I just came across this article regarding a drill in November to bring down the US Power Grid.

Unsure of whether this is even a possibility, as it would pretty much disable the whole country for the length of time it would take, but it is interesting nonetheless.

I heard McCanney speak about this. Then I went on the internet to look for more info about it.
What I noticed is that the number one links by Google are more or less the ones you listed.

All alternative news websites ... no official announcement. Such an impacting drill should be
thoroughly planned ... long time before etc. How come we can't find official
decisions/announcements ?

McCanney thinks the timing of Nov. 14 is suspicious because then ISON is passing Mercury ...
He thinks they might orchestrate a false flag event and blame ISON for it.

Another thing crossed my mind: perhaps they cut off all power to prevent damage to the grid?

Who knows but an interesting time if this is all true.

There are many many references to something coming from space which will take down our power. Some people will go underground until it quietens, however - we don't know when the 'panic button' will be pressed - nor will it be stated in MSM? We've been fed information surreptitiously via TV shows (lately in the UK http://www.channel4.com/programmes/blackout/4od) and via movies. Therefore - get prepared, and help your neighbours in any circumstance. Thanks to you all giving warnings - we have had a chance at least. From outer space a great magnetic wave - no amount of chemtrails will suffice. We will survive it - just dig and plant for our own survival - and love our neighbours.

Wow this is alarming. Do you know that Comet Ison, (which is also thought to be Nibiru, since nibiru is a "comet-like planet" has a tail and a comet trajectory, but is still a planet), anyways, that a close passage of it is also coincidentally supposed to occur around those dates! Could these be a preventative measure for an EMP blast?? they don't want the systems to fry so they shut them down??

Not sure, but for me this seems like more than just a coincidence. Thoughts??

Also, they are saying a drill for region 3 of FEMA and I am remembering these videos that I posted a few days ago about FEMA making preparations for this region. Apologies to those who already saw these, but those who haven't it's interesting how all this activity is being planned for this SAME REGION. Also, though I saw on other websites that the grid will be turned off not only in just this region but in Canada, Mexico and the rest of the US. IS this localized ? Or everywhere? Anyone know?

oh, and as a further note OCTOBER 1st is another close date of passage and in the video I posted it says that FEMA ordered all emergency supplies must MUST be delivered to Region 3 and another base I believe in Texas by October 1st, no later. Next, we have nuclear weapons being shipped with no paper trail to a base in region 3. We also have military being ORDERED to take a emergency preparedness and disaster training course before Oct. 1st. This can't be all just a coincidence. That FEMA is up to something, that they are preparing and not telling the general public is very very alarming.

sorry to keep posting , but i did some internet dumpster diving and found this article by the NYTimes written last month. When you see how involved this "drill" is it's very shocking. If it's a test for our national security, why is Mexico and Canada also part of the drill? Is this also a sign of the North American Union? Sounds very fishy. Recommend reading this article, it's 2 pages long.

Talked with my FEMA budie and he claims not to know about the Nov. 13-14 drill.
He said he would ask about it and let me know. He is a low level guy but he is all about FEMA and he knows when and where all the crap happens. So him not knowing is making me think BS.

McCanney explicitly said that this is a normal comet and has nothing to do with Nibiru or planet X etc.
At that date it will be interacting with/passing Mercury.

Also what he did say was that comets are NOT dirty snowballs and DO electrically interact with planetary bodies and the sun.

I think there is so much vagueness because they really don't know what's gonna happen and what they are really going to do.
They can just package it as a drill when push comes to shove and I think they might want to mask preemptive power shutdowns.
(To prevent panic ?)

McCanney confirmed that he expects electrical interaction between the comet and other solar system bodies.
But probably not strong enough to interfere with (large parts of) our electrical grid.

Although they might sell it as such and switch of the grid to bring in all kind of nasty stuff like martial
law and all the yadi yadi yada that has been talked about extensively before.

There were also 'impacting' drills in the past where they shut down the internet etc. etc. but in practice no one really noticed anything.

So I am not convinced that this is IT. Doesn't harm of course to be on heightened alert ... one day something might happen.
Heightened awareness has prevented events from happening before I guess.

Yes..But McCanny also says people should not watch youtube videos...as if everything on youtube
is fake or a hoax.....I think McCanny is operating on too little information...But
