Last night this all started with a bunch of M flares, small and another small x flare this morning but this one is on the top of the scale. A CME may accompany this but they won't know for a while due to the locations of the cameras. Been a very active 24 hours to say the least and there is a solar wind alert now I just received.

There's still potential for more flaring as the sunspots look active enough.
The coming solar energetic particles will affect many things in some ways, including humans too.

After 2 X-class solar flares went off yesterday, few people around me reported having physical stress, symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cold.

So I searched for what effects it could have on humans, and found this website:

Interesting. Internet service has been down here since Wednesday (restored this afternoon). The two usual reasons for Internet going down are 1. Baboon sabotage (the ISP eventually put up a camera to see what was going on with the towers and no sooner had the guys left the mountain then the baboons moved in and vandalised the equipment). 2. Lack of sunlight (towers are solar powered), but there has been enough sunlight so it can't be that. I wonder if the solar flare did affect the towers?

When I got back from town on Wednesday I was exhausted and slept for 12 hours (double my normal sleeping time). Very interesting!

Definitely noticing an effect from all the energy coming in - been feeling flu-y and exhausted at times and sleeping a lot more than normal.
Seems my body is being stimulated also to do some cleaning up at the same time, been needing to drink a lot more water than usual.

Nevertheless, I've been busy and able to do all that's needed on the homestead, which has been quite a bit recently.

Yes yes, I'm still feeling the effects at the moment, it was quite a big energy wave.
Wednesday afternoon here as they went off, I was luckily taking a nap.
I just had a very difficult time getting myself back up.

I'm hearing more people around me who are feeling physically, emotionally, mentally drained.

A friend told me a bit about the solar activity and its 12-year cycle.
It's been rather calm for longer than that in most recent years.
So after some time of sleep-mode, the sun gave a big energy out burst..
And the effects are.. well, just as how we experience them to be.

Be well everyone, take good care of yourselves.

yes, it appears that solar activity has a big influence on earth quakes and weather. and health...
in a nutshell, the various types of solar particle streams hit the earths magnetic field, compress it and that effects things big time.
also the reverse happens when very weak solar output like rececently... allows cosmic rays to enter the earths system causing effects like increased cloud formation and precipitation. on we go into grand solar minimum... fasten seat belts...
