The moon rotates ok?
THE MOON ROTATES. IT HAPPENS TO ROTATE IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THE SAME FACE IS ALWAYS VISIBLE FROM THE SURFACE OF THE EARTH
This is because its rotation matches its orbit - so in the 27 and a bit days it takes to go around the earth, it spins once. Hence we always see the same face.
There also is no 'Dark side' of the moon - It is only called the dark side because its not visible from the earth - It does get as much sunlight as the side we see.
