and, what if all canadians need to do is claim their right to it

does anyone else
know the validity of this ?

I've often wondered this. You should check out http://spiritualeconomicsnow.net/ and read Mary Croft's 'How I Clobbered Every Bureaucratic Cash-Confiscatory Agency Known to Man'. She goes into her own experiences and also goes more into detail about the straw man, about paying tax, about your Treasury Account etc?

But it doesn't sound like it is without hassle.

First of all I don't find there are clear/specific instructions for using promissory notes or what the proper forms to fill out so that the CRA isn't on you. Plus Mary has described several instances where banks/etc. have been after her for money, lawyers threatening to sue, etc. Mind you, she gets rid of them, but the harrassment is still there and if you don't know what you're doing I could see problems.

It'd be wonderful to get this stuff sorted so it were easier for people to enact - if, as they say this is the key to our freedom, certainly it would serve them to have a step-by-step process laid out for folks. (Preferably with references to legislature or wherever it is someone could back up their statements.)
