Default I can't believe it - another failed "end of the world" prediction???

The fact just slapped me right upside the face. I was certain this time it would all be over and that I would be swimming in a less dense form of alter-self with all good souls when I "woke up" this morning...

alas - like the movie Groundhog Day, though I didn't wake up to the same day, I woke up to this same silly world again. Oh well... guess I should get used to it.
All the above is all and only my opinion - all subject to change and not meant to be true for anyone else regardless of how I phrase it.

But wait. Wait. Don't give up yet. It was all just a miscalculation. I didn't take into account the Gregorian calendar phase-out of every third leap year that has two blue moons in a single year. And if I deduct the Mayan calendar of bak-tun with a full eclipse of Scorpio in the house of the rising sun, well, you can clearly see that I was off by two months, three rainy days and a quarter ounce of vegetable sauce. So what that means is that the world will end on the 47th of October.

And for just $5000 you can join me at the top of Mount Crapalot as we celebrate our new awakening.

I am enlightened, ............ Oh wait. That's just the police shining their spotlights on me.

A Brief History of Failed End Time Predictions

By Andrew Cheetham on 24 September 2017 GMT Mysteries

‘What can we expect the day after the ‘end of the world’? According to wiki, there have been
183 end of the world predictions that have failed. Many of these were prophesied by religious
    zealots through fear propaganda.

Here are just a few of them:

In 1284, Pope Innocent III (d. 1216) predicted that the world would end 666 years after the rise
of Islam. (do you see how long the divide and conquer principle has been going on?)

In 1658, Christopher Columbus claimed that the world was created in 5343 BCE, and would last
7000 years. Assuming no year zero, that means the end would come in 1658.

Mathematician Jacob Bernoulli predicted a comet would destroy the earth on April 5, 1719.

The newly formed Seventh Day Adventists, a group founded by former Millerites, predicted the
Second Coming would be in 1874.’

    Hi Sammy,
There will always be prognosticators but what I watched about that date was related to an astronomy arrangement that was very unique and was not predicting any end but it was referring to the event being a sign. So the question is what is a sign made for? Possibly predicating a direction or special event happening ahead. That was it basically ...cheers

before our ancestors brought 'civilisation' to their shores....

Yes it didn't end again, what a disappointment.

However I have the feeling that many things have changed in the last couple of months, things kind of less significant on a global level but important on a personal internal level. The consciousnesses have shifted one more time and I don't mean it in the new age sense, we are not getting less dense bodies here in earth.
According to my observation more and more people are turning to the alternative and realising that the mainstream flow is not relevant anymore or at least cannot be trusted. The speed with which this is happening is accelerating in my opinion and looking back at 2000 and now we are all a lot more aware and awake, Not all of the humanity but still our numbers are growing. .
I think all these stellar events that fear mongers twisted to spread insecurity and uncertainty,in order to gain personal profit, mark peaks in the upliftment of human consciousness.

    Hi guys,

These people exploiting these end of world scenarios realize that they can get away with it 2 or 3 times before people finally get jaded. They can stretch it out and get attention and maybe even money over a period of years before the game is finally up. The credulous believers are just as responsible as the plastic prophets.

    Sincerely,
    David Wilcock

The Eath will exist at least until the year 3999...That's the year the plejaren (the watchers) will have completed their mission to bring humanity back to the laws and recommendations of creation , for it was their forefathers who brought religion to earth ... King Arus, Jehovah, his son Jehav, Karamangol, etc were all a rouge element of their race, a split lineage ...

Funny thing is that humans for at least the last thousands of years have always believed that the end is close, really really close.

It is ludicrous for anyone to imagine that they can predict that the world will end especially at a given time.
Even if they studied every sacred scripture in our existence it is still absurd.

    Why would any believe them?

I'm so disappointed with the human race for being so gullible even still today with all the info. available
    to us.
I feel like screaming at us/them to wake up.

I spoke to my friend the day before. He is a military contractor, of an elite Ashkenazi bloodline. His response was "there's war and will be war, and the earth changes have happened before and will continue to happen."

So, sorry, no easy way out... lol

Doomsday Rescheduled: ‘Researcher’ Moves End Of The World To October

    Yep - again... read here

CBS Local — After Sept. 23 came and went without a rogue planet crashing into the Earth, some might think Christian numerologist David Meade would be out of the doomsday prediction business. But, lo and behold, the self-proclaimed “researcher” now says the end of the world is still on, it’s just been moved to October.

Meade predicted that a rogue planet named Nibiru would slam into the Earth on Sept. 23 and bring about a global apocalypse. NASA had publicly debunked the “Planet X” conspiracy theory in 2012, but it didn’t stop the self-published author from writing and speaking about the doomsday prediction.

Now that the fateful Saturday has passed, Meade has reportedly revised his schedule for the planet’s last day. The controversial doomsayer claims his Sept. 23 prediction was misinterpreted and that the world will actually end at some point starting in October. Meade now believes the new date will begin a seven-year period of world-ending events.

“That’s when the action starts. Hold on and watch—wait until the middle of October and I don’t believe you’ll be disappointed,” he wrote on his website. The former student of astronomy at the University of Louisville says his predictions come from deciphering codes in the Bible as well as other ancient markers like the Great Pyramids.

Time will tell if Meade’s new ominous prediction for around Oct. 21 gets watered down like he did with his last one. The conspiracy theorist admitted days before his Sept. 23 claim that people would probably still wake up on Sept. 24.

“The world is not ending, but the world as we know it is ending. A major part of the world will not be the same the beginning of October,” Meade confessed to the Washington Post.
All the above is all and only my opinion - all subject to change and not meant to be true for anyone else regardless of how I phrase it.

In 1658, Christopher Columbus claimed that the world was created in 5343 BCE, and would last
7000 years. Assuming no year zero, that means the end would come in 1658.
He discovered America in 1492. He must have discovered the fountain of youth as well.
    You made me smile.

If another planet smashes into this planet, another 7 years of world ending events won't be required. There won't be a world to experience those world ending events in!

"..wait till the end of October and you won't be disappointed..."
"disappointed". This is the quote that really tickled me. I'm imagining a conversation between a couple of the lunatics that believe in what this guy is saying:

Man #1: there it is! I can see it! It's coming right for us! Planet x! The earth is going to be destroyed!
Man #2: yes! I see it too! David Meade was right! Man I woulda been so disappointed if he got it wrong this time..."
    Man #1: yeah me too...
