Thank you so much! (Maltesers... I forgot about those! OMG )

The problem is that I only have a maildrop in the US: no way of anything being mailed to me in Ecuador at all apart from by super-expensive FedEx or DHL.

But to make things work (sort of!), a friend here who's a retired flight attendant, and gets to fly free, makes monthly trips to and from the US, bringing back goodies and things that just can't be found here. That's quite a godsend sometimes, especially for supplements and also lightweight bits and pieces of specialized electronics.

She charges $12/lb of stuff — which is a pretty good deal for most things — but it's hard to imagine anything more dense and heavy than Marmite and Branston Pickle. So I do appreciate the offer! But I might have to gratefully decline, because of the costs I'd need to pay.
    * A funny story, btw. A few years ago, I was in exactly same situation in Switzerland. Then an English guy, who'd booked for the 2009 conference we held in Zurich, drove all the way there from the UK and gifted me with an ENORMOUS huge giant crate of Marmite and Branston Pickle. It was enough to last me a couple of years. I so, so, appreciated that!

Hola Bill. I have 2 questions.
1.- Since you arrived in Ecuador have you travel somewhere else ?
2.- Had it ever occurred to you to have a paying retreat for members of Avalon in Cuenca ? With talks , conferences , hikes , etc ? If people are interested would you be up to it ?

    1. Only a couple of times, in 2011 and again in 2012, soon after I got here. Since 2012, the furthest I've traveled has been to the Rio Nangaritza, about a day's drive away to the south-east, right near the Peruvian border. It's a tributary of the Amazon, and I've been down there twice.

That's chronicled here and in the posts that follow — a very wonderful place, btw. (Right in the jungle, and no mosquitoes. Apparently the water is too acid for them there.)

    2. I have actually thought of offering guided mountain hikes, and also maybe a trip to the Nangaritza (see above). We could do a lot in 8-10 days. I don't have the facilities for anything resembling an in-house retreat, but if a small group was willing to travel around a bit, maybe in a hired minivan and hostel accommodation, I really could show folks quite a memorable time. It's far from an impossible idea.

No, I'm an only child. After my mother passed in 2007, there was no-one in my family left. I'm here on my own, with not a single living relative anywhere in the world that I'm aware of. (A very interesting experience, by the way.)
Some may be aware, I've a friend in nearly the same situation. In his case, his entire family line was wiped out (targeted) by Stalin. It can certainly cause some differences in outlook.

One benefit, albeit small... is that he can apply to have his name used as a singular at any place for email. Eg, someone might have 'smith239456' at hotmail or whatnot. He can put his name in and be assured it is entirely unique....

I am confused ... if I choose to send you marmite and pickle, why would you have to pay? I’d pay the shipping, and also include ultra light malteasers ... is there some weird law there on shipped gifts?

Long day and I am stupid. I am more than happy to. Ship FedEx or DHL. Estoy una mujer idiota!

Well, thank you again!! But yes, there's customs duty. I had a ridiculous situation back in 2011 when I left my laptop in the Miami departure lounge. The airport Lost and Found retrieved it immediately, and sent to me by FedEx. But then it was impounded for a month by Ecuador customs, who only released it after I'd paid $120 duty... despite the fact it was my own laptop. OMG. (This is how come my retired flight attendant courier friend is appreciated by so many people here!)

It was a major inspiration in my life, even though I remember one piece of information in particular I found just odd and unbelievable—that Theodor Adorno wrote the music of The Beatles.
I listened to a tape of John Lennon writing She Said from beginning to end. But maybe he just faked it :-)

Most channelers are talking to demons, which are very smart and playful but not really evil. I suspect they like to "out" the medium once in awhile, as a public service, by telling absurd lies.

    Bill,

What is the purpose of the internet?

Many say its like the press of old that led to the Reformation as I hardily disagree however, great truth is told upon the internet yet its ultimate purpose is to enslave humanity as I have observed normal rational people who can not function in real life.

With the rise of conspiricy's of all kinds shapes and forms upon the net designed to divide people families and Churches and business organizations and I have observed this first hand in real life from friends who can no longer function in society among normal humans in a normal social situation.

It's like a mental disorder as many involved in internet conspiracy can not recognize a fact if their life depended upon it and hence with Avalon and Wade Frazier I see the big picture in terms of a new "Bible" of science in a new age as Pilot once said what is truth?

That is why the works of Jack Heart are a must read....

    Hi Bill,

Could you walk us through what you imagine your first 48 hours after official disclosure would be like?
I know there could be many variables at play so let just stick with a simple scenario:

“A huge craft is orbiting the moon and its humanoid occupants have made contact with the UN and communicated their wish to meet Earth’s representatives to begin a peaceful relationship with humans”

Given your extensive experience and knowledge of the UFO field do you think your reaction would be any different from the average Joe (astonishment, disbelief, terror, panic…) and do you have a “behavioral protocol” ready for such a situation?

    Thank you

What is the purpose of the internet?
As many know from reading my recent posts and threads, I'm VERY worried about the internet, and the accelerating one-way effect on all of humanity.

I started the last 3 of these 4 threads, and have posted a lot on the first one:
Years ago, when the internet and e-mail was first surfacing to awareness, I was very reluctant to use it. Instinctively — and very strongly — I sensed there was something wrong, and that it was a kind of sticky flytrap.

I was late to the party. I only connected to the net after a friend said to me: "Look, here's the world's biggest reference library, and you're just walking right past it every day."

Similarly with e-mail, when my friends started to refuse to send me faxes any more. (Really.)

As most readers will know, I still will NOT use a smartphone. I've always absolutely distrusted Facebook, from the very start, and I wouldn't have an account there if I was paid.

This isn't the thread to discuss all this (the above 4 are, and there are more) — but here are the problems in a nutshell:
    • There's a huge personal surveillance problem.
    • There's a huge personal addiction problem.
    • There's a huge attention deficit problem.
    • There's a huge information overwhelm problem.
    • There's a huge narcissism problem.
    • There's a huge signal-to-superficial-noise problem. (If anyone wants to get an important message out, they have to compete to do it.)
    • Because of the signal-to-noise problem, the alt media is becoming more and more like the mainstream media in every way.
The question was about the PURPOSE of the internet. I'm not convinced the internet was deliberately created knowing in advance that all the above factors would trap humanity like 7 billion lobsters in a giant pot.

But I am convinced that now it's all in play, this has all been weaponized to weaken us and make us far more controllable. All that is happening increasingly quickly, to every one of us.

Lovely question, and that deserves a thread to itself.

Personally, my first reaction would be of default significant distrust of any official announcements. If I had no visible evidence for myself (i.e. nothing could be seen by people, so it's not an Independence Day scenario with huge craft sitting in our atmosphere), then we're just being told about invisible events.

That kind of announcement MIGHT happen, of course, as a way of sanitizing the enormous problem. ET reality, and contact, could all be sugar-sweet gift-wrapped hard-sold to be a wonderful, almost divine revelation.

But we all know the reality is far more complex (and possibly at least partially much darker) than that. The first 48 hours would be unprecedented media chaos, of course, as even some prominent mainstream figures would be asking hard questions such as: "How do we know what the aliens' intentions are?" That alone has been the subject of thousands of books, some of them Sci-Fi classics, and dozens of movies.

So distrust of aliens (despite feel-good films like Spielberg's 'ET') is one of the things that's been continually seeded into social culture since the early 1950s — interestingly, of course, all carefully planned.

So here's what I suspect would happen in those first 48 hours:
    1. The internet would break. Everything would be on full overload. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter would all fail. (As would cellphone networks.)
    2. Some people would go crazy, literally. Mass shootings, suicides, violent demonstrations, and so on.
    3. There would be a reaction from mainstream religions (with an 's') — UNLESS various prominent spokespeople, such the Pope, were also to make official announcements, to sell the thesis that this was all God's will (in each religion).
    4. The proponents of the the NWO would seize on this (if it wasn't already carefully planned) to state that there now MUST be a unified humanity to respond to all this, and the days of the nation-state were now over.
    5. Global stock markets would probably crash simultaneously. The instinct in all investors, everywhere, predicting instability of every kind, would be to sell.
    6. The chaos would last a lot more than 48 hours, of course... probably several weeks before it even began to die down.
    7. Many people wouldn't go to work. They'd make excuses and stay at home to follow the news. That alone might crash economies and many social functions, too.

Great thread and thank you, Bill, for it

    If I may? A question!

What would you do with 10 million pounds?

Literally....If someone gave you £10,000,000 ....What would you do with it?

I have of course considered this imposed drama and cannot see how I could effect a outcome which may override any current presented drama by the MSM.

Power corrupts.......for most (and money is power, yes only a single and limited type but allow the question please lol)

So....what change could be created via such a small amount of funds?

Personally I can see no real change as the mass of people do not wish for change....you could fund research into vaccines, but the mass would never believe you and the funds available to discredit you would be unlimited!

So.... What would you do with 10 million pounds?

    Ta for any reply.
    Normal..!

Well, thank you!! (I'll PM you my bank details. )

    The following come to mind.
    1. I'd leave Ecuador, for sure, and probably return to Switzerland — but would now be able to travel much more widely.
    2. I'd invest in a small studio, with state of the art desktop equipment, and contract a GOOD video editor.
    3. I'd work on publishing what I could, about what I feel I know and understand, in the highest quality.
(NOT quantity! Quantity over quality is a huge, huge mistake.)

If I may re-phrase my original question?

If you had £10,000,000 to invest in an action which would promote a change within the mass of humanity for the greater good of this realm....What would that action be?

    Normal..!

Ah. Now I know why I misunderstood your original question. In terms of social action or initiatives, £10 million isn't nearly enough to make much of a real difference to anything apart from locally. £10 billion, and maybe one could start.

I'm tempted to say I'd recruit a bunch of the very best Russian hackers, go into hiding, and then get to work just as Anonymous promised to but have never delivered.

Thanks Bill and I concur that even 10 million is an insufficient amount to affect any change within the mass.

It is strange that to search for the first billionaire brings:

Quote The American oil magnate John D. Rockefeller became the world's first confirmed U.S. dollar billionaire in 1916, and still holds the title of history's wealthiest individual.
When of course Nathan Rothschild was a multi billionaire back in the 18th century.

Please recall that the UK didn't change their concept of billion until the 1970's....until then they still used the long form.
Which is a million times a million equals a billionaire.

So today we have a billion as being a thousand million....but back then it was a million million!!!

So no....10 million will achieve very little sadly

    Hi Bill,

You mentioned earlier in this thread that we always have choices after we die, relating to our next incarnation.

You've also advised that it's best not to follow the light after death.

My question therefore is what difference does following or not following the light make in terms of our ability to chose the next life that is best for our soul's development?

I'm also interested to know if you believe that by not following the light, we can travel and incarnate elsewhere in the universe?

    Kindest wishes

    Ben.
