People, I know, this will be a very unpopular post. The ‚energy‘ on this thread to me feels more and more like in the notorious tabloid papers. I get the impression everyone is looking for the worst predictions and possible scenarios, with a bit of potential paranoia mixed in. Almost no reliable facts are known. We don‘t know whether China is reporting correctly nor whether the MSM/alternative news in the West are manipulated into which direction, for which kind of outcome exactly, in this case. Considering the current geopolitical context (US/Nato-China-Russia) it could be anything.

I am absolutely grateful for the amount of information and opinions collected here. I think the way how they are presented is as important as the info itself, if not more. There‘s an underlying feeling of hysteria, which worries me greatly. The alternative media has become more and more compromised by panic mongering and playing on fears. That‘s a big disappointment. And think: the real big dangers and threats to humanity are not allowed to be discussed in the public. Everything that gets a lot of attention publicly is for the major part distraction and entertainment. That‘s my opinion, at least.

From the original Project Camelot interviews back then I‘ve always taken that whatever the deep state/black ops/hidden forces do, finally WE are in charge. We are responsible and the decisive element of how we create our world. I’m missing that.

Totally agree with this post. Dont let yourself get sucked into the hysteria and fear about this or anything else. Thats just what THEY want. It feeds the negative powers. Try to trust in a good outcome of everything. Me myself im 100% convinced this is going to be fine, whatever happens and whatever my choices will be.

If there is anything i learned from spiritual teachings is to try and have trust in the future, trust that you get to see where youre path leads.

When I'm hiking in the remote high mountains, I always take a little aluminum emergency space blanket with me. Just in case. I've had it for 20 years, and never even opened the package it's sealed in. But I still always take it.

And if the weather's bad, I stay at home. (Or, very occasionally, turn back if I've started out and realize I've made the wrong call that day.)

But I still always go out to these beautiful places. It's all a risk-management exercise, and all of life is the same. All of life is about making the best choices we can, based on the best information we can find.

Some people do that better than others. And sometimes, sheer bad luck plays a part in the game we're all playing. But that's all part of the fun and challenge and learning opportunity of being here together.

There's a near-certain coronavirus case in Ecuador, and the poor man has multiple organ failure and is close to death. But that's not yet been confirmed or announced. If it gets loose here in this developing country, the chances of containing it are zero. (Just like it would be in West Africa.)

On impulse, I looked online for face masks I could get delivered here from the US, and actually found some. There were only 7 packs left. (Buy now! it said.)

I decided not to, and to leave them for someone else who might be more worried, or living closer to an outbreak.

I had an email from someone yesterday, a simple message from a mother of three in the US with the subject "Scared". I replied, linking her to this thread — here, besides the occasional dramatic post, there's a lot of GOOD information from informed sources — and also the Flu Treatment and Prevention thread. That may become more important and valuable than this one.

(I used to joke: "You thought it was bad, but wait till you hear THIS." ) Avalon's basic mission, distinct from Camelot's, was to try to answer the question: "Okay, so what can we DO about all this?"

That being said I was over my buddy's last night who was born in China, he and his wife. They have been here 30 years and are American citizens now. HE is in contact with all his briother,sisters and parents in China within a few buttons on his phone thru text or videos. HE told me none of his family is sick and all is well. Was very glad to hear that.

I don't have anything more to contribute for now but wanted to give thanks to all the members posting information here, very much appreciated!

I admit, I must have been feeling pretty anxious because I was so relieved when I read the news about the borders (it's challenging enough to trace even small numbers of cases after this much time, and I'm Zen compared to many others in South Brisbane). I've shifted from reading the news and social media to just checking government announcements and reading this thread because I've found it to be balanced and measured in it's energy and it's wonderful to have all the information gathered in one thread. All about perspective I suppose because I've found the stay calm posts to be more emotionally charged in comparison to the informative posts.

It's intelligent and healthy to stay informed, it would be too late to respond effectively as a parent if I were to wait until we know for certain what this novel virus is, however, I do appreciate the reminders about staying calm.

With the information that's available so far, I'm not feeling it, but I do hope for everyone, especially for the beautiful citizens of China, that the case turns out to be that Ernie can come back with, "I told you so!"

This is my take away so far....I DON'T KNOW IF This is a wolf.

Agreed! I don't know where this is going, but I do know that I can be prepared.

The best thing IMO we can ALL do now is consider locating outside a major population center ASAP. It looks like cities are not the best place for healthy people anyway. There are many reasons to live in a smaller community but IMO the cards are showing that for lots of reasons we will be better off into the future outside urban/suburban areas.

Learning I have consolidated in the last week is

1. Practice NOT moving my hands above my shoulders unless I have deliberate reasons like brush my hair and teeth etc... and after hand washing.

2. Be aware of touching surfaces and use bleach to wipe down fomites.

3. Talk to others about what I know about viruses and spread awareness versus hysteria.

4. Don't go around hugging and shaking hands (is it time to do the Bowing greeting?)

5. Stock up on the supplements (Thanks for all the suggestions)

6. Plan to have a bigger garden this spring.

7. Think about how to completely isolate if needed.

8. NEVER EVER EVER get a vaccine.

Good things to keep in mind always.

Questions I have are about the usefulness of masks (maybe they have too great a porosity?

That's a good question. I have some on hand, but I plan on saving them for times when they're most necessary, like if you have to be on an airplane or in a clinic or something.

Oh my, my heart broke a little when I read that. Being a young parent right now is TERRIFYING. There is so much misinformation and outright lies it's hard to know what to do, but you have a little life that's all dependent on you.

It does gets easier the more you do it, the older your kids get, and more you learn to trust your own instincts. I strongly believe that meditation is MUST for any parent... well, everyone, really, but parents with children still at home especially.

I think the energy here isn't tabloid. My personal quest is to understand and master reality manifestation. In my daily life, I realize how well I have managed to create a satisfying experience. Seriously, I do not understand yet how this collective experience is managed. It would never be my intention to deliberately harm others and WAR makes no sense. Greed makes no sense. Withholding vital information in order to maintain control makes no sense. Hierarchies, racism, castes systems, authoritarianism make no sense....

BUT I SEE THEM? It is seriously a daily WTF question about why these absolutely expired paradigms (all based on fear) still are managing the collective view?

The major issue I am standing up to shout down is the way secrecy is valued. I see in this episode the willingness to sacrifice a whole city, state, country, world to "save face". I see people in Frankenstein Suits creating opportunities to destroy the life and health of a future generation for fear and greed. Avarice and POWER and PRESTIGE have no place in my New World.

SO< the kind of information I see being posted is meaningful to me here because

1. It asserts that we have the RIGHT and responsibility to learn and dessimintate information transparently.
2. This may bring down the paradigms of WAR/
3. We can take charge of our persoanal space.
4. IMO we deserve to QUESTION any collective event and we WILL attempt to unravel the lies.

In the big context, I am aware that this life is an absolute wink of the eye. I am certain LIFE is eternal and don't fear the thought. HOWEVER, I am not at all thinking after I leave the experience it blinks out (like a TV set turned off).

MY OPINION is that we are as responsible to the future as "could be" and MUST insert into the present those values we love. I LOVE FREEDOM and I INTEND that all the systems of coercion and psychopathic disregard be dssolved by a flood of love for life and truth.

I am going to say NONONONONONO to vaccination because to me the cutting edge is seeking an organic timeline of OUR 3D SUPER NATURAL manifestation. We have an innately powerful body with NO NEED for augmentation, no DEFECTS in its design.

There have been several social media references to the 2011 Matt Damon film Contagion. I saw it years ago, but didn't enjoy it quite as much as the 1995 Dustin Hoffman film Outbreak.

So I thought it might be instructive to watch Contagion again, and I've just started in. OMG. Not an exact match, of course (the virus in the movie has a higher fatality rate) but there's a whole bunch of parallels.

I do wonder about eye protection though? I read that the virus can enter your body through the eyes but in the photos I've seen from China, nobody is wearing protective goggles.
