    Default Bloated stomach

I have this condition of having too much air in the stomach this could be due to the fact that I use to have a big tummy that is full of crap which is now gone. I use to think that "because my tummy is use to be big then the intestine are large and now that its empty most of the time then air comes in" I thought I will wait till intestine shrinks then maybe air will not go in. But its been years and I see no improvement. I remedy this by doing the 5 Tibet 5 rights before getting up of bed in the morning and each time a I belched lots of air. anyone have a suggestion.

Parasites Bubu and therefore strange digestion.

It could also be some allergies to some foids. Or you belly muscles needing exercise badly. A friend of mine, very petite, who got normal weght twins, has her belly muscle separating in a kind of hernia when carrying the twins in her belly. Only surgery could have helped. Check that too.

I would start with checking for parasites because it is the easiest.

I have good belly muscles since that is one I suspected before so I remedied with abs exercise but does not work. I'll go for the parasites I have that in mind too. Is there some thread on parasites here? How do I check for parasites?

Simethicone tabs, chew your food thoroughly and stay away from common food allergens. Your intestines are muscles that expand and shrink naturally. If you truly had flabby intestines that hadn't shrunk back it would be kind of unusual. But I am not a gastroenterologist, so don't know for sure.

The gut is full of weird bacteria. They are supposed to be there. We coevolved with this stuff in symbiosis. The current alternative health care zeal to "cleanse" our digestive systems through colonic irrigation is a scam.

If you have done numerous cleanses you could have stripped your gut of beneficial bacteria, or altered your microbiome in such a way that you have this problem.

Wish you luck with this problem! And if you can't get any kind of relief, make sure you have a dog so you have someone to blame the flatulence on! There is a reason the queen surrounds herself with corgies!

When I feel bloated it's because I ate gluten (wheat) products.

Diamataceous Earth is the safest for parasites. I would also try Grapefruit Seed Extract. Both are easy, safe and not very expensive.

Celiac disease (gluten-sensitive enteropathy), sometimes called sprue or coeliac, is an immune reaction to eating gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and rye.

If you have celiac disease, eating gluten triggers an immune response in your small intestine. Over time, this reaction damages your small intestine's lining and prevents absorption of some nutrients (malabsorption). The intestinal damage often causes diarrhea, fatigue, weight loss, bloating and anemia, and can lead to serious complications.

    Source: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-...s/syc-20352220

I personally feel a lot more people are sensitive this way than statistics allow.

Further I would venture that reaction from ingesting rancid grain is not sufficiently
accounted for in gluten intolerance assessment.

Where traditionally (pre-preservatives), the village baker baked fresh bread daily
from fresh ground flour sourced from the village miller -
in the modern era baked goods could potentially contain preservative-laden flour
ground months or, in extreme cases, years previous.

The concept that flour begins to turn rancid as little as 3 days after milling is well supported.

As a solution, many advocate investing in a small portable mill and storing whole grains for
grinding to flour and baking fresh as required.

A friend of mine worked with a researcher specialised in grains. In an extensive study on gluten, he found out that 25% of people are now intolerant (not all allergic yet, but intolerant). His research was never published, because of the wheat industry lobbying.

But please, remember that wheat is dried before harvest with heavy dosage of glyphosate. People may be intolerant to this pesticide in fact.

Thanks for the tip. I already have a dog , however I will remember to blame him next time haven't done any colonic cleanse. I can normally relieve the gas by simple abs exercise. I have also observe that whenever there is lots of gas in the stomach I tend to have back pains and when I massage the painful areas I will start belching and the pains are gone. its as if gas enters the veins through the gut and exit the same way kind of weird. I have made a self massage device for this. I wish I can post the photo its a very nice massage device made out of my finishing sander. But "project Avalon said, :upload failed".

tried diatomaceous earth my gut stop for 2 days but nothing happened aside from that. I rarely consume wheat products or any glutenous food, so its not gluten problem. I feel that bread actually helps a little when I ate.

We have a version of grapefruit here that is green and free for taking I actually tried grapefruit juice fast twice. since old folks said it will get rid of parasites. nothing happened.

I also wake up from gut pain 2 or 3 times at night and eat. Thus my eating habit is small meals between 8 pm and 4 am. My sleep is also like 1 hour naps 3 hours at most. Since my sleep is 2 to 6 hours each night. 2 hrs when I am very healthy 6 when I mess up my health with too much food and less exercise.

my sister had that, waking up at night and needing to eat. It was discovered that she had a stomach bacteria. 2 - 3 weeks of antibiotics and it stopped, forever.

she was so glad to have nights where she would not wake up 2-3 times, fulfilling night sleep.

But you have to be tested for this.

You definitely do not sleep enough, truly. This does not help you. 6 hours a night is barely enough, two is not.

It may have something to do with your PH balance.
    Most people are too acidic.
Taking 1/2 -1 teaspoon of simple baking soda with water between meals could help a lot.

Thanks but baking soda is kind of first aid I want to know the cause of being to acidic and begin from there if that's the cause. Baking soda is not intended to be taken regularly or every meal. its not a food. There is a good chance of having adverse side effects on long term use. I am for curing.

thanks Flash thats probably the closest I will have a test. But how will this affect the good bacteria's. Perhaps its good to follow up for a good bacteria seeding after the bacteria killing before any crappy bacteria takes over. Any more suggestions on this.

You could be right that I lack sleep but still I am very healthy as proven by a recent tooth extraction without anti-bio-tic. I am actually imagining how much more I could be healthier without this one single health issue. Well i use to not consider this as not a health issue since I am very healthy in spite. But now maybe I can be healthier.

I have bloated stomach issue for years and the 5 tibetan rites really helps a lot. My main cause might be lactose intolerant, and acidic stuff such as tea and coffee.

Yes, it's a temporary measure, but if you can't sleep due to gas, it could help a lot--temporarily...until you find the cause--which may be that you are too acidic.

yes the rites is helping me too. but still the issue is here. thanks I will look from this perspective also.

after reading a bit I presume its not lactose intolerance since cheese helps me in some way. Maybe coffee, but I seldom drink coffee and tea. So its not. Thanks for the suggestion I appreciate it.

    Try this :
Squeez 1/2 lemon into drinking water. Drink this every morning on an empty stomach. In the evening you take two garlic pills (1 pill has 2000 mg garlic powder).befor you go sleep........... It will cleans out your intestine...... and helps you to get rid of some parasites.. Check it out. It really works.

Oh, and the lemon juice helps to balance your ph level. I am doing this myself for severall weeks and it has an amazing effect on me.
