anyone any idea why the CERN operatives are doing this? It seems nefarious to me.....

Just looked up brain frequencies and 434hz doesn't correlate with this reference
