It's from a video agency...

Type "Video Agency of Audio Color World" on google...You'll see a lot of similar videos produced by them.

Right off the bat, the cameraman is moving his camera as though he were imagining a scene with a UFO, and slowly and erroneously panning around an empty "scene" rather than "filming an object"

I think I should try some of these ...

The alien's movements are some of the worst animation ever... he turns around as if on a turntable with no movement of his feet and legs and then takes a step forward and just sort of disappears into the ground ??!
I give it a 2 out of 10
