Default Avoid using Aluminum Foil in cooking.

A very good reason to stop using aluminum foil in your oven when cooking are presented in this 2012 paper from (the) International Journal of Electrochemical Science.

Quote The contamination of food is a major concern not only for developing countries but also
for the entire world. In the present work, leaching of aluminum from aluminum foil in different food solutions was studied. Minced meat was used to prepare six different food solutions using tomato juice, citric acid, apple vinegar, salt, and spices.

Three techniques for analysis were used, weight loss (WL) measurements, Environmental Scanning Electron Microscopy (ESEM), and Inductively Coupled Plasma – Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS).

The results clearly indicate that the use of aluminum foil for cooking contributes significantly to the daily intake of aluminum through the cooked foods. The amount of leaching was found to be high in acidic solutions, and even higher with the addition of spices. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the obtained values (are) considered to be unacceptable.

Finally, excessive consumption of aluminum from leaching aluminum foil has extreme health risk effects. Aluminum foil may be used for packing but not for cooking.
When I was growing up almost all our cooking pans were made of aluminum. Until I read this today I still had the occasional ready meal that just pops into an oven - in its aluminum foil tray. (sigh).

If you use any kind of acid on your food it reacts with the aluminium foil, like lemon juice, it gets way more poisonous.

Here you can see how hydrocloric acid takes off the protective layer of the aluminium. To prove my point. Then he lets it react with mercury, thatīs another matter but fun.

I use aluminum foil quite sparingly these days; It's fine for food storage but a rarely use it for cooking, especially if there's other options. I tossed all my aluminum cookware years ago.

The human body is actually better at processing and ridding aluminum than most people believe, but the issue is the very large amounts of it in western diets / medications / water supply / cookware, etc. -- it creates a burden on the body. The average person consumes up to 140mg of aluminum per day which is quite a lot and more than most people consider. Every little bit of reduction helps.

I only use is in a magic trick. Make up any patter you wish about seeing through things, whatever. You can wad the foil into a small ball and then straighten it out flat again. Oddly, the foil will have tiny little holes in it that you can see through. Foil is two layers of aluminum, with a "plastic" film in between. No one will ever suspect the secret. Do it while driving to get a good reaction. haha

Seriously though, yes, aluminum is poisonous to the human body.

Yes Aluminium is very toxic, use stainless steel 316 and glassware for cooking.

If you feel you're not getting enough just go outside and take some deep breaths especially when they've been Chemtrailing - plenty of Aluminium Oxide nano particles which go straight to the brain, lol
