If you want to see the logical progression for this, look at what is happening with Greece right now and Argentina in the '90s.

The Greeks have pulled 8 billion Euros from banks as the banks...

This is a very important thing to watch, as it could be the tide turning for all banks. If this becomes uniform with other banks, there will never be a bank run because they can just give you access...
