Hello ,thanks for your response,first we have to start giving attention to the higher levels of the body, using this energy, this force, this power, for it is a very real force and power.
And if you desire the ability to create, to heal, to project, to accomplish on this plane, then use that power, but use it for creative purposes, for that which you wish to create. Through your desire to create it will be released.

The objective is to create heat by harnessing this energy durring the sexual act.If you focus your attention and intentions into your pineal gland,you will draw up the energy. The goal is not to use muscular force to help draw the energy, you have to think up.
