Bryan Kofron (AKA Justin Carter) is a new whistle-blower. Please remember his name as he is in immediate danger and so is that of his family. He talks about massive, world changing, human experimentation program being conducted in the USA, now. Soon to be rolled out to attack millions. He lists people and places involved in this audio file.

I have included links to his audio files explaining part of the program and his twitter account. The company he worked for "Security Industry Specialists in Seattle", Washington. , is one of many doing this experimentation and who is trying to get him killed for revealing the truth. One of the companies involved, is Amazon. AMAZON is also amassing, illegally, DNA profiles of millions of individuals (and getting payed well for doing it), which is used to attack those individuals, using 'DNA RESONANCE'.

The extra stupid thing whey are doing, is using this same technology to control and attack there own employees - beyond dumb! Other whishtlebl-owers are expected to come forward in the near future, especially if Brian survives, which is why it is so important that we release this information ti the public, NOW.

This is the first time we have a direct whistle-blower, who has until a few days ago, been working with this technology.

What he is saying is really interesting. I live in the Seattle area so it is even more interesting. He certainly seems very sincere and enthusiastic in his mission. It would not surprise me in the least to find out that Amazon was involved in what he is describing.

The arduous process of making someone a TI and homeless as well as forcing them to move to one of the designated homeless shelters, which includes riding on a greyhound bus filled with people who's only intention is to harass the TI and then to drop them off on a highway near the destination seems undo able and improbable. Why go to all that trouble? Is Greyhound bus in on this as well?

Apparently Bryan is now a TI and homeless, or at least he was. The fact that he is immediately asking for money is a bit of a red flag. I have done some preliminary checking on locations and companies he is naming and they all check out, so this will be very interesting to follow. Even though I have some questions and a few reservations, he certainly seems more legitimate than many we have run into lately claiming to have some sort of insider knowledge. Just adding Amazon to his list of evil doers is pretty bold, in itself. Who knows the breadth of power Amazon has to shut the mouths of anyone that dares to speak against it. If what he is saying is true, we live in even scarier times than I thought and I have deep admiration for him having the courage to risk life and limb to share the information.

I'm sorry, but I'm not buying this one. While I don't doubt there are TIs (Targeted Individuals) and that some renegade group(s) within the government are likely responsible, there are just too many problems I have with this guy's "podcast;" not the least of which being that he is doing multiple podcasts regarding this subject with impunity.

Without spending a lot of time on this, here are just a few issues I have with what Mr. Kofron said (as best I can recall from one listen):

o Why would the group he is blowing the whistle on in Seattle Washington threaten to kill him and dump his body in Colorado? Why transport a body hundreds of miles across the country? I'm sure there are plenty of places to dump a body in Washington state.

o Since we know Google is in bed with the CIA/NSA why would he upload all his "documented evidence" to Google Drive and then broadcast that fact? Do you think Google could erase his "evidence" if they were really concerned?

o If this TI program is "highly illegal"--and it is--why would the FBI admit they know all about it and then say they can't do anything about it? But then, why would you go to the fox guarding the hen house to ask if the chickens are safe?

o He says that TIs are illegally being mucked with without their permission and then (at one point) he says they (or some) are being compensated for it. Huh?

o His dialog is clearly scripted and he repeats several statements many times. Further, it appears this podcast was put together over time in different venues (e.g., wind noise and different audio quality at various places). If my life was on the line, I wouldn't be scripting what I had to say and taking my time to get my message out. But, hey, that's just me.

o He claims this is an extensive program and that he'll provide the names and addresses of the perps, but, in the end, I counted only 3 places with only the first names given of a few people who work at one of them.

o If this program isn't limited to the Seattle area, why wouldn't he mention other program places around the country? And if it is limited to the Seattle area, why would they target individuals in other parts of the country and "force them to buy a bus ticket to Seattle" and, magically, find THE bus filled with people involved in the program who will torment the individual and drop them off somewhere along side the road outside the city? Does this really make sense to anyone?

Anyway, I hope this provides some food for thought.

I very much believe most of what Brian Kofron has said in this podcast. What I don't like is that once again the federal government and military have been fingered as playing roles. What I feel his is doing is trying to shield the American people from knowing that it is ISIS so that we won't be as scared. Afterall, if it is our guys there is a paper and protest process which will eventually work for laws and appeals to reason and humanity. But giving the U.S. the black eye for it is not a good idea and leads to Anarchistic activities and mayhem, and could be why there is a gang of thugs snipering at Navy people in Virginia for gang iniciation. On the other hand, letting us know that it is ISIS could cause bloodshed which would be race-based assumptions due to terror for our lives. And like Brian Kofron said, there are ex-military in this "weapons experiment" so we don't want them hurt, but helping others come to their senses. So, perhaps some good letters are in order at this point since there are so many of us "targeted individuals" now so that once some legislation is passed, then all the perps who did not "come to their senses" can have some nice big prison time.

I think the points you raise here are very sensible and may have much to merit them. I will finish listening to what he has to share as I imagine there are some important snippets in here. What I do find most unnerving is the gangstalker website that seems to show an address! If I have any suspicion at the moment then that would help to cement it. How much the real deal is this fellow? I'm approaching this one with a little scepticism at the moment, but, will hear him out....

His technology and targeting testimony checks out. He is a legit whistleblower in my opinion. One thing I've noticed is with legit whistleblowers there is almost always some sort of counterintelligence engineered flaw for opposition to rationalize their way to untruth and to demonize, denigrate, or defame the person coming forward. Bryan has just begun doing this. Having had personal communication with him I feel I can probably see from his perspective better than the armchair experts in this thread. I guess all I can say to that is it's a rough road for those who actually do a good job opposing the shadow government.
