i would like to add that not only are their vows, spells, contracts and agreements we have made in previous lives we should cancel them all that are not of our highest good.

for instance....in a previous life may or not of been on this planet. i had an ability that the dark forces wanted. they captured and tortered me. the torture was to fragment my soul and cause a soul piece that they could capture and use for themselves. the dark forces said they would take it easy on me if i consented this ability over to them. i did. they still tortured me without any mercy.

i have this certain ability back but i just wanted to give an example that contracts and agreements may be forced upon the Being.

why do some people have more abilities than others? my experience has taught me that some are born with more of themselves in this lifetime than others. some can communicate with angels, some are precogs. whatever the ability. we all have the potential to be divine godlike beings if we are more present and fully in our body. the more soul pieces recovered. the more of yourself you will be.
