Default Us navy top secret fast mover program

Well again the media has hyped up another alleged story of an alleged program pertaining to sonar contacts that appear to have indications of being able to travel at speeds normally not possible by any conventional means.

The term "FAST MOVER" could be associated with a brevity code, I have severally manuals and this term isn't mentioned. There are a few references on the internet to this term but not seem verifiable. The term if true refers to the following:

FAST MOVER: denotes aircraft with faster flight speeds that are normally less maneuverable

How this relates to sonar contacts is a puzzle, I have not seen personally brevity codes for sonar contacts, since has me previous thread has indicated it is classifiable.

    The story

I read somewhere that producing an electrostatic charge on and around an aircraft made MUCH faster flight possible...but it was banned. Purportedly that is how bees are able to fly when it is "impossible" for them to do so.

This is a Well Established fact:

This is further reviewed in Stan Deyo's disclosure from (2008?), posted on PA many times, but always worth the viewing.

    T. T. Brown begins at approx 57:50
What Brown lacked was the 'torsion effect' which would have made his efforts towards useful 'anti-gravity' quite successful, and is described in detail in the video.

It's too late for them to use it now. They are being "shut down."
It's almost over. they will no longer be entrusted with power and will be lucky if allowed to stay here and not shipped off to the coldest regions of the Universe. Cold heart, cold world.
