You will get spectacular results if you make the decision to master it vs toying with it. The discoveries you make will take you from the linear efforts to exponential gains.

Not only does EFT work on negative emotions it works on any belief system if you want to put in the time and focus. It is very easy to use and very effective if practiced correctly. If it is not working, it is not that EFT does not work, it is that it is not being applied correctly. If you want to clear out some issues, any issues, this is a great technique to start with. It can give you confidence that indeed we are powerful beings and can change our reality immediately.
