So intoxicating is the beauty that surrounds me. Love emanates from every living entity on this planet. Love is the foundation for all healing.
Our society has managed to warp our sense of beauty, twisted into a cloaked image of what beauty truly is.....Love. What does beauty mean to you? Please share with us your perception of beauty... Nice topic.
Beauty is definitely Love or Goodness. I think beauty is the natural state of everything, but when we use our 5 material senses then as usual we get tricked, and start to see ugliness as well. This topic reminds me of Laotzu's Tao te Ching and Wu Wei, the ancient Chinese texts, the ancients, as usual, said it best: :naughty: II When every one recognizes beauty to be only a masquerade, then it is simply ugliness. In the same way goodness, if it is not sincere, is not goodness. So existence and non-existence are incompatible. The difficult and easy are mutually opposites. Just as the long and the short, the high and the low, the loud and soft, the before and the behind, are all opposites and each reveals the other. Therefore the wise man is not conspicuous in his affairs or given to much talking. Though troubles arise he is not irritated. He produces but does not own; he acts but claims no merit; he builds but does not dwell therein; and because he does not dwell therein he never departs. |

art..is a magnificent way to express beauty. i find that beauty for me is a state of being, so to speak...something i feel inside rather then wear it on the outside i have never met a human being that i couldn't recognize , in them, some form of beauty. |

i am honored to be in the presence of beauty ...
watching a 7 year old boy, pick out flowers every week...a shy quiet boy...so young, already understands the power of beauty.... or the joy in someones eyes when they open the door and are surprised with a big bouquet of flowers being delivered to them or the loving note of a family who were moved by the special touches i added to the funeral arrangements..... seek out beauty and love will be right beside it... fill your days with beauty...and your heart will over flow with love.. |

Pure Beauty is beyond light and dark.
Beyond good and evil. Beyond duality. When you treat beauty with 3D terms it is only aesthetics. Yes, Beauty is Love and Truth and Freedom. But, pure Beauty is still indescribable. It needs not explanation. It has not explanation. It starts at the point when the mind reaches its limitations. It is crazy. Pure Beauty is not perfection, for perfection is dead, finished, no evolving. Pure Beauty has no other reasons for existence, except to be BE-AUTY. Inside that manifests outside. And vice versa. It is answer without question. It is consequence without reason. You can only say: It exist. Beauty is IS. I can only say: being capable of feeling beauty is a fix point of the Universe. Beauty is connection. Universal. Beauty is Joy of the Universe. There is no defence against beauty. “Beauty will save the world”. Namaste |

Celine, purple is great, but this afternoon when I enter this thread I saw every word "beauty" colored red, not only in my post...and now everything is regular again, hmm. Of course, it is nothing serious, but i was curious who and why did it...interventions in the other`s posts. I also believe it was with positive intention.
