I believe it will take considerable amount of time for a Disclosure. The risk element psycho socially is enormous for the world, the realization that ETs are in there back yard. I suspect the plan is more incremental disclosures requiring the public to gradually wake up to the UFO reality. This would be an easier entry towards Disclosure.

Because governments have had challenging time researching and controlling this subject. It makes sense that the world has had a measured programmed suppression of the subject, belittling its importance.

Researchers who remain grounded and pragmatic about this subject matter will benefit most from post-Disclosure. For example, Stanton Friedman, Steve Bassett, Grant Cameron and Richard Dolan to name a few are the ones who will be left standing out of a group of Ufologists and ET disclosure researchers. All persons that have been involved in the subject matter are going to be heavily scrutinized in a post Disclosure world. This means a large proportion of non-grounded researchers presently and previously involved in this subject will disappear after this becomes normalized.

In a post Disclosure world I would see some of the worlds experts biologists, anthropologists, philosophers, physicists discussing approaches to initial contact, earth and humanity's place in the cosmos. Initially a network of communicators set up world wide. I would see most of the present Ufologists becoming redundant in time.

Interestingly enough there were a number of presentations at a recent University of Oxford (27/28 March,2018) UK SETI meeting encompassing a global societal outcome of post contact. One in particular provides a detailed proposal of post contact protocols that involves the worlds participation. This has similarities to a Disclosure, but has a well developed communications preparations after official contact.

The video presented by UFO Jesus is well thought out and entertaining, presenting clear concise points that clearly show the present situation. However, it provides the opportunity of going beyond the present situation within Ufology with its wide range of influential individuals. All presenting different aspects of the subject through illusions and fiction with effective entertainment to entrapped audiences without discrimination. The other end of the spectrum we have the thorough research carried out by others trying to unravel the reality, to the efforts of many bringing us ever closer to the Disclosure event. The truth will come out in the end.

This brings me onto an interesting dichotomy within our UFO arena. A specific presentation proposed at University of Oxford (27/28 March,2018) of UK SETI is a realistic well organised and structured brief that empowers the world to participate in ET communications. However, a Post (UFO) Disclosure has no preparations in place. This is not a fault in Ufology, but intentional suppression.

The ground swell of interest in the subject globally is ever increasing. Its an undisclosed race of who ever is going to be first over the mark. A SETI first contact or a (UFO)Disclosure. A SETI first contact is understood to be within the nature of radio signal. A (UFO) Disclosure is that we already have disclosure and we are working are way up to the Disclosure point. I believe SETI are using the wrong tools and they won't make first contact. The proposed presentation may change that because it is the most likely communications tools that ETs and ufonauts are using.

This means our prospects for first contact are high and that we better make preparations for an anticipated event. The QSC tool is the right one for even communications with UFO beings because they are possibly using similar radiation bands.

A QSC first contact event may disrupt the UFO fraternity in many ways, it would benefit key players in Ufology to participate with their huge extensive knowledge. This UFO knowledge would support main stream society new to the subject. The wheat from the chafe participants in Ufology would be certainly sorted out. From one part of the spectrum you would have gone the Goode and Wilcox illusionists and the wrath of channelers, to the grounded work of Dolan and Bassett, providing best efforts of integrating this reality to the World.

The UFO situation does resemble the Zoo Hypothesis, (no pun intented) one of many models of SETI, i.e. ETC monitoring the Earth for a period of time before making a possible first contact communications. An expanded Zoo Hypothesis does entertain exogenous probes , i.e. UFOs manifesting in a "package" within our Earth's atmosphere for a period of acclimatization. Selecting contactees and experiencers to develop a new level of awareness on Earth, i.e. the 'New Human' and DNA restructuring going on presently, developing the noosphere (a thinking layer) of this reality for this integration to work.

The 'Gorilla Effect' is the present situation within the world view. Lord Eric Ashby's work in risk analysis "it relies on a change in human nature with no prospect being transformed into political action. For the practical decision maker it is empty rhetoric. We have to try to solve our problems with the human nature we’ve got".

Similarly, the dichotomy presently of the UFO reality is a case in hand. However, the UFO reality is fundamentally different, requiring a huge paradigm shift for this to be acceptable. This means an even increased ground swell of support for the right people in Ufology. The truth will prevail in the end with the prospects of a Disclosure happening in the future, no matter with all the planned organised confusion,entertainment and PsyOps to distract some peoples reality.

Of course, it would be an easier entry for mankind to receive a SETI first contact signal event than a (UFO) Disclosure. You have a clean run situation within a SETI event than a past suppressed history of a UFO cover up that would be most challenging for governments to explain to the public.

There are no protocols for Post UFO Disclosure. However, there are protocols in SETI for first contact called Rio 2.0. A recent modification that may be introduced to Rio 2.0 as a new communications tool is Quantum Super luminal Communications or QSC i.e. real time communications.

The presentation provides universal global communications that is all encompassing with ETC. This means that an organised global network of distributed QSC centres could be established for live streaming. This would require training communications operatives at these QSC centres. The QSC centres would act as interfaces for both receiving and transmitting communications from ETC and Earth. Global live streaming incoming communications to the QSC centres would require a wide range of global experts in different subjects for this to be successful.

This means that there are opportunities for awakened individuals with skills to participate. Resonance via QSC is fundamentally the key for successful communications to work with ETs. Its similar resonance already inherent in some healers/ experiencers/contactees. Communications with ETs requires honesty and integrity as a prerequisite for successful communications.
