While most of the content of the two videos was uninteresting and expected (including the stupid smiles of the reporters - seems like that is a prerequisite), at the very end of the second video, the reporter responded to the question of how to increase one's chances of seeing a UFO and the reporter replies that it seems that the best chances are between 10pm and midnight.
It would have been good to know what time of the year.
If in the summer, since at that latitude the sun sets quite late, that time period would coincide with the best time to see satellites (or UFOs). The satellites having solar panels, beautifully reflect the sun and are easily visible with binoculars or even better, with night vision goggles.
In the winter, the best time would be much earlier. Of course I am talking about satellites.

One problem I have personally experienced at night using night vision goggles is that birds migrating in a V formation can look very much like the reported V shaped craft. Sometimes, they fly so fast (maybe at that altitude they catch a tail wind) it is really hard to verify that it is a flock. When the flock is slower moving, it becomes easier to identify as members in the flock do move around relative to one another.

The video is intentionally blurred obviously as the text is so blurry.

Looking at it frame by frame, it seems one can see flying surfaces similar to a plane. There seem to be quite a bit of exhaust and I think I heard the pilot say that there is a heat trail. Seems like the object comes to a standstill (gently) so maybe a hovering jet of some type (Harrier)

It was posted in 1995, so a bit old. Who knows?
Does not seem to move like the tic-tac.

It seems Trump is going to "wait and see" and the way he answered it was very quick and typical.
I was not expecting him to say that "the pilots would know", thus putting the responsibility on the pilots who also have NDAs signed.
But I don't understand asking the president(s) directly, isn't it treason to reveal highly classified data?
Why ask a sitting official to incriminate themselves.
Every time they are asked, they all say the same thing, but they all hint and don't immediately dismiss.
The burden is back to NASA or other sciences to slowly and incrementally first reveal the possibility, say by "discovering" bacterial life on Mars, and then perhaps by discovering multi-cellular life on Europa, and then perhaps reveal ancient structures on Mars, followed by reverse engineered craft, and then perhaps disclosure would not even be an issue.
The way NASA is going and stating, that would be by 2026.

Forcing people to commit treason is never going to be helpful to anyone.
First, the treasoner will be immediately "put down", out of office, destroyed, disenfranchised, debunked, credibility destroyed or any or all of that or worse.
Second, wide open disclosure will discredit hundreds if not thousands of people and really muddy things up.
Going from almost zero factual data to hundreds of partially disclosed things.
Worse, people like Wilcock or CG will be immediately elevated to guru status and that cannot possibly help anyone.

Regardless, it will happen and I say by 2026 or thereabouts (and no, this is my feeling and not a prediction or channeled data).

NASA: We Will Find Aliens By 2026

Nasa has said that humanity will find direct evidence that we are "not alone" in the universe within 20 years.

The pronouncement comes on the 45th anniversary of the launch of Apollo 11.

Nasa said that it is overwhelmingly likely that life will have emerged somewhere in our galaxy of 100 billion suns, and that we will be able to find evidence that it exists sooner rather than later.

So far our attempts to find life in our solar system have fallen flat. No direct evidence of life has been found on Mars, despite more than a decade of robotic exploration, and while scientists think the moons Titan and Europa could host life under their surface, it's still just conjecture.

But the chances are that life has emerged elsewhere -- and Nasa is still convinced it can find the evidence. We're not talking UFO spacecraft or little green men though, we talking more subtle evidence around distant stars that life has emerged separate to our own planet.

Nasa made its prediction at its Washington HQ, where it also announced the launch of the Transiting Exoplanet Surveying Satellite in 2017 to look for signs of alien life and other worlds outside our star system.

“Just imagine the moment, when we find potential signatures of life. Imagine the moment when the world wakes up and the human race realizes that its long loneliness in time and space may be over — the possibility we’re no longer alone in the universe,” said Matt Mountain, director and Webb telescope scientist at the Space Telescope Science Institute.

"What we didn’t know five years ago is that perhaps 10 to 20 per cent of stars around us have Earth-size planets in the habitable zone. It’s within our grasp to pull off a discovery that will change the world forever."

Nasa predicts that a conservative "100 million" worlds in our galaxy might be able to sustain life.

I guess they think they can preserve the structure of the hierarchy via slow disclosure.
I am not advocating a slow disclosure, but quick revolutions are historically destructive and disorienting and however you define it they are still power grabs and thus allowing for power hungry people to retake power and now we are back to the same place. (see US, Russia, China, France, etc...)

How else can it happen?
During a revolution who maintains the satellites, power grid, airlines, tech production, factories, jobs, food production, transportation, construction of buildings, roads, internet, etc...

Oh, but I guess it would take a very "brave and courageous" TV presenter to directly ask POTUS if he has any intention of getting himself (legally and legitimately) "read into" any of the UFO-related unacknowledged Special Access Program's eh ?

I mean, given his position, he has to "trust" those who are in the know to do "the right thing" and I imagine "coming clean" about such a Secretive Subject is not high on their agenda !!!
