The aspect of the number 4 is interesting. I have taught 4 fold breathing for mediation for years. I start with 4,7,8 to get the parasympathetic rhythm back and then switch them to 4 fold breathing where they breath in for 4 via nose, hold for 4, exhale via mouth for 4 and hold for 4. It's a great technique for connecting to higher consciousness, and builds wholeness.

We have 2 centers that can create, our sex chakra and our third eye chakra. I guess this is why Tantra would say it's not good to release it with the sex chakra. Of course if nobody did then none of us would be here right now, so it can't be all bad. :smoke:

I don't see this being portrayed in that image myself. To me it is about balance, getting to know both our masculine and feminine side. Learn the tools of both trades. Mastery over our animal self as 777 menioned.
