US Navy To Conduct Massive Atmospheric Experimental Tests
Just found this article, and it's one of those things that make ya go hmmm? Now we've been asking questions for a long time about chemtrails, and have been told they don't exist, even though I for one see them frequently in my little neck of the woods. Is it possible that this "experiment" being reported is a precursor to admitting what it is they've been up to in our skies?
(NEWS WITH VIEWS) Starting as early as today, September 15, 2009 An article in Space.com (1) titled, “NASA Rocket to Create Clouds Tuesday” by Clara Moskowits, Staff Writer – September 14, 2009, was unexpectedly forwarded to me today. According to the article: “…A rocket experiment set to launch Tuesday aims to create artificial clouds at the outermost layers of Earth’s atmosphere. The project, called the Charged Aerosol Release Experiment (CARE)…”This is really essentially at theboundary of space,” said Wayne Scales, a scientist at Virginia Tech who will…study the physics of the artificial dust cloud as it’s released…CARE is slated to launch Tuesday between 7:30 and 7:57 p.m. EDT (2330 and 2357 GMT) from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia….” The remainder of the article can be found by following the link below. http://www.federaljack.com/?p=11199 |

Re: US Navy To Conduct Massive Atmospheric Experimental Tests
These kinds of rocket experiments have been going on for several years here in Norway, at the Andøya Rocket Range (ARR), the world's northernmost permanent launch facility. The ARR-activities are highly connected to EISCAT, the Norwegian HAARP-facilities.
http://www.rocketrange.no/ However I don't belive these ARR-experiments have been conducted on a massive scale, so I find this information to be very disturbing! |
