Well that was weird and creepy with a twist at the end.....



This was definitely a TNG type episode and a classic space plasma storm
scene that sets off the story at first it looked like Alara was having a
mental trauma from freezing at the flames. Then it seemed a mass
illusion , then Alien observation switching to possible manipulation
leading to the reveal at the end that it was a simulation. Well
acted and executed by the cast and a perfectly good filler episode imo...

Yeah this last one was one of the better episodes in my opinion.

This was a character and filler episode as well as tying up a few loose ends
perfectly fine as those type of episodes go.....

Super campy - I adore this show. Beginning to end

Season finale.....

Romantic mush as the Captain gets the midweek blues and feels lonely and seeks
to rekindle his relationship with Kelly and asks for a date. Meanwhile the main plot
of a inter dimensional planet jumping civilisation every 11 days put a new twist on
first contact protocol and the crews continuing ineptness at carrying it out...

As the plot develops it does show how religion and civilisations can form from
alien contact or natural evolution interesting take on an old concept and the
the rekindling of the Captain and Kelly's romance is put on hold .
