Lol I have many questions but was giving bill a break, but if he has got his second wind, them game on.
Which of the psychic powers do you believe are real?
    All of them.
Which if any have you seen in action? Do you have any you would like to share here?
Telepathy/remote perception (countless times, sometimes astonishingly accurately), time-looping (see this post, in which I recount a remarkable personal experience), and once (see this post) where my old ton-and-a-half 4x4 started to move, rapidly, all on its own — a genuine case of spontaneous psychokinesis. (And a very dramatic one, too.)

Three times, a very psychically gifted close friend of mine in the US came to 'visit' me in Ecuador, bilocating. I could sense it clearly when she was here, and later double-checked the time with her. That was also very memorable, the only instances I've experienced or witnessed that so crystal clearly.

This realm (of psi abilities) is so self-evident to me that I no longer dwell on incidences that a lot of people would think of as unbelievable. The most recent 'normal' example was just a couple of weeks ago when I woke up one night with a clear certainty that something significant had just happened in the life of a friend of mine on the other side of the world.

I switched my light on and checked the time, and nearly got up there and then to send a message asking if everything was okay. The next day, though, I did check in, and sure enough right at that very moment they'd been presented with a significant personal opportunity. Things like that are always fun.

    Hi Bill,

    Been thinking…
    a) Have you met, interviewed or got opinions of the experiences of…
Howard Menger, Frank E Stranges, Al Bielek, & Robert Taylor ?
    • Menger was a fraud (I firmly believe).
    • Stranges' story remains interesting. He wrote Stranger at the Pentagon, the story of Valiant Thor. (Bad name, btw: sounds like a Marvel Comics character. ) Some of it is hard to believe, but it's not impossible that human-looking ETs (though not from Venus!) "could be walking up and down the corridors of SHAPE headquarters or the Pentagon or the White House", as Bob Dean stated.
    • Al Bielek: I'm skeptical.
    • Robert Taylor: I'm afraid I don't know, or don't recognize, who that is.
    b) What's your thoughts on the 'Baltic Sea anomaly', thought to be a 14,000 year old UFO?
Well, it seems to me that it could fairly easily be a rock formation. Some of the images on the net have clearly been embellished (or just plain fabricated). The idea that it appears like Han Solo's Millennium Falcon is engaging, but a real UFO wouldn't actually look like that!
    c) The Maddie McCann case – What do you think happened?
I'm not really up to speed with the intricacies of the case. Like a number of others, I suspect Satanic Ritual Abuse (I'm afraid), which is widespread and far more prevalent that anyone wants or likes to think. I'm sure the parents are totally innocent.
    d) The Bridgend “Suicides” – Got an opinion on the case that’s stumped the police and experts for over 10 years (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cy21KKnk5eQ)
My apologies... this is another case which I confess I know nothing about.

Do you believe in a Parallel world?

A Parallel world somehow linked to our world, as some whistle blowers have boldly claimed.
Well, it depends what the term means. Not the 'Two Earths' thing, which I'd firmly contend is very silly. (And as best I know, no real 'whistleblower' has ever talked of such a thing.)

But parallel universes as in timeline splits, leading to 'Sliding Doors' type parallel realities: Yes, 100% for sure.

When do you believe [based on your research and experiences (and those of trusted colleagues)] that the Middle East will “run out of peace”?
Wow. Well, it's really like [relative!] peace in the area has been hanging on a thin, burning thread.

@ Everyone else: Honesty, who knows a lot of stuff, has been posting about the rise of tensions (maybe a euphemistic understatement) in the region for a while now. Do check out all his posts and started threads. The latest is this one.

Maybe I should rephrase the question - What do you believe will happen in the Middle East, and when?
Thanks for the rephrase. I understand why! All I can really say, I think (and genuine apologies if this seems pretty thin) is
    • It's hard to come by accurate or detailed information. I get the sense, and I'm sure you do too, that quite a lot is being censored/redacted from the mainstream reports. It feels like anything might happen at any time, and most people would be pretty much ambushed by it.
    • Much as I confessedly respect and appreciate Alex Jones, he's never going to report the detailed facts of Israeli agendas. That just something always to be remembered and borne in mind. Listening to him talk about Israel, one has to install that compensation filter every time.
    • I personally don't trust a single thing the state of Israel does or says or publishes in any media.

    Hi Bill.

Not sure if already asked, sorry if it has.
Now I'm sure you would rush to aide an injured animal if you found one.
What would you do if you came across an injured Alien by the side of the road or hillside?
lets say you can tell it's civilised and dose not look to menacing.
What steps would you take to help it/him/her ?

What a fun question. Assuming it was small (and nearby!) — I'd carry it home. Depending on its condition, I'd NOT report it to any authorities for medical treatment. I would give it Rescue Remedy, even applied directly to its skin. (With zero evidence available to suggest it might work on ETs, I do still suspect it would.)

I'd communicate telepathically, and I'd be confident I could do that well. I'd ask IT what it wanted or needed. I'd not do a thing without its permission, including taking its photo.

My guess is that any ETs would (or should) easily be able to rescue/extract their own any time they wanted to. If they can walk through a wall to lift a human out of their bed at night, they can certainly evacuate an ET buddy. And maybe that's just what would happen. (But note: this does beg the interesting question, of course, why the ETs didn't rescue their own in the many recorded instances of crash retrievals in which ETs were injured, but alive.)

I'd then start communicating privately with all the healers and researchers I knew and trusted, and take it all from there.

What steps would you take if you found an alien ship or device?

Assuming there were no ETs around, I'd document it in every fine detail on video and still photography. I'd be the best careful scientist I could be.

An interesting story. I did know someone (a very good mountaineering friend) who told me in detail how he had been descending a mountain on his own, and had fallen into a crevasse. Under normal circumstances, that'd be the end of it all. No way out, and likely death in store from hypothermia or worse.

But he suddenly found himself teleported OUT of the crevasse, and there were two ET beings there, very much human in form. He said they communicated with him telepathically, and they had a spherical object, about 10" in diameter, that they wanted him to take. But he said he 'knew' that it wasn't right for him to accept the gift, and so he didn't. OMG.

Unprovable, of course, as almost all of these experiencer accounts are. But I can corroborate it myself, at least in some small part. I was also on the same mountain (this was Makalu, significantly the day after my abduction: see my post #399 here). When I descended the mountain myself, also on my own, I came upon my friend, also descending — and of course I was surprised and delighted to see him.

It was only a long time later that I realized that he was in totally the wrong place at the wrong time, almost as if he'd been unaccountably waylaid for 24 hours. At the time, inexplicably, I never noticed this, and he never remarked on it either. It was only a couple of years later that he told me what had happened to him — after the ET had appeared in my room. I started to tell him THAT story... and he told me he already knew. (I did post that the entire very long storyline was extremely complicated. )

What would you ask an alien if you could sit down for a one to one chat?

Well, here are some obvious bulletpoint questions!
    • What are you doing here?
    • How did you get here?
    • Do you come from another planet in our galaxy, or from another 'dimension'?
    • What's your race's history of contact with the human race?
    • Is your race in formal ongoing contact with any human authorities, agencies, or governments?
    • Are there other races that are also 'here? Assuming so, what is their purpose or agenda?
    • Is there knowledge or information about the human race — or the human race's past or future — that you're not allowed to convey? If so, why? How are those decisions made? Under what circumstances would you share more than is normally permitted?
    • Is there knowledge or information about the universe, or about humans' perception of what physical reality is, that you're not allowed to convey? If so, why? How are those decisions made? Under what circumstances would you share more than is normally permitted?
    • If you CAN talk about the actual nature of the universe in some detail, what can you help me understand that you think is within my capability?
    • Why have you contacted me, in particular, right now?

I think the problem is always that of easy repeatability under laboratory conditions. Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ have described how frustrating it was for them back during the SRI research of the 1970s when Uri Geller, practically out of control (their words, as best I recall!), was doing all kinds of wild psychic things in coffee breaks, over dinner, and at every other time they were together. Then when they'd knuckle down to reproduce it all under highly controlled conditions, far less would often happen.

NOT because Uri was a fraud. (He wasn't.) But because the very nature of the phenomenon is very often spontaneous. Robert Jahn in his meticulous experiments in PEAR (the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Lab) accumulated a bunch of highly significant research data, but he quickly became aware that one of the obstacles in time-consuming, repetitive, routine tests was that of boredom. No matter how talented the research subjects were, or could be, once the experimentation became laborious, humdrum or monotonous, the anomalous results almost always dropped off very quickly.

I'd personally suspect that psychic demonstration is also inhibited by the presence of strong skepticism. Puthoff and Targ were NOT skeptical — at all. They were merely trying to be rigorous. But even a highly talented psychic in the presence of someone like James Randi might find themselves trying to do the equivalent of lighting a fire in the pouring rain. It might not be at all easy, pleasant, or practicable in any form.

    Bill,

This is so very good of you, I’m enjoying reading this immensely.

I would be appreciative (again) if you would share your thoughts on Bill Hamilton.

Unbelievably, I only came upon him recently and I must admit I found his (somewhat) aggressive tones (during a lecture) most refreshing.
I had the highest respect for him. He was a veteran researcher, one of the best, and did a bunch of very important work. In my opinion, his integrity was impeccable. We overlapped just a little, and Camelot's interview with him was actually our very first.

    Hi Bill -

Do you believe we, Homo sapiens sapiens, have undergone a domestication, of sorts, and if so, do you believe it to have been done by our own hands, the hands of someone/thing else, or an unpleasant combination of both?

    Hi Bill
    Got another question for you:
    What's your take on ho-oponopono?
Does taking 100% responsibility for (of course for oneself) but also others is some way of clearing and would this be the key to full recovery as a being?

    Thanks for your awesome thread!

Hey thanks for the question, and a very warm welcome to the forum. (Do PM me!)

'Domestication' seems like an unusual word. If you mean like domesticated farm animals — groomed, bred and cultured to be fit for [some] purpose — then I can understand the question.

It seems it has to be possible. But first, I should say that regarding Zecharia Sitchin's claims that humans were bio-modified to be gold mining slaves (or something like that!), I don't buy his narrative about most things. Important to know about Sitchin is that he did NOT translate from the original Sumerian academically and rigorously (as his chief critic Michael Heiser always maintains, and correctly, too).

Sitchin used 'intuitive guidance' (or, to put it crudely, channeled instruction) whenever he came across something that was difficult or ambiguous to interpret. That definitely suggests that it's likely that some of what he wrote was disinformation from the Anunnaki themselves (whoever they are). It's an unusual view, but I'd argue that quite strongly.

But if mankind is someone's science experiment, and it might be, there's every reason to suppose that there may have been experimental modification. And that modification might have been simply to improve/enhance the genome for altruistic (or purely science-experiment) purposes — OR, it might have been to suit some agenda.

Re the latter, the most extreme hypothesis (but maybe it can't be totally ruled out) is that the present human genome is a highly valuable emergency resource for time-traveling future humans, urgently intent on repairing their damaged future genome.

Linda Howe, considering the Dec 1980 Bentwaters incident, as well as a few others, has argued that this may be the case. (This of course had also been claimed by Dan Burisch.) That then opens up the Sci-Fi possibility that the time travelers themselves may have 'farmed' the human genome, over long periods in the past, so as to be a valuable resource for them later.

I don't know if anyone else has ever pointed out that this might conceivably be what's happened... but if so, I've never heard of it.

I do believe that it can work powerfully, yes. The secret, of course, is that it has to be sincere. It's not like a magic spell, and all one has to to is to utter the words correctly.

The words, like a mantra, are merely a focusing tool for one's powerful, spiritual [and again, sincere] intention. There's nothing automatic — or necessarily easy! — about it.

Thanks for making yourself available for us to "interview" you with questions, Bill.
I have many areas of questions, so here goes!

    1. Do you think A.I. will supplant human control of the planet? Has it already? Do you think there will be a merging of human consciousness with technology so that human bodies may become unnecessary in the future? Will A.I. choose to keep humans around or want to exterminate us? Is or would there be something or someone superior to or in control of A.I that are not human?

    2. What do you suspect is the purpose of 5G? Do you think it is a program of genocide, or mind control, or just ignorant greed? Would you prefer to live in a place which won't have 5G? is there such a place? Where?

    3. Are you concerned about the diminishing numbers of white people around the world?

    4. If you ever left Equador, what other country would you want to live in and why? Have you ever considered living in Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu, Cook Islands, Bali, Philippines? Malaysia?

    5. If the emotional maturity of the majority of human beings was ever high enough to actually make a pure economic system work without greed or malice taking over, would you prefer a free market capitalism, a libertarian anarchy? socialism, or something else? Have you ever read Gadaffis green book? https://archive.org/details/TheGreenBook

    6. What is your I.Q? Does I.Q. matter in terms of human evolution? Do you see any correlation between I.Q and political movements or outcomes? Is it easier to become emotionally mature when one has a high I.Q? Are there more dangers? Any comments or observations about I.Q I haven't mentioned?

    7. Are you versed in the ideas of George Gurdjieff sufficient to comment on which of his ideas you like/don't like, believe in or not? Do you think it is possible some people develop to a point of immortality and others "die like dogs" and have squandered their chance to develop a viable soul? Do you study, like or ever use the enneagram as a system of understanding personality development? Have you located yourself on the enneagram wheel?

    8. Astrology. Fact, fiction, myth, or science?

    9. Should sociopaths (predators without consciences) be removed and isolated from the rest of us, say on some remote island, like lepers?

    10. Do you believe there is either a before-life or afterlife? Do you believe near death experiences as being true or an elaborate psyop? How do you choose what to believe in? Is it necessary to believe in anything? Do you prefer questions or answers?

Thanks so much for opening up and letting us get to know you and providing teaching in this way.

In Whitley Strieber's book "The Key" he talks about our souls as plasma bodies, and how Hiroshima really messed up some people's souls.
He also says there is a science of the soul. As a physics major do you understand what he is referring to? Can you elaborate?

Do you believe in a Parallel world?

A Parallel world somehow linked to our world, as some whistle blowers have boldly claimed.
Well, it depends what the term means. Not the 'Two Earths' thing, which I'd firmly contend is very silly. (And as best I know, no real 'whistleblower' has ever talked of such a thing.)
When I hear this, I think of the world of ghosts, gnomes, fairies and archons. Who many intuitives say live basically on this planet just as humans do, yet in another frequency range in the non-physical, so most humans are not aware of them, yet everybody potentially experiences interference from them and could learn to perceive them.

So the "two worlds" would basically be about a) what is known and b) all the frequencies of existence that are right where we are, yet not discovered and quantified by mainstream science.

Thanks for making yourself available for us to "interview" you with questions, Bill.
I have many areas of questions, so here goes!
Thanks so much for opening up and letting us get to know you and providing teaching in this way.
    And, what questions.

As best I know, A.I. is already deployed to 'wargame' complex cultural and societal scenarios, like a giant chess computer program — using very advanced predictive software to forecast the probable outcomes of various major changes that might be introduced at a governmental or global level.

Dr Bill Deagle in his seminal December 2006 Granada Forum Lecture — 12 years ago now!! — talked about exactly this, in quite some detail. He stated that he'd visited one such facility, a giant Cray 5 machine deep underground in Colorado, below Schriever (formerly Falcon) Air Force Base.

He stated that there was a 'virtual world' program that was a digital equivalent of the real world — with each person, their communications, financial transactions, travel history, purchases, internet viewing history, predilections, preferences and personality, and every sizeable physical object — already programmed in as a digital representation. This was used to model how individuals (and large cultural groups, such as nations) would respond to major new initiatives.

It seems to me that this clearly dovetails directly into the apparently inevitable roll-out of the 5G network... whether this is in 2 years' time or 20, it's coming. More on that below.

But I'm not at all convinced we'll merge with or be absorbed by the machines, in some 'Terminator' way. My main source of guidance here is what I'm convinced are countless highly credible reports of the nature of intelligent ET beings, that do NOT appear to be robots. They may have been genetically enhanced in various ways, or even (in some cases) cloned. But they still appear to be flesh-and-blood beings. (Or something like that!)

The craft — even if they are themselves intelligent (and I believe there's a case to be made for that) — still have beings traveling in them. It's really hard to tell much for sure, of course, but this all does seem to me to suggest that in some future technologically advanced world, there will be ways for intelligent biological beings to co-exist with artificial intelligence, and presumably keep it under control.

    2. What do you suspect is the purpose of 5G? Do you think it is a program of genocide, or mind control, or just ignorant greed? Would you prefer to live in a place which won't have 5G? is there such a place? Where?

I was asked about 5G before, and I simply said it was a massive threat. But I should maybe expand on that.

Referring back to Dr Bill Deagle's Granada Forum lecture again, he referred — again, 12 years ago — to what he called the Electronic Cage. That was a play on words, referring to the much-toted 'Electronic Age'. This is exactly what happening.

It's less of a cage than a giant invisible net, and 5G simply makes the mesh much more fine-weave. It literally captures us.

And we only have ourselves to blame. How many of you reading this right now are doing so on your smartphones?

We're addicts. Unable to break free. And like all addicts, we justify and rationalize our addiction. So it's VERY easy for the large corporations, in league with governments, to introduce 5G, selling it to us as a huge life-changing advantage. It's a really easy sell.

I mean: we'll be able to download a 2 hour movie in 3 seconds. And not have to wait the eternity of 20 minutes.

That's just the bait on the hook, or the sugar-coating on the poison.

The threat of 5G is threefold:
    1. Health risks, at present still being researched, from very high-frequency-all-penetrating radiation in a really tight net all around us.
    2. Our quality of life will not be enhanced by super-high internet and cellphone data speeds. It'll be reduced. (But most people may not ever know that.)
    3. The collection of personal data about every one of us will be complete. The A.I supercomputers will know FAR more about us than we know about ourselves.
Where to escape or avoid it? Well, here in Ecuador it may arrive many years later then it does in New York or London or Sydney. And even so, one has certain choices, as I suggested above: how or whether at all to use mobile devices, for instance, whether to use WiFi in one's home (rather than an ethernet cable to a desktop computer), whether to turn WiFi off completely at night, and whether to (eventually) buy household appliances, like smart fridges, or new cars, that will bind us tighter and more inextricably into the global fine-weave control and data-gathering net.

We really do have more options available to us than we may sometimes feel we have. For instance, I have an old vehicle, with no engine management system, that could never be driven off the road, into a ditch or a tree, by satellite-directed interference. I've never used GPS in my life. I don't own a smartphone or tablet. I've once never used an iPhone apart from when I'm asked to take someone's photo. When I take photos myself, I use a regular camera.

I don't have WiFi in my bedroom at night — which is important. I also live in a tucked-away rural area where (at the moment!) there's no cellphone signal. But I totally realize that not everyone is in that position to easily choose: they may need to live in a city because of their careers, or their extended families.

Or maybe their spouses/partners think they're crazy for not wanting a wide-screen flat TV that's also capable of watching you. (That's not a joke!) I'm merely making the theoretical point, as gently as possible, that we may, still, each one of us, have a few more choices open to us than we may think we have.

    3. Are you concerned about the diminishing numbers of white people around the world?

    Yes, I am.

    4. If you ever left Ecuador, what other country would you want to live in and why? Have you ever considered living in Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu, Cook Islands, Bali, Philippines? Malaysia?

No... but I've considered Thailand, which I've visited a number of times before and really felt very much at home in.

I love Switzerland, where I used to be for several years, but it's impossible to live there without either a LOT of money in the bank, or a significant income.

I've visited Australia (once) and South Africa (twice) both fairly briefly, and I very much loved both. South Africa is now genuinely a lot more dangerous for white people than it used to be, though; and it's VERY hard to get into Australia as an immigrant. (Despite being British! Sadly, that makes almost no difference now.)

What a great question. Without wanting to sound like a Marxist or a 1960s Hippie, I really do NOT like free market capitalism — or any of the sicknesses and blemishes it always brings with it. Marketing in the alternative media, for example. That's a really good example of cultural 'creep'. I personally think it's abhorrent, but all too many people are now so inoculated against it, this is now the new normal.

Even Richard Dolan thinks that cheap self-promotion is now just fine (after all, everyone else is doing it, and this is the financially seemingly well-grounded advice he's getting from his marketing adviser) — and that people should just 'deal with it'. That's a real shame.

Something is being lost here. It's a steady drip-feed erosion.

Here's what I feel is an important note to that. Greed and malice aren't black-white on-off factors... they're a sliding scale. For instance: is it 'greedy' to monetize YouTube videos and diminish the quality of the presentation with constant commercial interruptions? Or to pollute an interesting web page with advertisements of every kind? You decide.

    163. (Measured quite a long time ago!)

One of the problems with [many, but not all] people of high intellect is that it's all too easy for them to construct elaborate inner self-justifications for just about anything. Having a high IQ does NOT mean that one will be fully aware of all the problems and anomalies of the world.

An example? Look at Bill Gates. He's very smart, but totally unaware. There are countless other similar examples. (Including David Wilcock.) Enough said.

Having a high IQ can be helpful sometimes. (So is having a musical ear, or being a good athlete!) But it's nothing (and may even be an impediment) without emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ). The three kinds of intelligence need to work together in synergistic combo.

If I were choosing a life partner, for me IQ (in the other person) would be FAR FAR FAR less important than EQ+SQ. It's the latter two that combine to make someone a very fine, beautiful, ethical human being.

I confess, I really don't feel I know enough about Gurdjieff to comment properly. Re the enneagram, I also know comparatively little about it. I did locate myself on the wheel some time back, but the fact that I can't remember my type says something! (However — if it's of any compensation! — I am trained in Myers-Briggs/MBTI, and know that pretty well.)

    8. Astrology. Fact, fiction, myth, or science?

It seems to work, at least sometimes! It's even been statistically shown to be (apparently) valid, in careful research done on personality typing vs. birth sign over large groups of people.

HOW it works, or can possibly work, I have absolutely not the tiniest clue.

    9. Should sociopaths (predators without consciences) be removed and isolated from the rest of us, say on some remote island, like lepers?

Well, again (like the 'greed' thing: see #5 above) — it may really be more of a sliding scale. NOT so much like someone's got a certain identifiable genetic marker that defines that they're a sociopath.

There are likely to be upbringing/ parental/ societal/ environmental factors that then combine with any existing genetic predispositions. So to try to identify people who've not yet done anything antisocial, but simple MAY possibly do sometime, is a bit too much like 'Minority Report' (the Tom Cruise movie, after the Philip K. Dick short story) to feel comfortable for me.

    10. Do you believe there is either a before-life or afterlife? Do you believe near death experiences as being true or an elaborate psyop? How do you choose what to believe in? Is it necessary to believe in anything? Do you prefer questions or answers?

Well, I don't 'believe'. But I do feel I know.

That's not a clever-clever, smart-ass answer. It's an important distinction. If one has recalled past lives in regression, one knows. Just like you (@anyone reading this) know what happened yesterday in your life. You know. You remember it clearly. It's not a matter of belief.

But of course, if someone's not had that experience, they have to do the next best available thing when considering the question: which is to consider others' testimony, and personal accounts. But that's NOT the same as experiencing it for oneself... of course. I completely understand that.

I've never personally had an NDE (a near-death experience). But having done what I suggested above — considered the reported experiences of many others — it aligns perfectly with everything I feel I know about the relationship of the spirit to the human body. So I feel highly confident — 100% confident, in fact — that NDEs are a reality.

This isn't a competition, in any way, but thank you for the far-reaching questions! (But yes, in general, I do prefer answers. )

It would be wonderful if you could come back to the Lake District, or even to home - the highest regions of the UK, but keep safe wherever you are
