This is quite true, but the way that is done is by collecting new data and showing how the new data disproves an old model and/or supports a new model. The age of the sea floor has been established by drilling rock cores in the deep ocean and applying various tests. I don't think Miller has rented a ship and got his own deep ocean core samples. In fact, he hasn't shown any evidence of doing anything at all other than making unsupported claims. The magnetic orientation of the sea floor was established using other deep ocean surveying techniques. Show me where Miller is presenting his data and we can start to have a discussion.
There are serious problems with modern science. So far, I don't see that plate tectonics is one of them.

Unfortunately, I think he is counting on the scientific illiteracy of his audience in order to get away with what he is saying. I'll elaborate on more examples of this from this interview when I get a chance.
