Brook,

Adipose (fat) tissue is not suitable to the conduction of higher amounts of "energy" that your body-complex is now (or will shortly be) required to process.

It is quite likely that your higher-self or guide(s) are gently pressing you to loose weight to avoid the "burning-up" that can happen when you become open to higher currents. It is also a way of removing toxins, as the body sometimes shortcuts the toxin elimination system and binds toxins in fat. (Another source of problems when lots of energy is concerned).

This means that you should continue to loose weight appropriately and drink lots of water to help your body eliminate the released toxins.

There is also a chance that you have or will change your diet to lighter foods, this will help complete any detoxification that may still be necessary.

I am going though some of this myself, and decided to accelarate the process by using MMS.

This resonates with me a lot. Funny thing is, I have started to lose weight also, nothing major, but it is really nice to feel the belt getting looser all the time!

The whole of your brain capacity is immense, yet you in
your limited thinking have been able to use only one-third of it.
What do you think the rest of it is for, to fill up an empty hole?
Your body is maintained according to your brain and your
collective thinking, for every thought you allow to enter your brain

Thanks for the self healing message Brook. I know this is true for health as well as illness, injury, and disease. I have experienced this in my life. Here is an sad example. Years ago when the Redskins quarterback, Joe Theisman, broke his leg during a game I had in instantaneous connection with that injury, and felt it. It was a compound fracture, and while I had never broken a bone in my life (I had cracked my kneecap at age 7) I sensed that injury.

I think I somehow invited that experience upon myself and in 2000 I had an accident that caused a compound fracture of my right leg. I gained a lot through the experience, and though it was hard to go through and live with the pain daily because of it, I now want it to end. I miss running, being active, and living without pain. I am going to work on focusing on total healing of my leg scar and all, so thank you for this post!

Brook, really, thanks for the reminder. I KNOW I can heal my self...and I KNOW I can heal others, if they're ready to accept the healing. To accept the healing not thru the mind (a kind of permition) but to accept thru the heart (which I know they accepted once the process of healing started).

And by the way...what I allways wanted to say...there's no negative carma in healing others. What we provide is STO, which could be accepted or not thru the heart (it doesn't require mind acceptation). How do I know? :thumb_yello:
