The Statue signifies ISIS (Ninkharsag/Mammi/Mother) with a Crown of 7 Horns. Horns Signifying Regality or the Right to Rule - That of Kingship.

7 points of the Crown on a Star of David - Which is also a Hexagram - That being a figure of 6 points.

7 + 6 = 13
1 + 3 = 4
4 = 1111

The 4 Elements - Earth, Wind, Fire & Water - The 4 Directions - North, East, West & South.
