Well that is interesting and that means the canary has already sung a long time ago! Ooh so it's too late! Even if they kill her now she's already been recorded and named names! Interesting way of getting all their ducks in row first before making the arrest public. Also, seems if they could do this with Maxwell, who basically was in a restraint if not under arrest then they could do it with Oprah, Ellen, Tom Hanks, or any of the others suspected of being involved. I still wonder who other than Clinton she had in her pocket. Obviously Bill Clinton has to be one the 'top' politicians don't you guys think?

Well timing is everything. The fact that they arrested her 3 months before the elections is significant in itself. We all now that there is a power struggle to control the Unites States Corporation and we are in crunch time now. Maybe she is will be used as a deterrent against the Democrats so they would cease to create more chaos. For example in Michigan I was kicked out of a store yesterday for not wearing a mask! and I could face a $500 fine if I get caught without one outside. What’s next? A mandate to wear a mask inside my home?

With a fortune the size of Ghislaine's and the connections she has, it doesn't seem impossible that she could have had a clone made of herself and that's what is actually in the prison cell. Last I heard, they don't last long, but if it's "suicided" or murdered in timely fashion, it could still do the trick, and would certainly make for a more authentic looking corpse in the photos than Epstein's did (if it really was Epstein).
Could be that's why she made herself so easy to catch, as she probably knew they would catch her sooner or later, and just wanted to get it over with.
What happens to a wealthy suspect's fortune if they die in prison before being tried?
The thing to watch after the fact might be what happens to her fortune.
What's happening to Epstein's fortune, for that matter...

If they die before hand the law can't confiscate a thing because they died technically innocent never proven guilty! That is why the family is always the first to suspect in a death of a rich criminal because one of them or all did it to keep the money in the family!

That may be true in the context of a criminal proceeding, but not in the context of a civil lawsuit. Such a civil lawsuit could and likely would involve claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion and the like.

A successful civil lawsuit would result in a money judgment against the bad actor(s). Attempts by the bad guy and the family or associates to hide assets from the judgment creditor will make it harder, but not impossible, to collect the judgment. Judgments that are obtained based upon claims proved to be due to the fraud of the defendant, are generally not dischargeable in bankruptcy.

True enough.

But, courts are unaware of the facts of a case and the location of any assets of the parties that may be reachable to pay a judgment. It is the responsibility of the litigants to apprise the court of the operable relevant facts. If a judgment is not voluntarily paid by the defendant in some way, it is the responsibility of the plaintiff judgment creditor to locate the defendant’s assets with which to satisfy any judgment. The courts do not do that. The court can only assist in that regard, if asked by the judgment creditor, by compelling the defendant to respond to the plaintiff’s discovery request seeking the location of assets, money, real estate, etc..., to satisfy the judgment and even hold a defendant in contempt for refusing to do so, but that’s it.
