Hugo Chavez has already claimed victory in the Venezuelan referendum which would give him or any other candidate the right for re-election for an undetermined number of times.
According to Globo.com of Brazil, Ali Rodrigues, finance secretary said that exit polls show thet the 'yes' vote has spoken and has an irreversible advantage.
